Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.

Place the bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the maple syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla extract and almond milk. Mix well.

In another bowl, combine the oat flour, sea salt, baking powder and baking soda. Whisk until lump free. Add the wet ingredients and fold gently until you get a uniform batter. Add the blueberries and stir very gently, just enough to incorporate them.

So in the Balkans they call it Russian Salad, in Algeria and France they call it Macedoine and I heard other different names in other countries but it's basically a salad with small pieces of veggies and mayo as the dressing. It's one of my favourite salads! And I am sure it will become a favourite for you too 😍

✨✨ RECIPE ✨✨

The Veggies🥒🥕🎃
. 
So for the veggies, just take enough to satisfy you. I usually use peeled courgette (zucchini) as the main ingredient, then I add pumpkin, gherkins, carrots, leek and parsley. All diced in small pieces. Tip: I soften the courgette and pumpkin and carrot pieces in advance so they are more tender and less crunchy by simply sprinkling some Himalayan salt and letting them soften for about 30 mins, then they will soften even further in the mayo sauce. 
And optionally when some fresh beans and peas are in season,  I add that. Such as, sweet and tender green peas, snow peas and fava beans (make sure you use freshly picked and that they are the sweet and tender type).

Schaue ich mir das Ganze nochmal aus dieser Perspektive an, ist mir gleich klar warum ich krank geworden bin: EMOTIONALER STRESS!!! - In letzter Zeit war Alles zwar sehr schön, aber gleichzeitig auch sehr viel, schnell und reizüberflutet für mich. Zudem habe ich mich oft überfordert, alleingelassen und nur für mich selbst verantwortlich gefühlt (was sowieso mein Lebensthema ist😂).😬✨

Mein Körper hat mir mit der Krankheit das Signal gegeben: „Mach mal langsamer. Komm Mal zur Ruhe. Du musst nicht Alles schaffen und vor allem nicht alleine. Nimm die Unterstützung an, die dich umgibt.“✨🌈

Das habe ich getan und siehe da: Mir ging es schnell wieder besser!:))) Wenn wir wirklich hinschauen und verstehen was unsere Krankheiten uns über uns, unser Denken und unser Leben verraten, dann kann die Krankheit schneller wieder heilen und unsere Lebensqualität sich enorm erhöhen!!!♥️

Seit ein paar Tagen, denkt sich mein Babykätzchen es müsse mich mitten in der Nacht im Gesicht ablecken und dann am Besten auch in meinen Gesicht einschlafen🙄
Django ist wirklich ein sehr willensstarkes 1kg Kätzchen und hört Ewigkeiten nicht auf 😝

Diesmal gab es bei uns Hühnchen  Korma😋 Da bin ich mir sicher, das es kein Gemecker bei den Kindern gibt🔝
Das Chaos hat wieder einmal zugeschlagen und ich bin direkt nach dem Einkaufen drauf gekommen, das ich keine Kichererbsen mehr habe, aber nochmal einkaufen, war keine Option (hatte einfach keine Lust die Kinder wieder zusammen zu packen🙃). Also gab ich diesmal zum Curry Linsen und Karotten🥕. Hat auch gut geschmeckt, aber ich bevorzuge Kichererbsen😉
Kinder waren zufrieden - was sie bei Gerichten mit Karotten immer sind😉

yogafood here again my grocery shopping, because your resonance last time was so great.  i like to shop almost every day, or at least every two days.  some fruit has to ripen a couple of days, so you have to plan a little bit and buy proactively.  i can not shop until monday afternoon, so i bought in advance for 4 days.  except for a few cöfigs, which i couldn’t get, but my sweetheart will buy them for me. so, that's my food for 4 days, and i paid 40, - €. that means less than 100, - € in one week and so i am quite satisfied.  some foods are organic, but not everything.  and in the garden there is still plenty of what i can eat.

yogafood ✨Buddha bowl✨

Je fais peu de posts alimentation et pourtant je m’y intéresse énormément. Même si la mienne n’est pas toujours équilibrée dépendant des périodes (et de ma motivation 😅), j’aime savoir que je mange quelque chose qui fait du bien à mon corps.
Cette fois-ci c’était un essai de buddha bowl, mon premier. J’ai regardé des inspirations puis j’ai jeté un oeil aux ingrédients que j’avais moi et j’ai improvisé.
Comme base j’ai utilisé du quinoa blanc que j’ai mis au fond du bol. Ensuite comme légumes crus j’ai utilisé des tomates, des mini concombres que j’avais dans le frigo et  des carottes coupées en lamelles. J’ai fait sauter des champignons avec un peu d’huile de sésame dans une poêle que j’ai également ajouté. Puis pour les protéines j’ai opté pour des haricots rouge et la touche finale : un mélange de graines de courges, sésames, pignons de pins et autres. En assaisonnement seulement un filet d’huile d’olive et de sésame (mon obsession du moment 🥰), sel et poivre.
Un régale. Une recette que je referai à coup sûr, en plus d’être beau c’est délicieux. yogafood MBSF Raw Almond  Butter Banana Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:
Base:
1/2 cup raw almonds
4 organic dates (pitted & soaked)
1 tsp raw organic cacao powder
Filling:
4 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp raw agave nectar, raw honey or Bee Free honee [vegan 'honey'] 2 tbsp cacao butter (liquified)
½ cup cashews (soaked)
2 tbsp almond butter
½ banana

DIRECTIONS: 
1. For the base add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
and blend until a sticky cookie dough forms.
2. Press your dough evenly over the base of an approx.
10cm baking tin.
3. Place in your fridge while you make the filling.
4. For the filling, blend all ingredients in a high-speed
blender until smooth and creamy.
5. Scoop mixture on top of your base and put back into the freezer to set.
6. Allow to defrost for around 20 minutes prior serving.
7. Top with almond butter, raw chocolate, and fresh berries.
