This role involves maintaining relationships with existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across foodservice sites, independent cafés, hotels, and pubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers. Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with company objectives. Promote and sell a core product range, including new lines and promotional offers. Conduct product sampling and activation activities to increase brand awareness. Manage and monitor stock placement, ensuring agreed planograms are implemented. Provide regular sales reports and insights using the internal CRM system. Collaborate with senior sales managers and internal telesales teams to optimise growth. Plan and optimise regional sales trips effectively. Skills & Experience Required:
At least one year of sales experience, preferably in field sales. Strong relationship–building skills with a commercial mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A results–driven approach with strong influencing and negotiation skills. GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) essential.
