Looking to switch up your chicken routine? I got you covered!
These combos are simple and easy to whip up for the week. In the photo, I’m using my silicone, reusable, dishwasher safe to marinade the chicken to help cut down on my use of plastic for the environment and for me! ⠀
⭐️What to do: 
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place chicken and marinade a bag.
3. Marinade in fridge for 2 hours.
4. Bake for 25 min 450 degrees for a 7oz breast

Below are the marinades. Each makes 1 serving, multiply for each chicken breast you have.

🍋Cilantro lime:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lime
1 tsp honey 
1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
1 clove garlic minced
Sea salt to taste

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp curry powder
1 lime

Ingredients:
√30 grams whole wheat vermicelli broken into pieces
√150 ml skimmed milk
√1 teaspoon coconut sugar √1 teaspoon ghee
√1 teaspoon Almonds and pistachios powder
√¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
√Few strands of saffron
√Crushed dry fruits for garnishing

Calories: 185 Cal
Carbs: 28.1 gm
Protein: 6.5 gm
Fats: 5.3 gm

Method
In a medium sized saucepan, start by melting the ghee, and then toast the vermicelli until they’re golden brown and they release a nutty brown aroma.
Add milk and sugar, keep stirring. Cook on medium flame.
Add pistachios and cardamom powder. 
Cook until the milk has reduced and thickened to your desired consistency and the vermicelli is soft and plump.

Note: The kheer thickens upon cooling.
Transfer it to a serving bowl and top it with dry fruits of your choice.

Kennt ihr das? Ihr startet eigentlich sogar total gut gelaunt in den Montag und dann läuft irgendwie alles etwas schief? Stress auf der Arbeit, Probleme in der Familie, man steht ewig auf dem Heimweg im Stau, der Nachbar nervt, der Hamster ist verstorben und was nicht noch so alles passieren kann...

Ich höre dann immer wieder von anderen um mich herum: „heute geh ich nicht trainieren, bin viel zu schlecht gelaunt!“

Früher habe ich manchmal auch so gedacht. 
Heute gehe ich zum Stressabbau tatsächlich am aller liebsten ins Studio und reiß quasi die Wände ein. 
Schlechte Laune und die ganze Anspannung des Tages verfliegt komplett nach 2-3 richtig harten Sätzen! Kniebeuge find ich total genial für sowas!!! .
Und nach dem Training geht es mit absolut immer bombastisch. Ich habe es noch niemals bereut, doch noch ins Training gegangen zu sein. Aber wenn ich aus Faulheit, Stress oder irgendetwas anderem nicht ins Training gegangen bin ... das hab ich IMMER bereut!

Ingredients: -1/2 cup Rolled Oats -1 tsp Chia Seeds -3 Fresh Strawberries -3-4 Fresh Raspberries -2tbs Greek Yogurt -Sprinkle of mixed seeds (optional) -Boiled Water 
Method: -Boil the kettle. -Place oats & chia seeds in jar. -Cover Oats with boiling water. -Cut strawberries, place on top of oats with raspberries. -Pop in the fridge overnight. -To serve top with greek yoghurt & a sprinkle of seeds. .
