After the Women's US Soccer Team won this year's World Cup Tournament they have filed a lawsuit against the USSF (United States Soccer Federation) for #gender discriminatory practices in #pay#equity when the Men's team have failed to qualify last year. Subsequent to this story there has been another outcry of salary disparity from WNBA #players demanding the same percentage of revenue NBA players are receiving from their organization. In light of these #news breaks, one must bare in mind that the advocation for equal pay in this third wave of feminism, seem to disregard multiple factors that contribute to the #wage differences. As a result #mainstream#media rushes to label this report as a "wage gap" #hysteria that is solely due to male privilege under the benefit of the #patriarchal system. One must ponder if feminist genuinely adhere to their own slogan. Feminists failure to fight for equality where there are women being paid more than men in male dominated fields as well as other professions dominated by women. In the case of sports there's a failure in acknowledging on how the women's league generates revenue, while not performing the same number of games in their schedule and attracting viewership in comparison to men's sports. There's an imbalance of information in need of clarification in how these profit numbers are calculated and allocated in the #sports entertainment market.

The #economy is made OF us, but not FOR us, and the result is a six ring circus in flames headed toward a cliff. Even if we eliminated the #stockmarket, we'd STILL have #manufacturing built on #exploitation and #domination. We can't keep putting our lives in the hands of the #rulingclass - we must get #organized against it!
#Interviewing cost #time and #money. I'm not involving myself in a 3 stage face to face interview process where I have travel 15 hours away, taking tests and all that for you to try to pay me entry level either when it clearly says on the job description that it pays X well it better pay X. Also enough with the semantics.. somebody that can do basic analog Electronics can fairly easily figure out switching power supplies or pulsed power. The only reason companies hyper specialize job descriptions is so that they can pretend you can't perform the job and then use it to leverage down the #wage. I'm going start a board called "WikiHR" that documents the incidents and names names of organizations and managers that play this game. People can ill-afford to keep interviewing for the same job over and over. My board will allow people to look up a manager look up a company and look up a position and see the record of how long the position has been open and get reviews concerning what it's like to work for the manager to see if they even want to bother spending the time, effort, and money. We use odds for everything from Vegas to credit scores, all the way to insurance. Why can't we look into the odds of having a decent job with a manager or company we're about to interview with?!... The tables are turning. Since we can't seem to get a remedy through a court of law we'll just use public information. Waste peoples money and time?!? Run an organization chronically understaffed because of your psychosis and make everybody working there miserable?! Manager has a drug or domestic abuse problem?! Its time for the public to know whats going on and not let these corporations hide their bad mistakes. If the position isn't actually open, ready for somebody to do the job, and properly funded you should not be interviewing anyone. Doing that is actually a form of #fraud and #detrimentalreliance . Bad managers usually are easily outed by evidence of long-term unfilled positions. You're not being picky, you're being neurotic.. There is a difference. I would say the same position open for more than a year or so is the evidence of that.
