3-6-4.... 364 days... same person, same outfit, same attitude, same silliness... different body! This new body has taught me so much discipline and self love that’s it’s scary! I wouldn’t trade this last year for anything... it has literally been life-changing! •
Keto is a life style, not a quick diet. Going in everybody told me how hard it would be, but honestly if it’s easy everybody would do it. I needed “hard” to learn discipline. I’ve told myself NO so much over the last year that’s it’s normal to deny my body food cause the results speak volumes!! Major thanks to @krystenrobbyn and @1real_pocahontas for always saying “is that keto?” They literally kept me grounded when I wanted to say yes to sweets, bread, and drinks! Keto is hard. Keto is safe. Keto is life-changing. Keto on friends!

I made these in the air fryer and then coated with a mix of g Hughes sugar free bbq and franks red hot sauce!! 🔥🔥🔥 .
Preheat air fryer to 380F, season wings heavily, air fry for 25 minutes flipping them over halfway through. Switch heat to 400F and put back in for 5-15 minutes until internal temp reaches 165F.
If you’re baking them I usually bake mine at 375F for an hour or until they reach an internal temp of 165F.

There are so many reasons I love this recipe – packed with nutrients, protein and best of all it has less than 250 calories per serving!
(For 4 servings)
4 large zucchinis
olive oil, drizzle
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb lean steak(455 g), thinly sliced
½ yellow onion, sliced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ green bell pepper, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
4 oz sliced button mushrooms(115 g)
½ cup low-fat provolone cheese(55 g)
1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
2. Cut zucchini in half, and scoop out the insides (can reuse for another dish).
3. Place into baking dish and season with olive oil, pepper, and salt.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. While zucchini is baking, season steak with pepper and salt and sauté on medium-high heat
until steak is browned and cooked through. Set aside.
6. In the same pan, season onions with pepper, salt, and olive oil and sauté for 5 minutes.
7. Add peppers and mushrooms, and cook for another 5 minutes.
8. Add the steak again and sauté for another minute.
9. Top the zucchini halves with the contents of the pan, and sprinkling on some shredded
10. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
11. Serve and enjoy

Holiday season is the best time to try out all the curries out there. This particular one is a Shrimp coconut curry - colorful and gorgeous attribute on your Christmas table. .
It’s delicious and actually very beneficial fighting against flu and cold. It happens that curry has turmeric and other bunch of spices which are know to improve immune system function.
The primary active component of turmeric - and the one that gives the spice its characteristic yellow color - is curcumin.
Unfortunately, curcumin on its own doesn’t absorb well into the bloodstream, and having it in curry once a month is unlikely to give you the desired anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. When the desire to bake strikes and you don't feel like going shopping, you make do with what you have in your cupboard.
These impromptu "cookie cake sandwiches" are gluten free, diabetic friendly, dairy free, low carb and keto friendly. We used an egg replacer, which makes these vegan too, but you can use eggs if you're on a keto diet.
1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup macadamia nut flour
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp almond essence
1 Tbsp tapioca flour
1 serving spoon SugarFree Natura Stevia
2 cups dessicated coconut
2 eggs equivalent using egg replacer
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 chopped walnuts
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Coconut cream / ice cream or dairy cream for the filling
Preheat oven to 190 degrees
Combine all dry ingredients & mix
Add milk, essence, egg replacer & fold through - use mixer to mix thoroughly
Line baking tray with baking sheet
Scoop out cookie sized shapes onto baking tray
Add coconut flakes on top of half of your cookie cakes
Bake for +/- 15 minutes - be sure to check so they don't burn or harden too much
Wait for it to cool before slathering coconut cream on the bottom cakes .

So: what’s it feel like being post chemo?
Well you feel a little less shit - ever so slightly haha. It’s funny because this momentous finish has occurred yet your body has still such a long road ahead. Tired, early menopausal symptoms, no gut health, no digestive system, no immune system, nails about to fall off and did I mention fatigue? BUT, each day I feel stronger and stronger. With the husband just starting fifo a week ago, I’ve taken the time to use the little bit of extra energy I’ve had to rebuild my connection with my children. To just spend time with them. That was the hardest thing taken from me during chemo. Time with my children. It broke my heart in so many ways. So for now I am soaking it up. It is nourishing my soul even if they are little turd heads sometimes. I leave the house messy and we eat eggs on toast most nights because cuddles > chores.
It’s the most amazing feeling. I feel like my body has been emptied from chemo yet I have been gifted with this amazing opportunity to rebuild my physical and emotional self.

Selam instailem.. Bir iki gündür biraz motivasyonum düşüktü. Ödün vermedim tabi hiç bir şeyden.. ama moralim bozuk. Kilo verme hızım yavaş.. 8 günde 400 g gitti mesela. "Whoosh effect" denilen durumla karşı karşıya kaldığımı umut ediyorum. Neyse hedefimi düşürdüm biraz.. 10 günde 1 kilo vermeyi hedeflerken, 14 güne uzatmayı düşündüm. Yaklaşık 1000 kalori alıyorum. Bunun altına düşmem sağlıklı olmaz gibime geliyor. Bilemedim. Genelde 1 haftada 500 g ve 1 kg arası ideal diye biliyorum. Spor yok hayatımda bu ara, ama yoğun çalışıyorum. Öğretmenim ve çoğunlukta ayaktayım. Sabah 8, akşam 6 çalışıyorum haftanın 5 günü. Yine de incelip şekillendiğimin farkımdayım. Bu yüzümü güldürüyor biraz. Önerileriniz varsa, çok sevinirim. Herkese iyi geceler. Sabredelim, şükredelim, seyredelim🙏🙏🙏
🍪 My take on chocolate chip hazelnut cookies. These cookies did not come out too sweet, so I would suggest adding more sweetener. Maybe 3 tblsps-4 tbsps. •In microwaveable bowl ADD:
-2oz cream cheese(melt these in the microwave)
•same bowl, ADD:
-1cup almond flour
-1/2 cup coconut flour
-1tsp vanilla extract
-4tbsp Skinny mixes chocolate hazelnut syrup
-1/2 cup sweetener(adjusts it to 3-4 tblsp a more)
-1pack gelatin -2 dash of pink himilayan salt
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-4 tblsp of Lily’s chocolate chips/Hershey’s sugar free chocolate chips. -1 tsp of instant coffee. -2 tblsp of cocoa powder
and mix with electric mixer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 mins(time may vary as my oven does bake quick. Once done let cool and sit for at least 5 mins as it will be soft to the touch. Use little ice scoops to scoop them and flatten. This recipes makes 24 cookies. •TIP: I add a bit extra crushed hazelnuts and chocolate chips to the top to make pretty.
