Top Tech is excited to announce, we are now part of the CBCS/ABC Supply group** and we are a registered DriveOn Vehicle Inspection Station.
We are looking for a Heavy Diesel Technician to join our winning team to perform mechanical repairs, maintenance and annual inspections on our fleet of heavy diesel trucks used in the construction industry, along with our heavy equipment such as mobile cranes, forklifts, moffats and princetons on the road and in the shop. Preference is given to licensed techs who understand the Construction market and have years of knowledge and experience required to repair hydraulic and electrical systems on mobile cranes, forklifts and etc in house and on the road.. This position reports and works with the Fleet Manager, Compensation will differ based on experience and qualifications.
Job Requirements:
310T License Certification
G class drivers license (A or D with a Z endorsement an asset)
Ability to test and repair various trucks and equipment using all types of diagnostic and repair tools
Ability to adapt to changing tasks as neeeded
Willing to travel (Company vehicles provided during work hours)
Diagnose, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing mobile cranes(HiAb/Palfingers/IMT) (asset but not required)
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform & complete annual inspections on company owned Heavy trucks and equipment as per the DriveOn program requirements
Perform & complete annual lift inspections on cranes/forklifts/aerial platforms
Perform & complete preventative maintenance on company owned fleet and equipment(PM A’s)
Perform various different tasks day to day
