lowfat Ich hab’s euch ja gesagt, bei der Menge Reis die Markus gekocht hat, gibt es bei Familie B jetzt 8 Tage lang Reis 😂 Könnte aber schlimmer sein denn die Puffer hier sind echt lecker geworden! Danke an eine liebe Followerin für die Inspiration ❤️ Für 8 Von meinen Reispuffern braucht ihr:

250 g Reis vom Vortag (oder Vorvortag 😅)
2 Eier
1 Karotte, geraspelt
1 Frühlingszwiebel, gehackt
1 gehäufter EL Mehl
Salz, Pfeffer

Alle Zutaten mit einander vermengen und in einer Pfanne in etwas Öl anbraten. Ich gebe hierzu je 2 EL der Masse in die Pfanne und forme die Puffer in der Pfanne schön rund (die Masse fällt noch auseinander) durch die Hitze stockt das Ei und ihr könnt die Puffer nach ca 4-5 Minuten prima wenden. Die Kalorien beziehen sich pro Puffer ohne Öl. Statt Karotte könnte man auch Paprika oder Zucchini nehmen.

Wer mag, kann auch noch Käse in die Masse geben 😍! Hat jemand weitere Ideen zur Reis-Resteverwertung?

INGREDIENTS
5-6 cups cauliflower florets
6 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup plant-based milk, or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound fettucine, or other pasta of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of boiling water to a boil. Add the cauliflower and cook, covered, for 8-10 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender. Reserve 1 cup of the boiling water.
2. Heat the olive oil a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic until soft and fragrant, but not browned, about 1-2 minutes. 
3. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked cauliflower to ablender. Add the sautéed garlic, reserved 1 cup cooking liquid, milk, salt and pepper. Cover the vent in your blender lid with a thin kitchen towel to allow venting and puree until the sauce is smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. If the sauce starts to look dry, add a few drops of water, milk, or olive oil.
4. Serve with cooked fettuccine.

FORMULA 
500 grs de mix sin gluten (Lee los ingredientes al final) 
10 grs de sal 
25 g de Psyllium husk (sustituible por 12 g de goma guar o xantana) 
10 grs de polvo de hornear sin gluten 
500 grs de agua tibia 
50 grs de miel (usamos miel de @agavesugarkrush, puedes usar panela o papelón)
12 grs de levadura #singluten
70 grs de aceite
40 g de semillas

PREPARACIÓN 
1⃣ Muele muy muy bien el psyllium hasta volverlo polvo fino en licuadora o procesador. Mezcla la miel, el agua y la levadura para activarla. Mezcla los ingredientes secos. Añade el aceite y realiza una arenado. 
2⃣ Agrega la levadura activada a los ingredientes secos, mezcla energicamente hasta que obtengas una masa homogénea y sin grumos. 
3⃣ Forma los pancitos uno a uno, si la masa está muy húmeda sécala con un poco de almidón hasta que despegue de las manos, ubica sobre una bandeja engrasada y enharinada. Deja levar durante 45 a 50 minutos tapados con una bolsa para que no forme costra._
4️⃣ Ubica un bol con agua o enciende la función convección. Hornea en horno precalentado a 190•C durante 30 a 35 minutos o hasta que dore la corteza. Deja reposar hasta que este frío para que la miga se forme correctamente.

Wie bereits in meiner Story heute ersichtlich wurde, bin ich ein totaler Gewürzfreak und liebe die @justspices Gewürze aus diesem Grund über alles !❤️ Verreisen ohne meine Lieblings- Gewürze? Kommt nicht in die Tüte !😝 Was andere an Geld für Schmuck, teures Make-Up,Schuhe, Handtaschen oder Autos ausgeben.. das landet bei mir in Küchen- und Koch- + Backutensilien 😁✌🏼 (Ja meine Küche platzt bereits aus allen Nähten 😅)

Das war übrigens nicht immer so.. noch vor ca 4 - 5 Jahren bestand meine Koch- und Backkunst aus Backmischungen, Maggi- Tütchen und verkochten Spaghetti 🤣✌🏼 Gemüse konnte ich so gut wie gar nicht lecker zubereiten.. deswegen schaffte es auch nicht wirklich viel davon auf meinen Teller 🙈 Viellicht mal im Döner 😂 .

Gamechanger: meine erste Bestellung bei @justspices 😉 Klingt doof, aber ich wusste nie, wie ich mein Gemüse lecker würzen konnte .. deswegen gabs zu allem Salz & Pfeffer & vllt mal ne Kräuter der Provence Mischung aus dem Discounter 🤣 Bei @justspices konnte ich als Anfänger dank der einfachen Namen der Gewürzmischungen nichts falsch machen 🙏🏽 Einmal daheim & ausprobiert, ist JustSpices nicht mehr aus meinem Leben wegzudenken 😍 Ich kenne mittlerweile fast alle Gewürze - und keins schmeckt mir nicht 😉 .

