About the position
You will work as a Business Development Advisor for New Brunswick remotely and will need to travel regularly within our business territory.
What will your work week look like?
Maximize the client experience of brokers in New Brunswick to ensure the achievement of each firm's business plan.
Support the New Brunswick Partnership Management in managing the broker portfolio to ensure profitable growth in line with the company's business objectives.
Collaborate with the team to analyze, accept, modify, or reject insurance proposals from brokers.
Work closely with the team and other departments of the mutual society to develop innovative solutions.
Manage relationships with existing brokers.
Participate in representation activities to promote Promutuel de l’Estuaire.
Develop and maintain a solid network of contacts to stay alert to opportunities by focusing on networking, territory analysis, and established reputation.
Propose and participate in the design of training to support brokers in their development.
Do you have this profile?
Excellent knowledge of the brokerage world in New Brunswick, particularly the commercial insurance market.
Relevant experience in business development of at least 5 years in the field of damage insurance.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, particularly commercial insurance.
Management experience in the insurance field (an asset).
You are passionate about business development and know how to spot opportunities.
You have an innate sense for establishing, maintaining, and developing healthy and lasting relationships with business partners.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and demonstrate exceptional professionalism.
You have advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to regularly communicate with our Francophone and Anglophone partners in our business territory through complex interactions related to insurance and to meet the growth objectives of Promutuel de l’Estuaire

Vous exercerez votre emploi de Conseiller en développement des affaires Nouveau-Brunswick en télétravail et vous aurez à vous déplacer régulièrement sur notre territoire d’affaire.
À quoi ressemblera votre semaine de travail?
Maximiser l’expérience client des courtiers du Nouveau-Brunswick afin d’assurer la réalisation du plan d’affaire de chacun des cabinets;
Supporter la direction-Partenariat Nouveau-Brunswick dans la gestion du portefeuille courtiers afin d’en assurer une croissance rentable en lien avec les objectifs d’affaire de l’entreprise;
Collaborer avec l’équipe afin d’analyser, accepter, modifier ou refuser les propositions d’assurance des courtiers;
Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe et les autres départements de la société mutuelle afin d’élaborer des solutions innovantes;
Gérer les relations avec les courtiers existants;
Participer à des activités de représentation afin de faire connaître Promutuel de l’Estuaire;
Développer et maintenir un réseau de contacts solide afin d’être à l’affut des opportunités en misant sur le réseautage, l’analyse du territoire et la réputation établie;
Proposer et participer à la conception de formations afin d’accompagner les courtiers dans leur développement.
Avez-vous ce profil-LÀ?
Excellente connaissance du monde du courtage au Nouveau-Brunswick, notamment du marché de l’assurance des entreprises;
Expérience pertinente en développement des affaires d’un minimum de 5 ans dans le domaine de l’assurance de dommages;
Connaissance approfondie des produits d’assurance, notamment en assurance des entreprises;
Expérience en gestion dans le domaine de l’assurance (un atout)
Vous êtes passionné du développement des affaires et savez repérer les opportunités;
Vous avez un sens inné pour établir, entretenir et développer des relations saines et durables avec des partenaires d’affaire;
Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation et vous faites preuve d’un professionnalisme hors-pair;
Vous maitrisez de façon avancée les langues françaises et anglaises, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, afin de communiquer régulièrement avec nos partenaires francophones et anglophones présents sur notre territoire d’affaire au moyen d’interactions complexes liées notamment aux assurances et répondre aux objectifs de croissance de Promutuel de l’Estuaire.
