When @boarshead_official charges $8/lb for Turkey breast, we make our own for less than $3. Bought these two jumbo turkey breasts then rubbed them down in mustard and spices. Now it's taking a smoke bath on the LG900 at 180 for 2 hours!

Went to the Winter Night Festival the other day. So crowded but so worth it. The queues were faster than they look. The skewers and the lobster rolls were my favorites. So juicy and full of flavour! So many people asked us where we got the skewers from.

It’s a cool, breezy San Francisco summer night. 💨 Made a warm & hearty supper for the weather: Braised Pork Ribs with Zita. Yes, that’s a luscious pile of fall-off-the-bone ribs on top of pasta. 🙌 Recipe by @lidiabastianich & @tanyabastianich from Lidia’s Mastering the Art of Italian Cuisine. 🇮🇹
Chipotle Pineapple Pork & Shrimp.
In a slow cooker drizzled with olive oil add one small diced onion, 2 smashed garlic cloves, 1 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 1 small can of diced pineapple, and about 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Add small pork shoulder and cook until tender. Remove pork and all but 1 or 2 peppers from crockpot and pour the rest of the contents into a small blender. Shred pork, add precooked shrimp to crockpot, and top with the blended sauce. Serve with rice and cabbage slaw.
Slaw dressing: Greek yogurt, lime juice, cumin, and apple cider vinegar.

from the fourteen teats into the fourteen mouths sucking and blowing beneath them:
the long, perfect loveliness of sow.
