Protein is one of 3 macronutrients. I use to not eat enough whole sources of protein with all 22 amino acids. Instead I ate a high plant diet that was missing a lot of protein. Now, I combine high 🌱 plant food with good sources of protein. Finally- A nice balance. .
You Can use MyFitnessPal to see if your diet is balanced in the macronutrient area. It helps you take your fitness to the next level!
Feeling CONFIDENT underneath the bar right now and I’m loving it! Really just having fun with the process! Pep the moves at the end 🤙🏽😂

Post push today ! Shoulders and elbows not at 100% so it’s been a case of using what machines/movements feel best, little slower tempo with the addition of paused reps etc ! I’d much prefer to be bangin out more weight on lower reps but needs must ! You can still have a very productive workout even if you can’t chase numbers #bodybuilding#offseason#compete#train#push
On Saturday we were on board the Ichanga Choo Choo @umgenisteamrailway
The entire experience from start (booking) to finish was nothing short of amazing.
Everything runs smoothly 😉. Booking is simple, online, mine was done from my mobile. They even give you an option to be seated with another party who has already booked before you.
Before 8am the next morning I had received my confirmation of booking with a well explained email of what to do on the day.
On the day ticket collection was a breeze.
The coachmen are just super friendly and such big gentle men. I really have so much admiration for them simply because of the way they treated my family and I. They take time to talk to the passengers, help us on/off the train, explain the trip and what to look out for, some history, make some jokes And they do all this coach by coach.
The trip is from Kloof station to Ichanga station where you can picnic for an hour before you head back. The trip back is in reverse guys😉
This was a super special Santa trip so we were surprised by one of the most authentic looking Santa's around. He got down to the children's level and spoke to each one of them for a bit, gave them candy, made their whole life, and moved on to each coach and to each group of passengers.
Have you been on the Ichanga Choo Choo? It's an absolute must in my opinion.
Ps. This is run by hardworking passionate volunteers so donations are welcome, carry some extra cash - I'm sure if you're lucky enough you'll hear the story behind the collection tin too
Edit: I have not seen cleaner public toilets than those on the train and Ichanga station. Moms with kids will really appreciate this.
