When life gives you lemons, celebrate lemon sharks! 🍋 These sharks get their name from their yellow-ish hue that allows them to blend into the ocean’s sandy bottom. 🦈 They spend a lot of time in the sand looking for their prey, including fish, rays and crustaceans. 🐟 They have very few predators because of their large size...sometimes, large lemon sharks will eat baby lemon sharks (but they’re actually not the only sharks to sometimes exhibit cannibalism—looking at you, mako sharks and tiger sharks). 😶 Photo by Jillian Morris. 📸

Had a lovely day, lots of little jobs ticked off whilst listening to classical music all day...not quite fast enough to take a pic of a wee robin take a bath in the puddle that had formed on top of my coal bunker but it was a joy to watch.
