-4 carrots, peeled and quartered
-1/4 cups water
-1 banana, frozen
-1 large mango, peeled and diced
-1 tsp. fresh ginger, fresh
-1 tbsp. raw honey
-1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
-1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1/2 cup plain almond milk
Make carrot juice by adding the carrots and water to a blender and blending on high until completely pureed and smooth.
Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, press the juice, leaving the remains.
In a blender, add 1/2 cup of the carrot juice, and the rest of the ingredients.
Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER DESSERT⭐️
When you’re craving a sweet treat but want to stay healthy this is the recipe for you😍😍
In a blender👉🏻 150-200g of frozen banana (HAVE to be frozen to make it thick like ice cream), 1tbsp of @pipandnut peanut butter, 100ml of unsweetened almond milk, 30g of @freesoulsistas chocolate vegan protein powder, few ice cubes
I topped it off with some granola from @hollandandbarrett 💗
No joke this actually tastes like chocolate mousse and it’s so thick and creamy!! I made this without thinking I was going to do a post on it but thought it tasted too good not to share 😂😇

Kardamom chocolate nice cream🤫 Blended frozen pineapple and bananas with flaxseeds, kardamom cacao powder and vanilla protein🍍🍌🍫 Topped it with half a banana, mulberried, cacao nibs, coconut chips, hemp seeds, @pipandnut’s coconut almond butter and my fav 100% madagascar chocolate🍫🌟 @coconutbowls🥥 I had a really productive day yesterday, I finally organized my things from my old room, and I just feel so accomplished, because I’ve been putting it off for so long!!🥰

Plant Protein Smoothies are perfect for breakfast skippers 🙌
I can't always face food first thing so I'll always have a plant protein shake or hot choc. It's not a meal replacement..It's an EXTRA meal as I wouldn't eat anything otherwise. No breakfast =weight gain . You can make pancakes and brownies, overnight oats, protein porridge and all sorts with our protein powder. And also can be used for recovery after training 🙌 ❌Skip breakfast and you can wave goodbye to your morning energy.... and be prepared for a mid-morning slump! ❌When you skip breakfast your stomach sends a signal to your brain that it's empty.... which obviously makes you hungry... and this also happens to be when many people will eat anything in sight, often making bad food choices. ❌ When you skip breakfast your metabolism doesn't function the way its supposed to, becoming sluggish and slow. If you keep it burning by eating breakfast, you will burn more calories all day instead of experiencing fluctuations in metabolism that reduce your body’s ability to burn calories. ❌And finally... sorry to say, however skipping breakfast leads to weight gain 😞 because skipping breakfast slows your metabolism and increases your hunger, this can add up to extra calories over time. Also because you are often lacking energy, your desire for exercise is just not there.
You can do sooo much with our plant protein and it's the best plant protein in the world 🙌
