LIFE (What's expected) CAN BE COMING AT YOU 24/7 | YOU NEED TO MAKE LIFE (human needs honoured, living life for what it's really all about) A PRORITY OVER THE NOISE.
Can be caused by many factors
Vitamin & mineral deficiency
A non-stop lifestyle
Is a normal human response to all of the above. It's not you floored as a human being. As if you SHOULD be able to take all of these things on.
of the anxiety symptoms is that you're unable to think straight & this is normal, a part of the brain that's responsable for helping you to think straight, stands down when you're anxious to allow the Amygdala to have all the importance. *this part is busy focusing on danger/negative. So not taking a break doesn't help you.
🌱HERE'S THE PROBLEM
We think that we must be able to cope, that it's us. It's NOT it's caused by combinations of lifestyles, overworked, so tired you've no energy for your needs. Feeling you cannot say No. GUILT 'why can't I cope? It's me, I'm the problem' This guilt will stress you out also.
🌱WHAT YOU NEED IS
To put down what's expected several times a day. So that you can reduce stress & be able to think clearly.
Make it a priority to do this.
Reconnect with life
Something you enjoy
Look for something you may enjoy
Keep trying until you find it.
There is ALWAYS something to be doing that's expected. Make the time happen in your life for you to be a human & to cater for your human needs.
1.Me I'm going to read a couple of pages of my book.
2.Check out the sky
3.Look for nature
4.Reconnect to memories through music
5.Call a family member.
6.Hug my kids
7.Be present for them, so we can talk about whatever.
Don't get me wrong, I've still got to work today but these are my priority. ❤

Honestly, Magick is mainly used as a science and art in harmony with nature to bring about change, provide protection, or heal different ailments through the mastery of energy.

I’ve been guided to share my experience with meditation. In 2015 I was getting wicked debilitating headaches sometimes they would last all day. I spoke with a healer who said that my headaches were the result of too many thoughts without a clearing of energy happening. I started with 5 minutes essentially teaching my mind to stop and focus on my breathing. Once you get used to it it is easy to see the benefits. You have to allow your mind the time to flow. It took some time to get to that point. I never wanted to meditate at first because I thought it was hard. But I assure you once you reach that 25-35th minute you will notice you feel so blissed out!! It’s rewarding!! I realized I had been searching for this feeling in everything else. Little did I know it had been there the whole time waiting for me to tap into it!! I usually meditate with a crystal or #orgonite on my forehead to enhance the effects!! I Noticed that when I engage in a meditation practice every day the things that I want in life flow effortlessly to me. I noticed that they have a stronger connection with spirit and my guides. And when I allow myself to quiet my mind I can hear the messages they want me to receive #meditation#zen#consciousbreathing

While it’s natural to feel disappointment, we don’t have to buy into our storyline and let a failure be a measure of our self worth. We can reframe our experience, recognizing that a failure is proof that we courageously tried. And could that be enough? Might it be possible to even view our failure as a victory, because we took a risk or learned something new?
So in times of defeat, I encourage you to be gentle and forgiving. To view each failure as a passing event without giving it so much meaning. When we respond to disappointments with non-judgment and compassion, we can pick ourselves up and move forward. We can celebrate our effort not just the outcome. We can fail gently, gracefully, bravely. 💜
