Don’t beat yourself up for it. It doesn’t necessarily mean you are going to relapse. It doesn’t necessarily mean you are “moving backwards” in recovery. It is a normal response to giving up the coping mechanism that helped you survive for awhile.
.
The important thing is to call the nostalgia out-it’s likely casting a halo effect on your ED. Maybe you miss your ED body, but do you miss the feeling of having 0 energy? Do you miss being isolated from your friends and fam? Do you miss the feeling of deep sadness/fatigue that occurred after acting on a behavior? Probably not.
.
If you’re sitting with nostalgia this Saturday morning, I have so much compassion for you babe. Work to have some compassion for yourself! Now call out that halo effect nostalgia for what it is, and go make yourself some blueb pancakes (me this morning🙋🏻‍♀️) Life in color is waiting🥞

This low carb fear-mongering is dangerous.

Carbs were a big fear for me when I was first diagnosed with an eating disorder.

Restricting food (felt like it ‘helped’ in the short term) but ultimately made me intensely depressed, irritable, cold, unfocused, and really messed with my ability to think clearly.
.
Now-I eat plenty of food (including lots of carbs).
.
I remember when I was first working on renourishing myself years ago-and while it was incredibly anxiety provoking, the only way I know how to describe it is it felt like I had been unknowingly in a dim room-and then the lights were turned back on.

Your brain, body, and soul need nourishment.
.
No matter what your eating disorder is telling you.

prorecovery Wooh can’t believe it’s been 12 weeks! This has definitely been the hardest, most demanding, stressful but also exciting semester to date. But I’ve made it and so have you 💪🏻 #congrats

Doing my Masters in Dietetic Practise means that I’ve been learning all the essential skills a dietitian needs 🍎📝 Some of these have included....
• Anthropometry - how to measure and record people’s physical characteristics and body composition
• Biochemistry- how to read and interpret blood test bio markers
• How to identity clinical signs and symptoms of nutrition-related disease
• Dietary assessment - how to evaluate someone’s eating patterns in terms of their individual health
• Lifespan nutrition - how different life stages vary nutritional needs
• Nutrition education - how to communicate and promote good nutrition to the general public
• Food product development - how to design a new product whilst following nutrition guidelines and legal requirements
....just to name a few 😅

Next week I have an #OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination). It’s basically where a clinical scenario is acted out between a dietitian (me) and a patient (an actor) and an examiner marks my approach.....AHHH!
Part of the very reason I want to become a dietitian is because I get to work with people, but I also have social anxiety (I know go figure 😂). Despite tending to always come across as comfortable and confident when I public speak, I get paranoid that people are watching or judging my every move. Which is kinda exactly the point of the OSCE haha!
So I’m worried I’m going to flop big time, which will be the biggest disappointment because I know it’s something I’m actually good at. My anxiety has held me back from reaching my true potential and success when it counts for pretty much all my academic life, and I’m sick of it! I’m proud that I’ve started allowing myself to use extended reading and writing time for exams because I know it’s helpful. Whereas in the past I felt like it made me weak and handicapped. My OSCE I’m doing with no exemptions and my anxiety is going to have to just pull itself together or leave 👊🏻

For instance, I once told a co-worker he dressed quite boring for a gay man....🤦🏼‍♀️ Like why did I have to say that?
Tbh I have a positive prejudice against the lgbt+ community. Yet, I still made a stupid comment which made me feel so guilty. I  was so ashamed... Why I did I have to say that in the first place???

Instead of saying sorry, I just kept silent, hoping everyone would forget I ever said something like that. Next days, I still had terrible anxiety and stomach pain. I didn't dare to call my co-worker, neither did I dare to tell someone about my mistake. I kept it to myself and I couldn't function with all those self-hatred.

A few days later, I finally found the guts to ask my co-worker if he remembered what I had said.  I told him I had been feeling very guilty and that I was sorry. And you know what? He told me it was okay. He wasn't upset, nor angry. He had almost forgotten about it already.

