When I first started working on this listing, I got a lot of negative comments, such as “Torch Tower has a terrible reputation”, “No one will buy a tenanted penthouse”, “The apartment is in a bad condition”, “Service charges are too high”, etc etc.
People often try to find excuses for not being able to sell something, and frankly excuses are a sure way to failure. I focused on the positive, after all it is a stunning property that was very competitively priced. And so did Sophie. Her buyer loved the property, we managed to overcome all the objections, and in the end, we both had very happy customers and a closed deal.
Being in sales, you MUST forget about being negative as well as remove ALL negative people from your life. Positivity breeds positivity, and positive thoughts breed positive results.
