sourdough French Toast ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt & cinnamon
- 4-8 slices of sourdough bread ( I used 4 pieces of THICK bread)
- 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil (optional)

Heat your skillet over medium low heat with the optional coconut oil. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, salt & cinnamon. Dip the bread into the wet mixture (making sure to soak them a little). Cook the sourdough on each side until brown and crisp! I topped mine with @miyokoscreamery butter, banana and maple syrup 😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I haven’t made my spinach basil hemp seed sauce in a long time & forgot how good it is especially in the summer😎 all ya need are a couple ingredients & all I did was pair it with the @traderjoes brown rice & quinoa pasta, sundried tomatoes & chicken sausage. super easy & so good! Une tarte très rapide à fait et délicieuse avec très peu d’ingrédients.
Vous pouvez remplacer la poudre de pistache par de la poudre d’amande.

Pour la pâte :
170 g de farine d’épeautre T80
40 g de poudre d’amande.
20 g d’huile de coco fondu.
1 ou 2 cs de sirop d’agave.
50 ml d’eau.

Mélangez tous les ingrédients de la pâte.
Préchauffez le four à 180 degré.
Coupez les abricots en 6 .
Étalez la pâte en cercle sur une feuille de papier cuisson.
Mettre 3 cs de poudre de pistache sur la pâte en laissant les bords libres.
Disposez vos tranches d’abricots et rabattez les bords de la pâte.
Saupoudrez une cs de sucre de coco sur les abricots et faites cuire pendant 25 minutes.

L'okara è con la polpa estratta, I suoi grassi rendono morbidi e soffici i dolci. ☀️☀️☀️☀️
Le mandorle sono semi ad altissimo valore energetico, in quanto ricchi di grassi insaturi che ne costituiscono oltre il 50%. • 450g ground chicken⠀
• salt⠀
• Freshly ground black pepper⠀
• 2 tbsp butter⠀
• 3 large eggs⠀
• 3 slices mozzarella cheese⠀
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise⠀
• 1 tbsp sriracha sauce⠀
• 3 hamburger buns, cut in half and toasted⠀
• 6 slices of bacon cooked⠀
• 3 lettuce leaves⠀
• 1 large tomato, slices⠀ ⠀
Form a chicken in 3 equal sized patties. Using a small glass, cut the center of each patty to create a donut shape; Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.⠀
In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add cutlets and fry for 2 minutes, then turn. Break the egg in the center of each, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and cook until the egg whites are ready, about 5 more minutes. Put cheese on top and cover with lid so that it melts, 1 minute.⠀
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Add the sauce to the fried buns.⠀
Serve hamburgers on toasted buns with cooked bacon, tomato and salad.⠀

La dernière de mes placards, acheté en fin de saison et toujours bonne, l'occasion pour moi de tester une recette de @mygreedyside qui me donnait très envie.

Ces pancakes sont hyper moelleux avec un super goût de cannelle, j'ai réellement adoré, ça me tarderai presque de retrouver les légumes d'hiver... Bon peut être pas dessuite 🌞

Pour le topping j'ai opté pour un filet de sirop d'érable et quelques graines de courge pour le côté croquant mais honnêtement même sans rien ils sont délicieux !

Доброе утро, мои хорошие 💕 Хех) Вот, что значит огромное количество полезной информации и море инсайтов прям перед сном 🙈 проспала до 7:20... Не люблю я вставать позже полседьмого, но зато организм отдохнул и выспался) Сегодня очень активный день 👌 до обеда буду заниматься домашними делами и хочу потренить, а вот после обеда пойду в центр города) там нужно будет кое-что сделать, а потом, надеюсь, смогу забежать в мак за кофе и немного почитать 👐 А теперь, пора мне поделиться плодом своего вчерашнего вдохновения. Это бомба 😍 На мой завтрак: ▪️ Прекрасное ягодно-кокосовое пироженое ( готовить всем!) #кашеварим_с_nusssy ПП- ПИРОЖЕНОЕ ,,ЯГОДНО-КОКОСОВОЕ НАСЛАЖДЕНИЕ"🍓 Ингредиенты (для бисквита): •1 🥚 •40 гр рисовой муки •45-50 мл молока(у меня овсяное) •🥥 стружка(чем больше, тем лучше) •подсластитель •разрыхлитель/сода, гашёная уксусом Приготовление: Просто смешиваем все ингредиенты и выливаем наше тесто в заранее прокаленную и немного смазанную форму. Ставим в разогретую духовку на 35 минут при 180°. Достаем наш бисквит, даём остыть и разрезаем поперек. Ингредиенты (для крема и шапочки): • 30 гр творога • 1 ч.л греческого йогурта • любой ягодный джем или варенье • скуп протеина(по желанию) • рикотта • ягоды(у меня малина) Приготовление: Смешиваем творог, йогурт и варенье/джем и выкладываем эту массу между разрезанными коржиками. Украшаем наше пироженое рикоттой и ягодами. When I stopped using this account it was because I was putting a lot of pressure on myself to make it into something that it wasn’t, focusing on the amount of followers I had, doing things that weren’t fun for me because I thought I’d get a follower or two out of it.