In short, everyone sometimes does something he or she regrets. But instead of feeling guilty and ashamed for days, maybe weeks, you can rather spit it out. I know it is scary to tell someone about your

So I challenged myself today and I ended up having an amazing day! Leominster was lovely! I’d never been before and it’s three trains away from my house but I made it! I had to come back a little earlier than expected but only because it started to rain! Breakfast: overflowing bowl of @quakeroatsuk porridge with courgette, apple 🍎 and strawberry fruit roll 🍓 flavoured with white chocolate hot chocolate powder and @skinnyfoodco salted caramel syrup topped with a warm @myproteinuk White chocolate and raspberry protein cookie 🍪

Lunch: Treated at @phorestaurant by my friend, had such a lovely lunch date with him and whenever we go out I feel so relaxed about food and we just have such a chilled time ❤️ I had my normal king prawn 🍤 noodle veggie noodle soup 🍜 and some vegetable rice paper summer rolls 🥬

Dinner: BIG salad board 🥗 with @asda crunchy salad, raw cauliflower, broccoli 🥦, cucumber 🥒, @quorn_uk roast chicken fillet pieces, orange peppers stuffed with prawns 🍤 and sweetcorn 🌽 with @heinz 30% less fat salad cream. Also had a multi seeded flatbread filled with @lovemyphilly chive cream cheese 🧀 pea, spinach and mint dip and some cucumber slices.

Dessert: Pot of Skyr yoghurt flavoured with chocolate drops, also had some grapes 🍇 and TWO rice cakes for dipping.

You go vegan, and you tell people that it’s because of your love and respect for animals, but in reality, you know that this just gives you an excuse to cut out many food groups. Suddenly, you are participating in the whole 30 diet and only eating fruit and vegetables. Anorexia will make you fear some of your favorite foods, even if the rest of the world thinks they are incredibly healthy. Strawberries are suddenly poison and bananas cannot be touched.

Things becomes scary and you avoid everything until there is nothing left. You starve until you are barely there anymore. Your bones and organs are still alive but your soul and heart are dead. You are existing, but not living.

Eating disorders lead to chronic exhaustion. You will be at the gym until an ungodly hour at night and still wake up early the next morning to go on a run before school. You will be sore because your muscles are wasting away, but you continue to push them anyway. You will constantly measure your body. You will wrap your hands around your waist, knowing that this would be unhealthy for any of your friends, but for you it’s okay because you deserve the punishment of starving and you need to be perfect. You will notice a friend or family member skip a meal and you will tell them how important food is and that it is an essential part of life, but you ignore your own advice because you are terminally unique and can survive off of nothing but water.

When people around me tell me that they wish that they were anorexic they fail to consider the other side of the illness. They don’t realize how painful and lonely and scary it is. Anorexia is not laughing with your friends all day as you pass up a cookie and buy size 00 jeans. It is not being the pretty, popular girl who is happy and has the perfect life.

Anorexia is dying.

Has my last biology exam today!! However, it didn’t go as well as planned as I basically just ran out of time. In all my exams I’ve ran out of time which has NEVER happened before. Like in my GCSE’s I didn’t run out of time at all :( so I’m really stressed as I know I’ve dropped quite a few marks. But I’m hoping my essay saved me. I only have one chemistry exam left and then I would have finished my a levels!! I’m so worried I will have to re do them though as I don’t think I’m going to get A’s. So I’ve had multiple cries and breakdowns to my mum. I need to keep remembering I can drop a lot of marks and still get an A 🥺

