➡️Zutaten für 1 Bowl: 
150g Wildreis gekocht
15g Salatmix 
25g Möhren gerieben
50g Gurke 
35g Edamame
35g Avocado Hummus 
5g Röstzwiebeln 
5g Chiasamen 
50g Lachsfilet, bio .
➡️Für die Soße: 
Saft 1/2 Limette
5g Leinöl 
10g Erdnussbutter 
5g Agavendicksaft 
1/2 TL Sojasoße .
➡️Rezept: 
1.) Den Wildreis nach Packungsanleitung bissfest kochen. Anschließend abschütten und kalt abschrecken. Für die Soße alle Zutaten zusammen rühren. 
2.) Währenddessen den Lachs in feine Würfel schneiden, die Möhren schälen und reiben, die Gurke würfeln und Edamame, Avocado Humus, Röstzwiebeln und Charismen bereit stellen. 
3.) Für die Grundlage Reis und Salat mischen und in eine Bowl füllen. Anschließend mit allen Zutaten toppen und mit der Soße beträufeln. .

Came across a lovely large batch of nettle! I’m pleased to report I wasn’t harmed in either the harvesting or drying process! 🙏

100g chicken, cooked, shredded or chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 apple, peeled, deseeded, chopped

1 tbsp. natural low fat yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Place the chicken, chopped celery and apple, raisins, and walnuts in a bowl. Add in the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

RECIPE FOR BANANA COCONUT BLISS BALLS:

👉🏼mash up 2 large bananas in a big bowl🍌🥣

👇🏼then stir in the following ingredients:
• 1 1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats (preferably sprouted)
• 1/4 cup vanilla protein (i use @nuzest_usa - use ROSAY15 for 15% discount) OR sub for extra oats
• 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup almond butter
• 2 tb ground flax seed
• 1 tb chia seeds
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips (i used white chocolate, but you can sub for a vegan or sugar-free kind)

⁣💛1 cup liquid (water/milk)⁣
⁣💛1tbsp chia seeds⁣
⁣💛1/2tsp turmeric⁣
⁣💛1/2tsp cinnamon⁣
⁣💛1/8tsp ginger⁣
⁣💛Dash of black pepper⁣
⁣👉🏻 mix all ingredients in a bowl⁣
⁣you can either⁣
⁣1️⃣leave overnight in the frigde and eat them cold the next morning or⁣
⁣2️⃣microwave for 2 minutes and enjoy them warm (my favourite way!)⁣
