These yoga pants tho 😍 I’m at a point in my life where I’ve have adapted working out into my daily routine. I feel unaccomplished if I haven’t had at least one workout each day (those who know me know I lift weights, train Muay Thai, practice Hot Yoga, and go on hikes constantly). I feel so much energy throughout the day after a workout. In the beginning, I always aimed for 5 workouts a week. Once I found that goal easy, I started lifting and doing yoga, sometimes do both on the same day!! It’s been a struggle losing weight because I’m not the healthiest eater. I’ve been focusing on my diet more for the past few months. Slowly, I will get a handle on that too!!

For this next workout, you are going to perform 4 different exercises for 4 sets of 6-8 repetitions using approximately 78-82% of your 1RM. For each repetition, you will follow a 3-2-1-0 tempo which means you will be lowering the weight eccentrically for 3 seconds, pausing at the bottom for 2 seconds, and lifting the weight concentrically for 1 second without resting at the top of each repetition. To be exact with your tempo, keep using your metronome app and set it to 60 beats per minute. In between each set, you are going to rest for 120 seconds before beginning the next set. If you are unable to complete 6 repetitions using correct form, the weight is too heavy, and you need to lower the weight. If you are able to complete more than 8 repetitions using correct form, the weight is too light, and you need to increase the weight. Even if you are struggling, if you can perform 8 repetitions with correct form you need to increase the weight for maximum results! The 4 exercises you will be performing are the Barbell Back Squat, Military Press, Parallel Grip Chin Up, and Cable Wood Chop Squat Combo. If performed correctly, this next workout should take exactly 46 minutes. #30DTC#teamyouphoric
