Let’s talk about money for a hot second 💫
Do you instantly cringe when you think about money or the lack of money you have?
Are you constantly searching for how you will get more money?
Do you hang on tight to your money and have massive fear around spending it?
Do you use terms like “save for a rainy day” or “don’t spend more than you have” or the age-old classic “money doesn’t grow on trees”?
There’s a story you’re telling yourself about money and you might not even realize it. I know I have for YEARS and here’s some of it!
One of the things I used to do religiously was input every penny spent or earned into a budget. I would meticulously track every single penny so that I “would never go into debt” or “never have to worry about money again”.
What I didn’t realize though is that this kind of thinking actually stops us from getting more money, it puts a limit and a cap on the kind of abundance we can receive.
Here are some of the things that have been super key for me in starting to change my mindset around money:
1. Money invested in myself, growth, family and business is never a loss
2. Money is an energy exchange and how we feel about the energy around money is what you will receive
3. Money wants to flow effortlessly. It wants to flow in and out, be spent and be earned. It will always come back to you.
Am I saying I’m perfect at money mindset or changing the stories I tell myself around money? Hard no.
What I am saying though is that you can consciously put an end to the negative vibes you put out into the world about money.

One of the basic human needs is the need to be loved and accepted. For so many people, this means a chase of happiness, whatever the cost. They rule their life, but simultaneously, they are slaves of it.
Being loved and accepted doesn't mean you have to change yourself or allow the perpetual pleasing of another's perception of yourself. It doesn't mean "yes" to everything and it shouldn't mean a conscious stagnancy of your own path to fulfillment.
You become captivated in an unjust exchange of power when every dedication becomes desperation, every "no" a tired "yes" and every "I'm worth it" a silent "I'm not enough".
Every time you confirm this meaning of power, the feeling of being captivated slowly becomes a sinking feeling - with a floating heart. Because I'm sure, deep within you, there's a spark of self-belief, a dreamer that is wide awake, but afraid. Fear is normal, as long as you don't transform its flying power into chains.
Dear reader, there's nothing you're not worthy of! If you feel lost, it means you're in search of important answers and only you can find them - they're already within you. There's no one else you have to be, there's nobody you have to please. Being loved and accepted starts with a healthy self-love, which is sometimes one of the most difficult tasks. Being loved and accepted isn't an achievement, it's a reaction of shared love and acceptance.

This thought popped in my head today and it really resonated with me because there are so many times we’re caught up in turmoil at work, within friendships/relationships, within self... And it steers our attention away from our purpose and refocuses our energy to stuff that really doesn’t matter.

Monday was one of those days...
And halfway through I stumbled and hit my hand on a concrete bench...
Normally my first reaction would be:
"WHY does this happen to me???" 🤔
This time was different... 😇✨💫
My first thought was: Oh, its broken!
Then: "What I am supposed to learn here?" 🤔🧐🤓
I got a few ideas:

🌟I am worth to have a good life
🌟I am ENOUGH
When i hear people say ‘im trying to be good’ now i just think, what do you mean good? You already are GOOD in fact you are better than GOOD you are AMAZING you are life living and breathing and growing you are love walking and talking and laughing you are the earth the trees the water you ARE life itself and this is INCREDIBLE