"Maybe if I wear a shirt with a giant burger on it, no one will question the weight loss" 🙄😫 Having an eating disorder isn't only about struggling with your own internal battles, but it also involves constantly trying to cover your tracks so your loved ones don't suspect that anything is wrong. I could hide a lot of warning signs, but not my hunger-induced mood swings. In fact, my first boyfriend left me because he just thought I was a moody cow and didn't realise I wasn't eating more than 500 calories a day 👀🤷‍♀️ Five years on and I'm lucky enough to have an incredibly caring and observant partner who keeps a gentle eye on me and my eating whenever I'm stressed or upset. Even though I consider myself recovered, occasionally I still have to resist the urge to skip a meal or restrict my intake as a means to gain an immediate sense of control when my life feels erratic and unstable 🤯 I'm not sure if those compulsions will ever truly disappear, but I know regardless that I have the best people around me and the best head on my shoulders to keep going forward 💪 Let it bloom? People like to follow the crowds as it gives us a sense of belonging. However, all of these diets and regimes can lead to us losing our individual identities. We can become ‘one of a crowd’ rather than an individual person. It is important for us to remember to keep our identities. We are all very influenced by the people around us. If we see that everyone else is jumping onto a new diet trend, then we will follow them. prorecovery Hi lovelies💜. I know I’ve been distant/not posting much/often and I’m aware of how long people are having to wait😔.
Truth is, I’m struggling MAJORLY in every aspect of my life, both mentally and physically and I kinda gave up doing anything about it.
I made this account to help others in anyway that I can/could as I’m SO passionate about it and I care so much about all of you and I desperately want to continue to do this by my MH is getting in the way. I guess it’s so much easier helping others, giving them advice but it’s so hard to take on board your own advice for yourself and I feel like a hypocrite and that I’m failing and letting everyone down.
I’m struggling to do this on my own, and I’m so close to packing everything in and I’m really unsure of what to do for the best, for all of you, and for me.
It’s hard, everything’s hard and a lot of the time I just don’t think the battles worth fighting anymore and I guess that makes me weak right?

Anorexia is being unable to concentrate in class because your mind is racing will thoughts of how the apple you ate for breakfast felt like a binge and now you will have to run 5 extra miles after exercising. It is your grades dropping because your body does not have the nutrition to remember all the things you studied until 3 am the night before. Anorexia is losing all your friends, because you are too afraid to go out because there might be food involved and even being around food will make you fat because you can feel the calories absorbing into you through the air. Anorexia is ignoring your friends when they try to reach out to you and offer support and even pushing them away until you are entirely alone.

In an eating disorder, all you think about is food. Your life revolves around eating food, exercising to make up for food, hiding food, cutting up food, and counting calories of food. You will take boxes of laxatives at a time in hopes that you can rid yourself of the one piece of bread you ate for lunch. In two or three in the morning you will lie awake in your bed scared because your heart is only beating 40 times per minute. You will pray and tell God that this is the last time you will restrict and that tomorrow you will start recovery - but tomorrow keeps getting extended until you forget about recovery. You will faint every morning as you get out of bed because your blood pressure is dangerously low, but this becomes your new normal and when it doesn’t happen, you think that you are failing. Everyday you will have a pounding headache as a lack of nutrition, but instead of eating the food you know will make it better, you pound cups of coffee and diet pills until you are shaking and can’t sit still.

Samen met een verpleegkundige keek ik in mijn dossier.  Rechtsboven stond: wel reanimeren (06-05). Dat deed me denken aan een van de laatste dagen op de IC. Ik voerde mijn verslaving uit en viel bewusteloos tegen de deur. De vk hoorde het en rende mijn kamer binnen. Ze drukten gelijk op de pieper en schoten mij te hulp. Ik hoorde achteraf dat ze dachten dat ik bijna dood was en dat ze dachten mij te moeten reanimeren. Zo slecht zag ik eruit.  Vandaag heb ik toevallig, voor het eerst sinds een lange tijd, mijn verslaving niet uitgevoerd. Sowieso als ik mijn verslaving uit voer heb ik de gewenste voorwerpen niet. Dus 1.5 maand heb ik al geen 'plezier' meer aan mijn verslaving. Toch verslaafd aan de handeling.... is vandaag mijn keerpunt?

