Having lunch prepped ahead of time is absolutely the best feeling🥗 If you’re planning to make your lunch next week, here’s some inspo for prep this weekend☺️❤️
1.Find someone that looks at you the way I look at salmon in my lunch box😍 Chopped romaine🥬 topped with cucumbers, tomatoes and seared salmon with berries🍒& chocolate covered almonds on the side.
2.Macadamia nuts and 85% dark chocolate, two🥚🥚hard boiled eggs, arugula salad with prosciutto, cucumber ribbons, tomatoes and mozzarella🧀
3.Seasoned chicken🍗, brown rice, sautéed kale with mixed berries and sea salt and almond dark chocolate🍫
4.Salad with honey🍯mustard glazed chicken, sliced cucumbers and sliced avocado, clementines🍊 and a peppermint cookie bark😋

Looking to switch up your chicken routine? I got you covered!
These combos are simple and easy to whip up for the week. In the photo, I’m using my silicone, reusable, dishwasher safe to marinade the chicken to help cut down on my use of plastic for the environment and for me! ⠀
⭐️What to do:
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place chicken and marinade a bag.
3. Marinade in fridge for 2 hours.
4. Bake for 25 min 450 degrees for a 7oz breast
Below are the marinades. Each makes 1 serving, multiply for each chicken breast you have.
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
1 clove garlic minced
Sea salt to taste
🥥Coconut Curry :
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp curry powder
Sea salt to tase
🍈Jalapeño Lime Marinade
1 tbsp avocado oil
1-2 jalapeños, cut
Sea salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced ginger
1/8 tsp red pepper flake
Sea salt + pepper to taste

Nothing like a home cooked meal after 10 days of travel 🙌🏻 Anyone else love getting back into their routine after being away? I got home this morning, cleaned the house, did the laundry, spoke to clients and cooked us this easy, satisfying dinner 😍👉🏼Lemony Salmon with Whole Wheat Pasta topped with @raoshomemade Marinara & Roasted Broccoli🍴
The salmon is seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic powder then topped with lemon slices and olive oil and baked on 375 for about 15 minutes. Top with freshly squeezed lemon

Desserts are the most irresistible part of any meal. An incredibly alluring Indian delicacy- Seviyan kheer is popularly made in every household! On the occasion of guru purnima, try this healthy seviyan kheer recipe and share with your friends.
Ingredients used in this recipe like milk is a protein and iron rich food and contains fair amount of calcium, copper and phosphorus. The fat content in vermicelli is almost negligible. Nuts like almonds and pistachios are a great source of Vitamin E, magnesium and selenium.
√30 grams whole wheat vermicelli broken into pieces
√150 ml skimmed milk
√1 teaspoon coconut sugar √1 teaspoon ghee
√1 teaspoon Almonds and pistachios powder
√¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
√Few strands of saffron
√Crushed dry fruits for garnishing
Calories: 185 Cal
Carbs: 28.1 gm
Protein: 6.5 gm
Fats: 5.3 gm
In a medium sized saucepan, start by melting the ghee, and then toast the vermicelli until they’re golden brown and they release a nutty brown aroma.
Add milk and sugar, keep stirring. Cook on medium flame.
Add pistachios and cardamom powder.
Cook until the milk has reduced and thickened to your desired consistency and the vermicelli is soft and plump.
Note: The kheer thickens upon cooling.
Transfer it to a serving bowl and top it with dry fruits of your choice.

Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose — Viparita Karani (Vip-pah-REE-tah-kah-rahn-ee) — is a deeply restorative posture that can be used as an alternative to Shoulder Stand. It gets its name from the Sanskrit words, Viparita, meaning inverted, and karani, meaning action.
Step-by-step Instructions for Beginners:
1. Find a tall, flat, upright wall. Sit with your feet firmly planted on the floor and your left side directly against the wall.
2. On an exhale, move so your back is on the floor and your feet are flat against the wall.
3. With the support of your arms, gently wiggle your body closer to the wall until your sitting bones are directly against the wall and your legs are pointed vertically above you with both legs directly above your hips. Rest your head against the floor.
4. Make sure your pelvis is in a neutral position
5. If you experience discomfort while in this pose, lift your hips and place a bolster underneath your hips.
6. Relax your face and neck and allow your hands to rest on your belly or beside your torso on the floor.
7. Relax every part of your body while keeping your legs propped up against the wall.
8. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
9. Stay in the posture for up to 15 minutes.
10. To exit the posture, gently bend your knees and push your body away from the wall. Turn to your right side and lie in fetal position before pressing yourself up to a seated position.

To modify: In the case of neck soreness, place a towel underneath the neck for extra support.
Variation: For a deeper stretch, bend both knees against the wall and bring the soles of both feet together, creating a “V” shape.
