🙌 Happy MealTime Monday — Snack edition familia! I was reunited with my beloved kitchen this weekendand got a chance to try a delicious recipe courtesy of @adribrainard that I wanted to share with you all. Be sure to give her a follow, her content’s awesome!⁣⁣

📝 These Baked Oat Muffins are ridiculously easy to make and super tasty. With basic ingredients like oats, egg, and banana, they’re chock full of quality carbs, fiber, potassium and a bit of protein.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine 2 Eggs, 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 Large Mashed Bananas, and 1 Tbsp of Honey in a large bowl and mix well. Set aside.⁣⁣
2️⃣ In another bowl, combine 2.5 Cups of Dry Rolled Oats, 1 Tsp of Cinnamon, and 1.5 Tsp of Baking Powder and mix well. Combine this mixture with the egg mixture and mix well. Then add 1.5 Cups of the Milk of your choice (I used soy, she used almond).⁣⁣
3️⃣ Divide batter evenly into a muffin tin that you’ve sprayed with non-stick. Top evenly with berries. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and you can insert a knife that comes out clean.⁣⁣
⭐️ Then enjoy! I topped mine with yogurt, honey, fresh fruits, dark chocolate chips, and coconut flakes! 👅⁣⁣⁣⁣

healthysnackideas kale chips are still in, guys, + really freaking delicious. 🥬✨🥬✨ these are making me wonder why i ever gave up on this health food craze. actually, i do know why—because every time i attempted to make them, they sucked! either too soggy, not crispy like chips, or flat out burnt 😪 but now i got it down perfect 👌🏽 + sharing the love. 🔑 to crispy, chip-like crunch? you’re going to want to squeeze AS MUCH liquid from each piece with a paper towel + use *only* 1/2 tbsp oil per baking sheet of kale.

HOW TO GET THEM CRISPY EVERYTIME:

Remove stems from kale. Dry the kale with paper towels. Use your fingers to massage 1/2 tbsp coconut or olive oil (don’t use too much- you can always blot kale with a paper towel if so). Sprinkle nutritional yeast, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, sea salt, cayenne 🧂 this step is the least important, because you can use whatever you want here. Low heat is better — 300 degrees. Be sure to not overcrowd the baking sheet. Bake for 10 mins, rotate pan, bake another 12-15 mins. Eat crispy kale chips 🥬🥬

I hadn’t made these pancakes in ages. While they aren’t fluffy like traditional pancakes, they’re delicious, quick to make and healthy! 
To make them just blend 1 cup of rolled oats with 1 ripe banana, 3/4-1 cup non dairy milk, a dash of baking powder and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Add more oats if you need a thicker batter or more milk if you need a thinner batter. Pour the batter onto a heated, non-stick skillet and cook as you would normal pancakes. Enjoy warm with all your favorite toppings. Done and done!

healthysnackideas Salted Caramel is a flavour I just can’t get enough of right now, particularly In this 🆕 Vegan Protein Bar Recipe!!
There’s 10g Protein per slice and they are also Gluten Free and low in sugar👌🏼
Super easy to make and most of the ingredients you’ll likely have in the cupboard such as ✔️coconut milk ✔️cashews ✔️granola (@eatnaturalbars) and ✔️oats
I also added @nuzest_europe Coffee flavoured vegan protein but you could use any flavour.

These cheesecakes are a game changer. In one little treat you’ve got;
✔️ A salty, shortbread caramel base
✔️ A sweet, smooth and creamy banana filling

✋🏻No BS ingredients.
✋🏻No fuss.
✊🏻 All the flavour, nutrition and enjoyment.

Ingredients:
For the base:
▪️60g Salted Caramel Banana Better Being Blend @sneaky_wholefoods
▪️30g nut butter
▪️30g vanilla pea protein
▪️50-70ml almond milk (add as required to bind)

For the cheesecake filling:
▪️80g cottage cheese or cream cheese
▪️160g Greek yoghurt
▪️100ml Egg Whites or 1 large egg, whisked.
▪️30g banana
▪️2 tsp natural sweetener
▪️Optional: 20g white chocolate, melted for drizzling

Method:
1.	Preheat oven to 180°C
2.	To two large bowls, add all ingredients for each layer to their respective bowl and stir to combine. 
3.	Mould the base mixture with your hand, and press firmly across 5 muffin moulds.
4.	The top layer should be creamy and thick. Pour this over the base layers and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges of the cheesecakes are firm and golden brown.
5.	Allow to cool, drizzle with white chocolate (optional) and set in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
6.	Enjoy chilled.

