WOW. I don’t even have the words to describe the amount of love I feel from yesterday’s post. THANK YOU. Thank you for trusting me, and sharing your stories with me. I feel so grateful to have this platform to connect with you mamas, and I hope you all know I’m here for you. Whatever you need, anytime. I never started this Instagram journey to make money, but rather to connect with other mamas and talk about what I love- MOTHERHOOD. It’s a hard journey, but we can do this together! Thank you for following me, it means the world. I can’t say thank you enough. ❤️❤️

Just a happy girl at her fav place in her fav dress 👗🎯
I wasn’t kidding when I said this dress has completely replaced her red Christmas dress! You had her at tulle & glitter @cuteheadskids 🤣✨
It’s such a rare sight to see Max in any pictures these days. Much less him not doing a silly face AND Emersyn’s smiling! This is a total mom win right here. We’re totally framing this picture. It’s definitely a new fav. I’ve always been close with my brother, and I pray they have a similar relationship growing up. I’m one blessed mama, I still can’t believe they’re mine 💛

First tooth! And there’s two more surfacing! 😳
First word! She said “mama” for the first time today.
First roll! She knows how to roll over now.
She also discovered her feet and enjoys playing with them. My baby girl is growing so fast, not just mentally but physically too. She’s already wearing size 9-12 months clothing. People ask me if she’s formula fed (I guess that’s an assumption when you have a really chubby baby?) but nope, all she drinks is breastmilk, yo. I have no idea how she’s gaining weight so fast because her brother wasn’t this chubs at this age. 🤷🏻♀️ More to love! 🤗❤️

post dinner treat by the water 🍦🍦🍦 and yes, I did have major anxiety watching her eat this bubblegum ice cream in her new outfit from @weslieandnan 💝
The universe made toddlers cute so we can easily stop and marvel at the simplicity of how they experience joy and the world around them. I was chatting with a friend how much I love this stage and engaging in play with Ella. It’s hard when we are feeling lousy to truly experience and join in with our kids. I recognise this is a major barrier for parents even if they truly want that time with their bub. There are so many things I’ve been considering and thinking about and the lasting impact it has on everyone involved. And one common element that keeps popping up is the ability to stop and think before responding or to initiate a response that ultimately helps build relationships.... #mindfulmusings

• B I T E S • i created the menu for ellie’s birthday party by tearing apart a brown paper bag i found in our basement, i free handed the writing, and voila! a perfectly coordinated card for the party! 🌿i was very sad to recycle it away...it turned out so cute, i was bummed to see it go! #menucard#brushlettering#calligraphy

Less than a week till we’re back on holiday, and all Elodie cares about after going to Florida in April is which Princess’s she’s going to meet.... erm.... not sure how I’m going to resolve this one?? 👑

Introduction post! 🙂
Ok guys, I know by Instagram standards 35 followers isn't much, but I seriously can't believe that there are 35 people that are interested in my little family and our day to day happenings. I'm so excited to share this #mommyhood , #familylife journey with you!
Here's a little about me and my little family. Dave and I were college sweethearts. We started dating in January of our freshman year of college when we were both 18. We dated for 10 years before he proposed. A year and a half later we were married in the tiniest ceremony in Ireland. Only 9 of our friends and family were there.
9 months later Ronan was born. He is now 5 and heading off to kindergarten in the fall.
Cora is 2, she will be 3 in September, and starting 2 day a week preschool.
I still cannot believe that both of my babies will be in school!
I am a kindergarten teacher, who is currently soaking up every second of summer with my 3 favorite people.
Thank you for being here with us and I hope to learn more about you too! ❤️ These pictures were from the 4th this year. Just a few weeks before Ronan's big haircut. I still miss those curls!

Today I shared a an old journal entry with @trustthejourneyproject - It brought up so many thoughts and feelings and emotions. At this stage of my motherhood journey with Shea, I was an absolute wreck. I couldn’t figure out how to wash (and actually dry😂) a single load of laundry, let alone how to run a business.
It’s just made me think a lot about how far I’ve come, how grateful I am, how those hours and hours and HOURS (okay maybe months?) of spreadsheets and life organization hacks actually paid off, and how exactly one year ago today I came across a random article that told me I needed to create a role for myself in my community... and I did.
I wouldn’t even know where to find this article now, but she said that motherhood is hard because we need a village, and we no longer have one - something we all know. BUT this article actually gave solutions - she explained that in actual villages, everyone has a role - something to offer to the community. She said that if you create a role for yourself, the village will follow.
I remember it was like 4am and Oisin and I were driving back from Nevada with Shea sound asleep in the backseat, and I could barely read the whole article to him because I kept getting choked up. I was so moved that I literally couldn’t wait to create a role for myself. About a month later, I started planning my preschool program and my whole world changed.
Mamas, you have talents and strengths and gifts that your community NEEDS! Find a way to share them and change your motherhood journey.
Head over to @trustthejourneyproject to read that journal entry💕

