1. Taking time to stretch/foam roll/recover from my workouts. Just like most people I’ve often put these things on the back burner and just jump into my workouts. I have been much less sore, and having better workouts.
2. Waking up earlier! I get stressed out when I’m running late or have too much on my plate and not enough time to finish everything. Getting going earlier solves this almost every time.
3. Spending less time scrolling on social media, especially on the weekend which is my time to spend with friends and family💗

What I love about this exercise is all the simple variations to keep things fun and challenging 🔥You can always grip a little tighter, exhale a little harder, be a little more stable, bring your knee up a little higher (while keeping the opposite leg straight) then  you can move on to doing straight leg raises 🔥 (I’m not there yet 🙅‍♀️)
There’s always room to get a little bit better 🤗

workoutvideos This is the place which I’d spent the most of my half year this year remarkably with tons of great experiences as well as great friends to treasure from colleagues who treated you like a family, to the members who are your best friends who talk about different kinds of conversations & both being genuinely concern about you. Apart from that, the setting also a comfortable place to workout with classes that I’ve been into from Yoga, RPM, Body Pump, Body Combat, Zumba, Body Step and a lot more you named it. 
The sea view that we get from 🏃🏻‍♀️ on the treadmill is absolutely serene.

This is the place which I’d spent the most of my half year this year remarkably with tons of great experiences as well as great friends to treasure from colleagues who treated you like a family, to the members who are your best friends who talk about different kinds of conversations & both being genuinely concern about you. Apart from that, the setting also a comfortable place to workout with classes that I’ve been into from Yoga, RPM, Body Pump, Body Combat, Zumba, Body Step and a lot more you named it. The sea view that we get from 🏃🏻‍♀️ on the treadmill is absolutely serene. So, I’ve decided to want to focus on building my legs (& booty of course)..In order to do so, I’m increasing the amount of times I train legs during the week. Two-three days a week. BUT, to try and eliminate a lot of the overall fatigue, I’m going to try and split them up by doing one day quads, one day hammies/glutes, and one day focusing on all compound movements such as deadlifts, squats, bench, etc. 🤪 This should be fun!!
Sooo, HELLO MONDAYS...they’re not for the quadzzzz! Here’s what I did:
1️⃣ Leg Extensions: a great warm up to get the blood flow going.! Reps of 10-15
2️⃣ Heel Elevated Squats: puts all tension on the quads & I love it!!! Reps of 8-10
3️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squats: I love these because it also helps me work on core strength & balance by focusing on one leggie at a time! Reps of 8-10 on each leg
4️⃣ Feet Together Leg Press: killer finisher to just destroy the quads and really tests your mental toughness as well. 3 sets of 50 reps!! Don’t be a sissy on the weight either!! PUSH YOURSELF!!

I did 3 sets of 12 of each circuit, but you could do more sets and less reps if you wanted to up the weight.⁣

Also, this may say “chest and back workout” and these exercises are in a sense chest and back focused exercises. ⁣

But these exercises, especially the pressing exercises, really taxed my core and hip strength. My hip flexors were on fire 🔥⁣
⁣
Positioning is key and maintaining a tall strong torso is a must. Head, shoulders, and hips all stacked on each other. Core should be active and try to keep your toes up. That’s where the hip flexor burn comes smile 😃.⁣
⁣
With the rotational exercises, it’s okay to move your head and follow the movement as long as you move with your torso 👍⁣

Here’s the breakdown for a HIGH REP workout (3-4 sets):⁣
🔥Cable Rope Face Pulls x15 per set. Moderate weight. ⁣

🔥Lat Pulldowns at the machine x18. Moderate weight.⁣
.⁣
🔥Straight Arm Lat Pulldown x18. Light to moderate weight. Superset into the next exercise.⁣ .⁣
🔥Seated Cable Back Rows x20 each arm. Light to moderate weight.⁣
.⁣
🔥Burner - Assisted Pull Ups x12 reps and 3-4 sets. Medium to Hard weight. Remember that this machine is based off your body weight and counteracts the weight you select on the machine.⁣
⁣
⚠️It’s super important to hold the exercise for a second before releasing and doing the exercise again. Hold and squeeze (as shown on the videos above) for some additional tension. This will also help exhaust your muscles a lot quicker and will make you feel the 🔥🥵⁣