Now I feel like sharing again. I feel like it’s time to start over. And it is! I’ve moved back to Paris to study at @sciencespo and I couldn’t be more excited to start classes this September. 
My goals for this account are as follows:
1. Freely express myself through any kinds of photos, not just of food;
2. Share insights on topics ranging from books to exercise to spiritual growth to travel to being a woman to relationships to friendships to funny comedians, etc.;
3. Be unapologetically me, and kick ass doing it! (In a nice way)

Here at cornerstone cookie, we love all things sweet. Unfortunately, a lot of sweet treats tend to be relatively unhealthy. How rude.  This protein oatmeal can be whatever you want it to be, it’s so versatile and has legitimately been a part of my everyday diet for two years. 
I’ll be the first to admit that I hated traditional porridge, but this bowl honestly tastes like dessert and quickly satisfies the sweet tooth. 
Recipe and nutritional information below😊

Recipe: 100g serving (big)
100g rolled oats
1/2 an apple (chopped into small cubes)
10g chopped almonds or walnuts
100g frozen mixed berries 
100g almond milk, milk or water 
Chocolate flavour, or similar whey protein powder 25g (or amount desired) 
Optional (but recommended):
Cinnamon 
Salt
Chia seeds

Nutritional information: 
Calories: 651
Macronutrient breakdown:
P: 37
F: 17
C: 82 (15g fibre) 
Method:
1. In a bowl, stir together oats, cinnamon, salt, chia seeds, apple, berries and liquid. Microwave for 90 seconds.
2. Remove and stir, adding more liquid if necessary, return to microwave for another 90 seconds. 
3. Mix in protein powder. Once combined, add desired toppings and enjoy 😊 🍪
Side note: I personally love adding some granola or cereal on top for some crunch. Fresh fruit, granola and cookie crumble added in photographed version. Have some fun with it and perfect your own, it’ll be worth it for the years of joy it’ll bring ☺️.This can also be done on a stove top, but for me personally, the difference in taste isn’t enough to warrant the extra cleanup. 💁🏻🍪

La canicule est de retour alors pensez à vous hydrater et n’attendez pas d’avoir soif pour boire il est déjà trop tard. Prenez l’habitude de boire au moins 300 ml en vous levant à jeun, c’est déjà une bonne chose pour réveiller tout en douceur votre organisme. Chacun sera libre d’y ajouter le fameux jus de citron qui fait débat .... Dans la journée continuez à boire et si vous êtes comme moi et que vous n’aimez pas l’eau vous pouvez alterner avec un grand verre d’orangeade de temps en temps (pas à chaque verre que vous boirez 😂 car il reste pas moins que ce sont des fruits tout de même donc une boisson sucrée naturellement mais sucrée 😉)
Pour la réaliser très simple et rapide comme toujours. Dans ma bonbonne en verre il y a l’équivalent de 5 litres de boisson. J’ai ajouté 5 oranges bio, 2 citrons bio, un très gros morceau de gingembre et de la menthe en pagaille 😉
Coupez tous vos fruits en rondelles, effeuillez la menthe et remplissez d’eau. Mettez au frais et attendez au moins 24 heures que les fruits infusent avant de consommer. Vous pouvez la garder 3 jours (il m’est arrivé d’aller jusque 5 jours, ça n’engage que moi et c’est délicieux 😉)
Je vous souhaite une belle journée et si vous avez le choix, restez au « frais » aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée, entre 12h et 15h ☀️

Une tarte très rapide à fait et délicieuse avec très peu d’ingrédients.
Vous pouvez remplacer la poudre de pistache par de la poudre d’amande.