Someone got to try this food thing all the kids and adults talk about. 🤪 I’ve been sort of procrastinating on it because part of me just wants to keep him little for as long as I can. Well, he’s been ready so we went for it today. . .
First food = POI! . .
Mason and Paige both wanted to be the first to feed him, so I made them Jan Ken Pon (Rock, Paper, Scissors) for it. Paige won so she went first. ☺️ Wish I caught it on video but Miles kept saying “Mmmmmm” 🤣 #babysfirstfood

Isla and Gruncle’s raspberry picking tradition continues! Pick a few... eat a few... pick a few...
I love that these two have maintained this sweet little ritual together summer after summer. Gruncle’s raspberry sign from Isla was displayed proudly in the center of the patch ❤️
What’s something that sparks joy for you? .
As a mom, something that sparks joy is watching Grayson play outside. I love watching him experience the outdoors, watch other people and interact with other kids. This is Willow and they have the sweetest relationship. If Grayson cries Willow immediately comes over to him and will put her arm around him and it melts my heart! 🥰 They just recently started “fighting” so they basically have a brother and sister relationship 🤣
We’ve gotten into a routine where we go for a walk with @brittny.alicia and her kids basically everyday and almost always end up at the park. We have a few different ones by our houses which is nice! Not only does getting outside make the days go by easier but it is also great for their development. .
Something more about me that sparks joy is shopping 🤣 just thought I’d add that in haha
I did a thing today. Swipe right ◀️◀️to see the aftermath. Also- she's crying because she didn't want to get out of the bath. 😥

My little Leo babe ♌️ Such a tough cookie on the outside, but super soft and full of love on the inside 🥰
What are your Little’s Star signs?
Do you find their sign matching with their personalities yet?
Cutest lil ice cream date 🍦⠀
We are creeping up to three years since his first skull surgery. Lately, he’s been watching his hospital videos and looking at his recovery photos and asking a million questions. He kisses the screen when he sees how swollen his eyes were and how many staples covered his head. He talks about his “owies” like they are badass battle wounds. And I love it.⠀
He has made me stronger - as a mother, as a human being. And even during the hard days, I am endlessly grateful that I somehow ended up being mom to this little superhero. #craniobaby#craniosynostosis#deucescraniojourney
I remember reading an article that talked about “mom isolation”. I brushed it off thinking it was a bit melodramatic, but have often thought back on it and am finding it had nuggets of truth
As moms we’re often not engaged in the dinner table conversation because we’re cutting up the meat or wiping up the spill. During family gatherings when everyone sits to chat, we’re often up changing a diaper or sorting out the latest toy scuffle. I’ve had a babe on my hip for 5 years in a row and the times I’ve had to get up and leave a restaurant to go bounce the babe so it doesn’t scream through dinner or run a newly potty trained kid to the bathroom, outweighs the number of warm dinners I’ve been able to eat. It makes sense when the activities we’re doing don’t lend themselves to the smallest kid, that I stay back (only one with the boob 🤷🏻♀️)
I’m well aware that this will be my life for quite a few years, especially if we’re having 800 babies 🤣🤣 I just hope when I’m out of this season I don’t get amnesia to the mommas around me. I hope I remember to hold their babe through the meal, offer to stay back and keep them company and sit at the kids table so they can enjoy some adult conversation 😍
The big kids and I got to take a short little hike together while Dad and Poppy chilled in the air conditioning. I enjoyed the sweat dripping off of me a little bit more because it was a rare kind of treat for me!

to all the parents out there (like heidi and bryan) who are chasing a toddler, while caring for a newborn... you are real life superhero’s in my eyes. on a side note: how amazing are bubbles!? they will entertain your toddler for a solid 30 (if not longer 🙌🏻). sending off this gallery tonight, which means only two more to deliver before we jet set to europe ✈️
