So here’s a short video Paulette took earlier on my phone of some of my clothes. 🙈 Apparently the next step of cleaning my house was to clean out my wardrobe. 👚 So we put clothes I don’t want in some boxes. 📦 Although all these in the video I’ll be keeping! 💋 Giving away the clothes I don’t want to charity and will auction some. 💅🏼 Next step was doing the same but with my shoes. 👠 It took soooo much time but I’m happy we got through it, Good evening babes. ✨

This picture hides all traces of my anxiety and depression, it's true that a fake smile can hide a world of pain. In my moments of sadness and low mood I turn to food as a comfort. Sad?, eat cake and have a drink. Happy ? Celebrate with cake and food and drink. 💔 Sometimes the hardest part is admiting that every day is a struggle and on the days where I manage to focus my mind and eat the foods I know will benefit me and my weigh loss, fucking praise myself for doing it. And on days where I make the wrong choices, let it go and dont hate on myself for being weak and giving in. I think I will always struggle with food. But I would rather keep it real and struggle, rather than give in. I am not perfect !! This past year, I focused a lot of time on improving my mental health, creating and building relationships, and bettering myself in all kinds of different ways. I don’t regret a second of any of it. However, in order to achieve these intrinsic goals, I’ve had to sacrifice some of my time that could’ve been spent on improving my musicianship. Now that I’m happier and more confident than ever before, I think it’s time I devote more of my daily routine to becoming a stronger, more relaxed, more intuitive, and more knowledgeable musician. That’s why I’ve decided to reignite my #beataday campaign starting today. I can’t promise that every video will be an exciting new groove or fill or lick, but rather more of a vlog that helps me hold myself accountable to consistent practice. #BeatADay1 focuses on slowing down and concentrating on Moeller motion, a technique that requires a looseness that has always seemed impossible for me to achieve. I’m still in the early stages of working out all applications for the Moeller stroke, but here’s just a taste of what I’ve been diving into.
