Есть такие слова, которые появляются и становятся очень модными, слишком, их уже не остановить.
Например, "топовый". У меня знакомый так часто употребляет его, что я решила заблокировать его, если он еще раз мне напишет, что у него был топовый день и он слушает топовую песню, и надо купить эту топовую футболку.
Недавно мне звонил клиент, который хотел, чтоб я вела магазин вещей. Слово фэээшшн он мне сказал раз 20. Ну такой се фэшн конечно с 7го км. Но это было больше похоже, что "фэшн" вставляется для связки слов, как у прораба на стройке слово "бл*ть". Фешн вещи, фешн пати. А чё "модная вечеринка" уже не катит?
Конечно же слово "крайний". Все спокойно пользовались словом "последний", но потом узнали, что из суеверия летчики его не употребляют и на всякий случай все тоже стали летчиками. Крайний бывает Север, а не день, прекратите😡.
На совещании мне начальник раз 10 сказал, что поставит мне "дэдлайн". Моя рука всё тянулась к телефону погуглить, что ж такое этот дэдлайн и больно ли он ставится 😱.
Ооо уменьшительно-ласкательные суффиксы это на грани, они рождают слова типа "котики", "губки", "бровки: Девчуленьки, крошечки приветики, приходите на бровки. Это у Кристины Орбакайте в песне у младенца "бровки домиком", а у взрослых людей эти волосы на лбу выполняют важную функцию — защищают глаза от влаги☝️. Тем более мастера сейчас рисуют таких широких, толстых соболей, которые ничего общего с "бровками" не имеют. Там бровища которые способны сожрать глаза🤔.
А когда слово "вкусный" употребляют к чему-то несъедобному? Если это вид не на стейк, а на море ( и не из стейка), то вид не вкусный, понятно вам😎.
Слово "факап", обьясните вот объясните чем не угодило слово "испортить"? Слишком много букв?) Чё я ото словарь в гугле протираю 🙈.

I’m back to my normal routine and I’m feeling 100% back to normal! I’ve been feeling so unmotivated these past couple weeks, haven’t been eating as well as I should’ve done and haven’t been going to the gym as much as I planned to! It’s okay though as sometimes you need to give yourself the break that you need as long as you get back to it that’s all that matters! LETS GET IT 💓

Most of my family was up all night last night with a stomach bug. Sleep was just a sweet sounding idea...
But Instead of being upset about it, my husband and I were both catching each other’s twinkling eyes and giggling at the absurdity of it all.
It felt like a weird adventure, and we couldn’t help laughing at the silliness of the ongoing scene (I’ll spare you the details, but if you’ve ever had young kids with a tummy bug, you might get a sense of the chaos).
It almost was enjoyable —if that’s possible!?!?
Except for the fact that we are all exhausted today.
I tried to push through and get some work done—After all it was my day to create all sorts of words for you.
But through my sleepless haze, everything just came out mangled and didn’t make much sense.
And I realized I was fighting a losing battle. True exhaustion will always win. So I gave in.
So I’m back to having fun snuggling cozily with “Wolfy” and my little guy.
I hope you all are physically feeling better than I am today—and emotionally as good as I am as I allow my body much needed rest and the coziness of cuddles!
And if you need some permission to take a little bit more downtime than normal, consider this your permission slip.

I wanted to write a little note to let you all know I’m taking a little break from social media + my blog until the New Year. Rest and a fresh perspective are in order. .
Telling ourselves its okay to take a break can be challenging. But even Jesus and the disciples needed time to rest (Mark 6: 30-32). .
I am so grateful for all of all of your love and support! I’m excited for the new things to come in the New Year! Sometimes taking a break can be exactly what the doctor ordered. I’m hoping to come back refreshed, with fresh inspiration + new content to help you blossom!

Friends, it's really hard feeling pressure to be cheery during the holidays -- especially when you feel depressed, anxious, or have bad memories come up this time of year. If you're like me, it's easy to start thinking "there's something wrong with me."

Although I can definitely say me and my body have been on one hell of a journey this year
Now I class her as my best friend and partner in crime 😏
I love spending time on my own because let's face it I'm not on my own, I honestly see my my mind and body as a partnership not as one now and that has changed a lot for me
My body is full of life, hormones and urges and I love her for it 🖤
This year I have learnt to listen too, respect, be patient, take care of, work with it and show up for my body when she genuinely needs something
It has took genuine time and effort to really understand and get to know her but it has transformed how I think and feel in my mind and about my body
Funny how we presume we know our body's wants and needs but actually just follow our thoughts and urges of the mind, comfort eating and sitting around when really our body craves fruit, veg and movement basically the opposite
I look in the mirror and think yes, I am lucky to have this body, how wonderful is it to be healthy and adore the skin your in, every crease, stretchmark and 'imperfection' is just part of our story
The relationship with your body should be priority, above everything else in my opinion
If you are not in tune with what your body's needs and providing then how do you expect it to work with you to succeed in your goals and dreams?
Let's face it what does your body need, water, substance, rest, comforting, warmth, fresh air, movement, exercise, bathing and yes, to be touched
Babies die without skin to skin contact so it would be ridiculous to deny yourself of touch it is HUGELY important
Where as your mind needs so much more that's the high maintenance one haha nah that can be tamed if you work with it but again that's a post for another day
Point being look after your body and it will look after you 🥰
Been thinking about #Stress and #Rest “Come to me all who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and lowly in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Labor = to tire oneself, burn out
Heavy laden = is actually a passive verb, meaning we are taking on burdens
Rest = Matt 6:31, come away with Me to a desolate place and rest awhile...
Yoke = who are we yoked to, and learning how to live from
Gentle = oh the mercy, grace and tenderness of Jesus to correct us and help us
Lowly in heart = if Jesus’ heart was dependent on the Father how much more do I need to be
REST is RELATIONAL