After many many years of talking I finally had the privilege of meeting the beautiful and inspirational @icecream_queen_ 💛 today has truly been one of the best days ever. Gooey goodness at @pomkitchen_ today. Absolutely, utterly and completely terrifying. I had the brie and caramelized onion jaffle! prorecovery With how fast-paced life is, the importance of slowing down, reflecting and taking time for ourselves is so important. We do a lot in our daily lives from interactions, to problem solving, resolving conflicts, doing exercise, working, studying and boring household chores, and without stopping it’s so easy to burnout. Trust me. This happens to me ALL the time. You would think I would have learnt the lesson by now, that rest and self care is important but there’s one barrier that stands in my way: guilt. Ridiculous right? To feel guilty for taking time for myself? Yes a bit but I’m sure many of you can relate to this. Many of us feel obligated to be there for others, we put the needs of other peoples above our own, we spread ourselves thin, fill our day with activities and leave no energy, time or space for ourselves. Unless people aren’t home, I often feel bad for spending more than 10 minutes in my room doing my own thing because my mind starts thinking “what if they think x” but truth is comrades, we need to take time. We need to allow ourselves to be present, to assess what went right, what went wrong, how we are feeling and doing things that make OUR heart sing. Yes, it’s important to be there for others when they need us - but what’s most is important is that we are there for ourselves; Our own needs come first. So on that note guilt can rack off because no one should feel that way for looking after themselves.Self care Is NOT selfish.

prorecovery I made #vegan rocky road!!!!!!! Sooo good! My sister ate the other two slices with a hot chocolate and she’s not racked with guilt- she just goes “mmm that was nice” and moved on with her day. I know my feeling is irrational- everyone deserves a slice of rocky road on a Monday evening ❤️

I made #vegan rocky road!!!!!!! Sooo good! I used dairy free chocolate, raisins, gluten free biscuits and almonds🤤 I feel horribly guilty and my head is really giving me shit for eating it. But oh well- it was yummy and food is just food! My sister ate the other two slices with a hot chocolate and she’s not racked with guilt- she just goes “mmm that was nice” and moved on with her day. I know my feeling is irrational- everyone deserves a slice of rocky road on a Monday evening ❤️

It's committing to something and following through whether you see it working or not. .⠀⠀ It may be the 10th time you try it that it finally clicks. It may be a year later that you notice it's finally been working.⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ My husband and I have been going to a bible study for over a year. Nothing monumental week to week.⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ But looking back over the past year at our spiritual life, our marriage and our growth... I only had two lessons of school instead of 8 today which was really nice. After school I went of to a short Sport-session in the gym with a friend and afterwards I had to go to my doctor because of some allergic reactions.
I had to wait two hours 🙄 bit I hope that the things she gave me are going to help.
On the picture you can see a #gnocchi - mushroom-pan I ate at the last family meeting. This was a huge challenge, because  it was super oily.
So since I have nothing to tell you anymore I wish you a nice evening and a good night 💕

Ich hoffe ihr konntet gut in die neue Woche starten und es geht euch soweit gut 😊
Schule war heute sehr entspannt, da ich tatsächlich nur die ersten beiden Stunden Unterricht hatte und danach alles entfallen ist, obwohl ich eigentlich acht Stunden gehabt hätte.
Nachmittags bin ich dann kurz mit einer Freundin ins gym, musste dann allerdings relativ schnekl wieder gehen, weil ich zum Arzt musste, da ich einen Stich habe um den sich ein Kreis gebildtet hat, was ein Hinweis auf Borreliose sein kann. Aber erstmal Entwarnung, wahrscheinlich hat sich der Stich nur entzündet und ich soll es weiter beobachten.
Auserdem habe ich noch meinen Hautausschlag abklären lassen, der leider wirklich eine Sonnenallergie zu sein scheint 🙄
Mehr ist dann heute auch nicht passiert deshalb wünsche ich euch nun einen schönen Abend und später eine gute Nacht 🌃

prorecovery Big challenge for dinner as I have been avoiding both potatoes and corn on the cob for a couple weeks/months now, so I had to challenge them both. When your head says to just challenge one what do you do? Say ‘f*ck that i am going to have what I want’ in this case it was dry roasted potatoes with not one- but two corn on the cobs!

