Clear blue skies on the way to Mt. Cook with our cute van Demetri. 🤘🏼 Loved pulling over and taking it in as much as possible. Already planning my next trip back to NZ! ⛰
Thanks for snapping some amazing comps @samkolder, edited by me.
The importance of being selfish...with your time. AKA ME Time 🧘♂️. AKA Self Love 💅
Over a decade of burning the candles at all ends trying to get the most out of my Jet🌐Set lifestyle has taught me the value of slowing down and taking time to care for me. .
The past year I have made some big changes in my life that has made a positive impact. Here are my 3 favorites:
1. SLEEP 🛌: Something so easy to do but we neglect it the most. I have pushed myself to sleep at least 7 hours a night and the changes are incredible! Sleep isn't an option. It's a requirement. .
2. Spend time alone: Most of my layovers and trips these days are spent by myself because I have finally learned to ❤ my own company and I grow so much in my self reflection. .
3. Spend time in places that make me happy: See photo for an example. A place like New Zealand is a destination that gives me the ultimate escape and peace of mind I craze after working with people non stop. There is so much nature and so little people to mess up the serenity. .
I'm working on my list of me time goals for next year! Any suggestions?
Medical staffers around the country have pulled out the stops to help people injured in the Whakaari/White Island eruption, perhaps no-one moreso than Deirdre Seoighe. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The burns specialist gave birth three months ago, and has returned from maternity leave to treat patients at Waikato Hospital. 🏥
In fact, Seoighe’s workload has been so hectic that other hospital staffers have been looking after her tiny baby while she grapples with burns victims. ❤️
“It is a bit stressful to see this number of traumas come in, but it’s lovely to hold a sleeping baby. It’s kind of a de-stressor,” says the new mum.

𖣂 bringing awareness into the being 𖣂
Sometimes I need to stop everything that I'm doing and focus my attention within, especially when I'm surrounded by a lot of people. Then I ask myself; what's going on inside me at this very moment?
The hardest part is to just observe the answer rather than analyzing it. Rather than trying to change it, I try to just sit with it and feel the energy of the emotion in my body

All time favourite Lacca, ready for your holiday needs 💕
Well well well isn't it a Friday the 13th with a Full Moon & I felt like I had lots of cycles closing today.
Work ( my day job at a Childcare Centre ), my gym ( 6 years at @lesmillstribe , since first moving back to NZ ) + plus the last day at my kids wonderful school.
Can you believe that I didn't even cry !?🤣 As a highly emotional person I find it hard to believe. But I did it ! 👌 ▪
I think I'm so ready for the next chapter of my family's life that I just accepted everything as it is and I'm ready for what is next in for us ❤
BRING IT ON ! RAGLAN WE ARE READY FOR YOU !
I hear everyone talk about wanting to ‘change’ or ‘transform’ their lives.. now more than ever with 2020 approaching faster than the blink of an eye.
But all that’s currently crossing my mind is how the freaking heck do I ACCEPT change?
As you guys know, 2 or so months ago my life pretty much broke up with me and that’s the best way to describe the feeling.
It’s like a heartbreak, an aching desire to be able to change the past, to have another chance and to go back to what’s safe & comfortable.
So the main thing I’ve been pondering, meditating on, crying about and celebrating is how to accept and embrace the fact that I have asked for all of this.
And I’m not sure how many more times I have to go through the process of working through those emotions of loss, failure and uncertainty... But I know that no matter the past or future, I am happy NOW.
I’ve never felt more alive and aware of everything that is happening around me.
I can feel the energies in all the places, I can hear my intuition in every decision I’m making and I feel a deep sense of trust within myself.
Once again, I trust that I will keep striving for what I love, keep chasing the wild dreams and make a home wherever I go.
My dear friend wrote me a card just before I left Australia and her words hit me right in the feels; “You make home where ever you go. You are a maker of family.” ❤️
And if that was the only thing I do for the rest of this life, I would be the happiest person alive!
Sending big LOVE to all my family across this earth today, you all shaped me and who I am. 🌎

the food at @kind.morningside never disappoints!! my ‘kindly benediction’ w halloumi was bomb asfff and the eggs were perfectly poached🤤🥑the skepticism of my stubborn meat-eating mother was easily won over by the charred broccolini and smashed beans in her ‘kind big breakfast’👌🏻absolutely lovedd the lush decor here, with an abundance of gorg flowers and greenery🥰💐can’t recommend enough for a cute lil’ plant-based spot around the area🐣