Ich gebe zu, diese Feierei wirft mich einfach immer raus - immer. Sowohl kalorientechnisch sind Cola Korn, Tequila und Co. einfach so übel und hauen dann gerne mal 2000+ Kalorien am Tag drauf - was man dafür alles essen könnte @ 😱. Da rettet dann nur noch der Spaß am Tanzen, dass der Verbrauch ebenfalls bei 3000+ liegt. 💪🏽

Viel schlimmer ist bei mir dann aber immer der Tag danach. Denn meistens lieg ich einfach flach, mir ist schlecht und ich esse und bewege mich kaum - so nervig! :

Dennoch hat das ganze etwas positives, und zwar ein Umdenken in meinem Kopf an zwei Punkten. :

Erster Punkt: Damals bin ich ungern feiern gegangen während einer Diät. Feiern gehen oder Veranstaltungen in der erste Woche, wo doch gerade die Diät angefangen hat? Niemals! Und somit habe ich mich damals oft selbst ausgeschlossen von Verabredungen und Co. - Schrecklich! :

Punkt 2: Wenn ich damals gewusst habe, dass Feiern anstehen, habe ich oft erst gar nicht angefangen zu diäten, weil ich dachte, ‚Ach dann ist die Woche ja eh gelaufen - wozu dann anfangen?‘. Auch das hat sich zum Glück geändert. Sonst würde ich bis zum 10.11 wieder nicht starten, weil bis dahin jedes Wochenende was ansteht. 🙈 :

Was ich damit sagen will? Sowohl kalorientechnisch sind Cola Korn, Tequila und Co. einfach so übel und hauen dann gerne mal 2000+ Kalorien am Tag drauf - was man dafür alles essen könnte @ 😱. Da rettet dann nur noch der Spaß am Tanzen, dass der Verbrauch ebenfalls bei 3000+ liegt. 💪🏽 : Viel schlimmer ist bei mir dann aber immer der Tag danach. Denn meistens lieg ich einfach flach, mir ist schlecht und ich esse und bewege mich kaum - so nervig! : Dennoch hat das ganze etwas positives, und zwar ein Umdenken in meinem Kopf an zwei Punkten. : Erster Punkt: Damals bin ich ungern feiern gegangen während einer Diät. Feiern gehen oder Veranstaltungen in der erste Woche, wo doch gerade die Diät angefangen hat? Niemals! Und somit habe ich mich damals oft selbst ausgeschlossen von Verabredungen und Co. - Schrecklich! : Punkt 2: Wenn ich damals gewusst habe, dass Feiern anstehen, habe ich oft erst gar nicht angefangen zu diäten, weil ich dachte, ‚Ach dann ist die Woche ja eh gelaufen - wozu dann anfangen?‘. Auch das hat sich zum Glück geändert. Sonst würde ich bis zum 10.11 wieder nicht starten, weil bis dahin jedes Wochenende was ansteht. 🙈 : Was ich damit sagen will? lowfat Tonight we won the pub quiz!! Turns out my lovely husband is pretty awesome at pub quizzes and he's kept it quiet all this time! 
Ive been missing chai lattes so much so I came back and made myself a very tasty substitute, warming, creamy and fod map friendly, refined sugar free and full of flavour! Oh yes! 
Day 50 low FOD MAP and less than 5g of fat per meal. 
Breakfast - acai, strawberry and blueberry  smoothie with collegen protien 
Snack - sourdough with homemade low fat chocolate sauce! Sooo good! 
Snack - almond milk hot chocolate

Lunch - the husband's pasta dish from the  other night. 
Snack - Mandarin 
Dinner - 'Farm house pie' - a very successful experiment with delicious mashed potato! 
Snack - steamed beans and broccolini (only thing the pub had that I could eat)

Die Gnocchi habe ich nach dem Rezept von @bettybossi.ch gemacht, hab beim Rezept einfach nur das Eiweiss anstatt das ganze Ei genommen und den Käse weggelassen. Wer es noch “kürbisiger” mag kann einen Teil der Kartoffeln durch Butternuss-Kürbis 🎃ersetzen, auch superlecker (und noch leichter😉). Rezept für die Pumpkincream: - 100g Butternusskürbis
- Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat, Curry, Paprika
- (Rosmarin)

Kürbis dämpfen oder weich kochen, pürieren und je nachdem, wie dick du die Sauce magst noch mit Wasser, Bouillon oder Rahm verfeinern. Sauce würzen und für eine besondere Note noch ein wenig frischen Rosmarin reinschnippeln.