Today has been nice- I’ve been listening to Tabitha Farrars podcast and it’s really helping to motivate me, so I’d highly recommend it!

Practised opposite actions again today with lunch, had two different types of bread instead of two of the same slices so it was challenging but delicious

Tomorrow I have both dog walking and equine therapy so it should be a lovely relaxing day, hopefully I’ll leave feeling calmer and more secure in my recovery. I find myself questioning my choices a lot, but I’ve just got to trust that if my body is craving weird combos like a trek fruit bar mixed into my smoothie then that’s what it wants (that was actually my very delicious afternoon snack!) •

prorecovery first milkshake in yonks! I’m in Malta on tour with the rest of my a capella society from uni. It’s been going well so far. One person got upset yesterday which was difficult but I’ve been eating well, being sociable and managing in short sleeves. The hardest two things have definitely been this milkshake and a comment from a friend who said “Christ what happened to your arm?” I leapt away like a wasp had stung me. Bless her she’s really embarrassed having said that and I get that scars can be shocking, but that doesn’t mean hearing it isn’t hard. I’m most nervous about tomorrow which is at a water park. first milkshake in yonks! I’m in Malta on tour with the rest of my a capella society from uni. It’s been going well so far. Ok super late to the Linda party but tried them for the first time tonight (in a big noodle stir fry) and oh my delicious 👌got these last week alongside the burgers which were reduced to 75p so I just stuck them in the freezer as I had dinner that night and haven’t tried them yet! chose to have my favourite of brown flakes for breakfast today I’m a bit addicted to them at the moment and this was a nice fresh new box so they were super crunchy and The wholesome bran flavour was on point ✔️ only now getting to have them as went with my mum to collect my sister from her friends as she is back from Center Parcs I prefer it when she’s not here but I well at least it meant I could get a Starbucks! Say posting this now and going to eat it preparing this was really stressful as dad weighed out for me earlier but when I went to photograph it he couldn’t remember how much he had done so I did not trust him and rewired it myself which she said was pathetic but I was right as he had done more than what I meant to have even though he was adamant that it was the right amount and that was the scales settling but I corrected it in the end.. dad is now in a mood with me and the atmosphere is terrible but she’s going to make eating is harder but I woke up in a positive me today so determined to stick to my goals! Been off work today so spent the day preparing my dinner for tomorrow to save time after work it went okay but dad mind about all the mess when he came home though I tried my best to clear it up 😑 but even though I’m feeling anxious now I know I need to get on and have this or it’s just going to cause more problems as dad likes me to have this is sarcasm it really gets to me but I just need to block it out and do this for myself 
yes the situation makes it harder but I love pancakes and I’ve had them before so no I can do it – It’s such a nice evening and the Sun always makes me feel a bit better so that’s something off to manage this now feeling overwhelmed with all that I’ve still got to do but going to try and make the most of my evening hope you all have all had a lovely day 💕

From my visit to the eating disorder clinic, I have learnt to eat and repeat. I mentioned how I reintroduced the snacks I had been skipping on Friday and how it led to a weekend full of guilt, she responded by saying that I need to keep eating those snacks until it becomes a norm. Mein Tag war ganz gut. Die Verdauungsbeschwerden sind zum Glück etwas besser geworden und dadurch fühl ich mich jetzt insgesamt wieder wohler :).

Ich war gegen Mittag in der Stadt um noch was zu besorgen. Mir fallen so banale Dinge wie das Fahren mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Einkaufen, durch die Stadt laufen, usw. ehrlich gesagt sehr schwer. Ständig fühle ich mich von den Leuten beobachtet, habe Angst, dass sie über mich reden oder dass ich jemanden treffe, den ich kenne. Ich fände es ja eigentlich nicht schlimm jemanden zu treffen, aber meine soziale Phobie steht mir im Weg. Ich schäme mich jetzt ehrlich gesagt etwas, das hier zu schreiben, aber ich kann mit Menschen, vor allem mit fremden, keine Gespräche führen. Ich kanns einfach nicht. Mein größtes Problem ist der Augenkontakt. Ständig weiche ich den Blicken anderer aus, kann keinem gegenüber stehen/sitzen. Das macht mich total fertig. Kennt das jemand von euch? Warum bin ich nur so unsicher? Wenn ich wirklich logisch nachdenke, dann weiß ich, dass mich niemand hasst oder mich auslachen würde oder what ever, aber trotzdem denke ich immer schlecht von mir. ,,Ich bin dumm, ich kann nichts, ich bin hässlich,...

