    Line Leader

    A number of Line Leaders are required by this FMCG manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Ashford.

    These are permanent roles working a shift rotation of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.

    Your role as a line leader is to ensure the smooth running of the production lines, ensuring KPIs are met and all designated tasks are completed within the time frames. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

    Please note to be considered for this role you must be able to drive to get to the location and work a rotating shift rota.