Currently the heatwave is expected to enter many European countries. Hence, thought we could do with something that does not include “milk”. Something fresh that does not need any additional sweetener. I simply blended all below ingredients and thereafter strained it. Massive amount of ice cubes made the drink chilled and suitable for warm weather😊. Make a big batch and sip on it throughout the day. This one is also a great substitute for alcoholic beverages.

📝 These Baked Oat Muffins are ridiculously easy to make and super tasty. With basic ingredients like oats, egg, and banana, they’re chock full of quality carbs, fiber, potassium and a bit of protein.⁣⁣

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine 2 Eggs, 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 Large Mashed Bananas, and 1 Tbsp of Honey in a large bowl and mix well. Set aside.⁣⁣
2️⃣ In another bowl, combine 2.5 Cups of Dry Rolled Oats, 1 Tsp of Cinnamon, and 1.5 Tsp of Baking Powder and mix well. Combine this mixture with the egg mixture and mix well. Then add 1.5 Cups of the Milk of your choice (I used soy, she used almond).⁣⁣
3️⃣ Divide batter evenly into a muffin tin that you’ve sprayed with non-stick. Top evenly with berries. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and you can insert a knife that comes out clean.⁣⁣
⭐️ Then enjoy! I topped mine with yogurt, honey, fresh fruits, dark chocolate chips, and coconut flakes! 👅⁣⁣⁣⁣

ALOHA! 🌺  Este sábado pasado que tuve el Taller de Meditación hice para mis alumnos esta versión de muffins de banano saludables y les encantó! Así que te podrían gustan a vos también 🥰 son veganos (sin huevo) y no contienen aceite! .

Ingredientes:
* 4 bananos maduros * 1/2 taza de azúcar Moreno o crudo
* 4 cdas de agua
* 1 cdta de extracto natural de vainilla
* 2 tz de harina integral * 1 cdta de polvo de hornear * 1/2 cdta de sal

Preparación 
1. En un bowl mezcle: los bananos hechos en puré (majados) + azúcar + agua + vainilla
2. En otro bowl mezclar: harina + polvo de hornear + sal 
3. Mezclar ambos 
4. Engrase una bandeja para hornear muffins y hornear a 350C: 12 min bandeja pequeña, 20 minutos mediana o 45 minutos bandeja de queque/pastel .

This smoothie bowl was the perfect solution! Sometimes you just wanna eat a smoothie instead if drink it!⠀

Start with lots of frozen fruits and veggies, this one contained:⠀
•1/2 cup frozen raspberries ⠀
•1/4 cup beets ⠀
•1/2 cup frozen cauliflower⠀
•1 packet frozen unsweet acai puree⠀
•1 inch fresh ginger⠀
•1 scoop no added sugar grass fed whey⠀

Blend until all looks like dippin’ dots. Add 1/2 cup liquid, I used water. Continue adding liquid a tiny bit at a time until you get consistency you prefer. ⠀

Toppings, here’s where it gets fun!!! I wanted to add some crunch to the ice cream consistency. ⠀

I used 1 tablespoon of each of the following (all to increase fiber and healthy fats in my bowl!!)⠀
Chia seeds⠀
Hemp seeds with shell⠀
Unsweetened coconut chips⠀
Unsweetened almond butter⠀

Drizzle or spray with a little olive oil, shake a little salt and garlic powder on and mix the whole lot up well with your hands.
Put your oiled kale in the oven and set to 300 degrees (no need to preheat).
Turn it off about 5 minutes after it hits that temperature.
Check after 10 minutes. Your kale likely will need a little mixing up. Leave kale till the heat dissipates. .