This was a filo tart with goats cheese and peppers, and although it was terrifying, it was worth the fear because it was so delicious!!! prorecovery Hat’s back in McDonalds. 🤷🏻‍♀️☺️ I didn’t really fancy fries today so I had chicken selects instead...and I’ve never had a Fillet-o-fish before so I got one too! 😋The reason I continually eat a high amount of calories even though I am weight-restored (and pretty much recovered) is that I know that Anorexia is likely to creep back in if my weight drops a bit or I go into an energy deficit. Plus, I just really love food. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Was it greedy to get this much food? Hell no. It’s just what I wanted and that’s fine. I know I’m eating a lot of fast food at the moment but I know it will balance out over time. I went through 16 years of eating fucking salad. I can eat as many burgers as I damn well want! 🤣💪🏻 #fuckit 🎩 ((( By the way - if you haven’t read Tabitha Farrar’s book ‘Rehabilitate, Rewire, Recover!’ then I definitely recommend it. Par où commencer🤔 j’ai des TCA depuis quasiment deux ans et je me suis fait hospitaliser pendant 4 mois il y a 1 an et demi. Après être sortie de l’hôpital physiquement j’allais très bien je prenais du poids à chaque rendez-vous mais mentalement ça n’allait pas (peur de sortir avec mes amies, besoin de toujours manger beaucoup) mais à partir de janvier environ mon image dans le miroir me dégoûtait, je n’arrivais plus à prendre de photo de moi et en plus de ça j’avais atteint mon plus haut poids alors j’ai commencé à faire beaucoup de sport et à réduire ce que je mangeais.. bref je vous laisse imaginer la suite. A l’heure d’aujourd’hui je n’ai pas un poids en danger, je suis mince mais j’ai énormément de peur ce qui m’empêche de vivre ma vie paisiblement alors j’aimerais avancer et vaincre ses peurs avec vous. Alors qui est tenté pour s’entraider ?😏

Bounce Protein Energy Ball Almond Flavour with 90g Total Greek Yogurt topped with @skinnyfoodco  Peanut 🥜Butter Syrup 🙌🏻
Damm this was TOUGH but soooo good 😋 
I put on my plan to have one of these bounce energy balls as I saw them reduced in Sainsburys and I knew that I really like them so usually I would not go from his favour as it is the densest and highest calorie one but it was the only favour they had reduced however dad could not find it as apparently they didn’t have any so just bought a normal on and if I had known this I would never have chosen this favour and my head was screaming at me do you not have it and like to change it to you one of the lower options I was annoyed that dad did not ask me which one I wanted as I would have chosen something more manageable given the choice but I guess in a way it was good that I got this as it set me the challenge and I have never tried this forever so it was a good chance to do so
anorexia hates That I’m saying this as these bounce energy balls are difficult enough as it is as my head makes me think that as it’s cold and energy for they are just full of energy that I will not use up and I can never justify them as you like I have never been active enough to have one that’s so silly as I need the calories and it was the right amount to my snap but OMG this was amazing 😉 my favourite flavour yet it was tense and chilli and had a nice crunch from the nuts and a really sweet almond Viber tasted just like Marzipan 😍 it felt really wrong to have it with the other as well and like it was unnecessary but I knew I needed it to make up the amount tried it with some of the peanut butter @skinnyfoodco  Sarah which I was sceptical about as not sure I would like peanut butter in a serious but I think it’s my favourite one also! It did taste just like peanut butter and was lush mixed into the creamy yoghurt! 
I felt Halla guilty after this bit was so worth it 😭 my ED convince me that was too much fat from all the nuts 🥜 but nuts are amazing and not to be fitted so I did it! 💪 proving my ED wrong ‼️

