Pav Bhaji is a dish originated in Mumbai, India. Basically a spiced mixture of mashed vegetables in a thick gravy, this delicious dish is generally served with Pav (a type of bread). Ingredients:
20 gm Butter
4 tbsp oil
1 cup green peas
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Red Chili powder
In a heated pan add 20 gm butter & 4 tbsp oil. Fry 4 onion into it. Cook with closed lid for 5 minutes. —
Add 4 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped capsicum, ½ beetroot, 1 tsp salt and cook for 10 minutes. —
Mash the ingredients. Add 4 boiled potato, 1 cup boiled green peas and mash the ingredients for smooth texture. —
Add the spices - 2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala, 2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp Garam masala, 1 tsp Red chili powder. —
Mix and pour 1 water. Mash the ingredients for smooth texture. —
In a pan, take butter and add pav bhaji masala and coriander to taste. Fry the ‘Pav’ (Bread) and spice it up. —
Serve with butter, chopped onions and slice of lemon. Enjoy delicious Pav Bhaji.

3 years ago when I landed in London, I never thought I would get so far with the little Arepa business I was planning in my mind. Coming up with the idea of this cheese blanket wrapping up my rainbow Arepas and the people in London.