Pour la pâte :
170 g de farine d’épeautre T80
40 g de poudre d’amande.
20 g d’huile de coco fondu.
1 ou 2 cs de sirop d’agave.
50 ml d’eau.

Mélangez tous les ingrédients de la pâte.
Préchauffez le four à 180 degré.
Coupez les abricots en 6 .
Étalez la pâte en cercle sur une feuille de papier cuisson.
Mettre 3 cs de poudre de pistache sur la pâte en laissant les bords libres.
Disposez vos tranches d’abricots et rabattez les bords de la pâte.
Saupoudrez une cs de sucre de coco sur les abricots et faites cuire pendant 25 minutes.

I love cauliflower, it's one of my favourite veggies loaded with vitamin c and also choline which is needed for optimal brain function and every cell membrane.
I also love varieties of rice whether it's white, brown, wild or jasmine etc. I soaked the brown rice overnight and rinsed off which may help with a marginal nutritional profile.

I served the 3 rice versions alongside an amazing homemade lamb Rogan Josh and fresh coriander.

Each rice is 2 cups cooked.
The cauliflower rice was sauteed in 1 tsp of avocado oil which is my favourite cooking fat at the moment.

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chopped onion. Cook until translucent. ⁣

I used cooked frozen shrimp. You can also add fresh shrimp/cooked chicken. Along with chilli powder and salt. ⁣

In another pan add water let it boil. Then blanch the spinach. ⁣
⁣
Take spinach in a blender and grind into smooth paste. ⁣
⁣
Once shrimp cooked add spinach purée and mix well. Sprinkle some water. Let it boil.⁣
⁣
Then add pasta sauce/tomato puree and coconut milk. I used frozen pasta sauce and coconut milk. ⁣
⁣
Let it cook and add red chilli flakes or any other spices of your choice. ⁣
⁣
Add cooked pasta and mix well. let all the water evaporates and mix everything well!⁣
⁣
Serve with garlic toast. ⁣
⁣
To make a quick garlic toast - spray oil on bread and sprinkle some garlic powder and toast on both side. ⁣

GREEN PASTA 🍝 WITH SHRIMP 🍤 ⁣ ⁣ Onion chopped⁣ Garlic chopped⁣ Shrimp 🍤 or protein of your choice⁣ Chilli powder ⁣ Spinach 🍃 ⁣ Pasta sauce/Tomato puree ⁣ Coconut 🥥 milk ⁣ Red chilli flakes ⁣ Oregano or any spices of your choice ⁣ Cooked pasta 🍝 ⁣ ⁣ Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chopped onion. Cook until translucent. ⁣ ⁣ I used cooked frozen shrimp. You can also add fresh shrimp/cooked chicken. Along with chilli powder and salt. ⁣ ⁣ In another pan add water let it boil. Then blanch the spinach. ⁣ ⁣ Take spinach in a blender and grind into smooth paste. ⁣ ⁣ Once shrimp cooked add spinach purée and mix well. Sprinkle some water. Let it boil.⁣ ⁣ Then add pasta sauce/tomato puree and coconut milk. 1 lb  fresh strawberry , quartered
4 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 mangoes, diced
2 bananas, sliced
12 oz  fresh blurberry
2 tablespoons  honey
1 lime, juiced

Preparation
1. Quarter the strawberries and place into a large bowl.
2. Dice the mango and place on top of the strawberries.
3. Peel and dice the kiwi. Add into the bowl.
4. Slice bananas and place in the bowl. Add in the blueberries.
5. In a small bowl mix honey and lime juice.
6. Pour syrup over the fruit and mix. Mix well.
7. Enjoy!

healthyrecipe nothing better than bringing an idea to life, especially after thinking it wouldn’t turn out too great. but guess what this shit is 💣 
turned what could’ve been a stuffed sweet potato into a Mexican skillet- 1/2 a cup of whole grain rice (cooked in a rice cooker) start of by cutting 1/2 a sweet potato and placing it in a microwave safe bowl with water, cooked for 5 min. 
1 chicken breast- used the same seasoning as the last post plus a lime, before it’s fully cooked add 1/2 yellow onion, mini yellow red and orange pepper and a tomato. 
as you wait for the onion to become transparent cube the sweet potato and add it to the mix as well as the rice