NOM NUTTY NOURISHMENT 👌🏻 😳 Peanut and Almond Themed Night Snack last night 🥜 ‼️ Facing the HUGE FEAR OF NUTS 😬 Bounce Protein Energy Ball Almond Flavour with 90g Total Greek Yogurt topped with @skinnyfoodco Peanut 🥜Butter Syrup 🙌🏻 Damm this was TOUGH but soooo good 😋 I put on my plan to have one of these bounce energy balls as I saw them reduced in Sainsburys and I knew that I really like them so usually I would not go from his favour as it is the densest and highest calorie one but it was the only favour they had reduced however dad could not find it as apparently they didn’t have any so just bought a normal on and if I had known this I would never have chosen this favour and my head was screaming at me do you not have it and like to change it to you one of the lower options I was annoyed that dad did not ask me which one I wanted as I would have chosen something more manageable given the choice but I guess in a way it was good that I got this as it set me the challenge and I have never tried this forever so it was a good chance to do so anorexia hates That I’m saying this as these bounce energy balls are difficult enough as it is as my head makes me think that as it’s cold and energy for they are just full of energy that I will not use up and I can never justify them as you like I have never been active enough to have one that’s so silly as I need the calories and it was the right amount to my snap but OMG this was amazing 😉 my favourite flavour yet it was tense and chilli and had a nice crunch from the nuts and a really sweet almond Viber tasted just like Marzipan 😍 it felt really wrong to have it with the other as well and like it was unnecessary but I knew I needed it to make up the amount tried it with some of the peanut butter @skinnyfoodco Sarah which I was sceptical about as not sure I would like peanut butter in a serious but I think it’s my favourite one also! It did taste just like peanut butter and was lush mixed into the creamy yoghurt! I felt Halla guilty after this bit was so worth it 😭 my ED convince me that was too much fat from all the nuts 🥜 but nuts are amazing and not to be fitted so I did it! 💪 proving my ED wrong ‼️

Had this frappe sitting in the fridge and it had been staring at me as I knew that I needed to have it as I didn’t want to waste it but these wraps are still quite hard to me so yesterday I plucked up the courage just thought it would be a good quick option for after work

McDonald’s Bug Flavour Wrap the Spicy 🌶Veggie One with Bernard Matthews Chicken Chunks and 🥬Kale 
I’ve had this wrapped once before and it is lush 😜 but scary 😬 
it was left alone we went to McDonald’s on Tuesday as I’ve got to as I could not decide which one to get by really regretted that as I have the burden of eating this and it meant that I didn’t stick to my IP meal later so I thought I could just start a fresh from the new week
it’s red pesto goujons with spicy relish lettuce red onion and tomato and a soft tortilla wrap 
last time I had this I burnt it and made it to crispy so I make sure not to do that with this one and it was a lot nicer I put it in the oven for just a few minutes so the rappers slightly crispy but still soft and doughy on the inside Donald wraps just taste so good I don’t know why they are different to the ones that you buy but it had a kind of sweet favour The veggie goujons where the best bit though as the breadcrumb quoting okay sweet tomato flavour from the pasty the spicy relish was also nice as was Tangy and added a kick to the wrap 
is wraps are becoming slightly easier now but I still felt guilty for this just because it’s from McDonald’s and I had a satiates anything from there with being really unhealthy so I guess it’s pathetic them a veggie wrap it’s hard to me as this would be seen as a healthy option yes it’s because I still fat white bread and the thought of having our white wrap maybe feel really disgusting but I’ve had this before and nothing bad happened so pissed on three – think I still prefer the chicken one tho 
Adding the chicken just felt really excessive but the wrap was not enough for my dinner on its own so I knew that I had to everything just seems to go wrong when preparing this but I got there in the end ✔️ and managed another McDonald’s challenge ‼️
