Getting up this early definitely hurts 😫 but once I’m outside I love it! There’s a weird, almost otherworldly quality to everything and camaraderie with all other living beings, like ‘you too, huh?’ 😆
Anyone else up and fancy some early yoga? I’ll be on the mat at @yogas_got_hot at 6.30 ❤️

Just what I needed! A run under the beautiful moon & stars.
The birds chirping and the bunnies hopping away, was glorious.
I haven’t been able to get out lately with Bens hours and my new full time role, so I can’t explain how good it felt to just run, not worrying about waking up the girls, not worried about time, just running and letting my mind go 🙌😍 It would be good if the lights in the pines worked, gosh it was dark going through there.
Now to have some brekky and get ready for work #run#lovetorun#startthedayright#perfect#exercise
Busy day so didn't get a chance to nip onto the old gram. Here's day 3 breakfast 🙌 lunch was also rather fabulous! Paprika and lime roasted chicken thigh, spinach, beetroot, pecans, courgette and sweet potato — all the good stuff!
Enjoy the little things in life🤔 Viel zu oft vergessen wir die kleinen Geschenke 🎁 mitzunehmen, welche uns tagtäglich in unserem Alltag begegnen wertzuschätzen... In diesem Sinne habt einen schönen erfolgreichen Tag Peace bruuuuuuuh👨⚕️✌️😃 #captainamerica #captain#vision#visionary #mindset#goals#nurse#success#followforfollowback#startthedayright#keepgoing
Do you ever skip breakfast because you don’t have enough time in the morning? Mornings are always busy for us so this week I’m making an overnight golden milk chia pudding so I can grab and go each morning on my way out the door!
Benefits of this breakfast:
1. Turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger are anti inflammatory and packed with antioxidants
2. Chia seeds are high in protein and fiber
3. It takes 5 min to whip up and the rest of the work happens overnight in the fridge
4. No cooking involved, Easy clean up, and uses simple ingredients you should have around your house
5. Eating breakfast helps energize you for the day and helps improve your mental clarity
6. You get to eat pudding for breakfast! —————————————————
1 cup milk or milk alternative
3-4 TBS chia seeds
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp maple syrup
Whisk all ingredients together and place in a bowl or mason jar. Let sit overnight. Top with choice of toppings: blueberries, coconut, slivered almonds, etc

For me, it’s a steaming matcha latte & an engaging walk with my dogs & son —but I’d have that no matter what I did for a living. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Being a health coach means every day I can look forward to inspiring others to live more healthy, fulfilling lives & that’s truly a joy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Find someone who inspires you and hang out with them more!! @hayleyhealthfitness is my PT and I think she’s awesome! In the past people have been shocked that I’m a PT and I go to a PT 🤷🏻♀️.. why not? I think it just goes to show how important I believe it is to have a PT..
1) It gets me out of the house as I work from home.
2) I feel fantastic afterwards
3) I do workouts that I just wouldn’t push myself that little bit extra to do on my own
4) It really helps keep my anxiety at bay

"But...how do I even create a program?" .
I stumbled around for months with an idea in my head for this new magical program I wanted to launch but I was getting SO caught up in the details. .
I was telling myself over and over again that I didn't know what I was doing. It was keeping me stuck. .
I spent a lot of time researching and Googling instead of getting out there to take action and to learn along the way. .
Here's my best advice when it comes to creating an online program -- KEEP IT SIMPLE. Simplicity wins. .
Focus on the content. The transformation you are providing your client. The purpose and passion behind it. .
We get all caught up in the bells and whistles because we feel like THAT is what is going to sell people. .
We hide behind the details ("you get this many calls and this many training videos and this is where you access me blah blah blah") because we want to make it "good enough." Yes, the details are important but the focus should be on the mission and results. The focus should be on creating powerful content that impacts your client. Always. .
This is all you need when it comes to the details. .
🎇 What platform is going to host your program (web portal, FB group, Zoom, phone call, in person - it can be anything!) 🎇 What is included (calls, trainings, worksheets, group access, Voxer support, etc) 🎇 How are people going to pay you .
^^^ Breeze through that. Write it down and then get to the real work. .
Start mapping out the transformation, the result, the epic content and how you are going to impact your client. .
This is what is going to light your fire and motivate you to do the damn thing. Details are details - focus on the PURPOSE. .
PS -- if you are a network marketer (or newbie entreprenuer) who wants to create their very own program, be on the lookout. I will be opening up 2 spots for my very new 1:1 coaching mentorship on Friday!! Eeek!!
What’s the right intensity for you?
Recently I have been battling small annoying injuries, joint pain, and hypoglycemic tendencies. It became necessary to dial it back on my high intensity training for a while, as much as I do miss my crossfit. Low intensity training is extremely boring for me but my body does respond better.
My doctor suggested heart rate targeted training. I’m supposed to stay around 120 bpm. When I do, my energy levels are better all day and I’m less sore. also easier to lose weight if you have blood sugar struggles.
A few exercises I have found that help me stay in range are:
Weight vest walk
To find your range do 220-your age
Multiply by .55 and .75

We have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.....choose wisely.....
