#recipe details 👉🏻 Makes 6-7 mini waffles (or 3- 3 1/2 big waffles).
Whisk 3 eggs 
1 mashed banana 
1 1/2 cups almond flour 
1 tsp vanilla 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp coconut sugar 
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 
Optional- 1-2 tbsp vanilla collagen or protein. 
Mix everything together, heat your waffle iron, grease it with some nonstick spray, add your batter. Let the waffles cook according to the timer on your waffle maker. 
I topped these with a little Pb + honey + caramelized bananas 😌 .

Ici la recette
Ingrédients: ⠀
 250 grammes champignons blancs, coupés en dés (+/- au goût) ⠀
 2 cuillères à café de tamari ⠀
 1 oignon jaune coupé fine ⠀
 2 cuillères à soupe d'ail finement haché (environ 8 à 10 gousses) ⠀
 2 cuillères à soupe de pâte de tomate ⠀
 ½ tasse de bouillon de légumes ⠀
 2 tasses d'eau  2 cuillères à soupe de lait végétal nature non sucré ⠀
 1 cuillère à soupe de miso ⠀ ⠀
 Ingrédients d'assaisonnement / épices: ⠀
 ½ cuillère à café de poudre d'ail ⠀
 ½ cuillère à café de poudre d'oignon ⠀
 2 cuillères à soupe de flocons d'oignons hachés séchés ⠀
 1 cuillère à café de persil séché ⠀
 1 cuillère à café de basilic séché ⠀
 ½ cuillère à café d'origan séché ⠀
 ¼ cuillère à café de flocons de piment rouge broyés ⠀
 1 cuillères à café de sel de mer (+/-) ⠀
 ¼ cuillère à café de poivre noir (+/-) Autres ingrédients: ⠀
 350g de linguine cuits⠀
 Fromage parmesan ⠀
 Instructions: ⠀
 Dans une grande marmitte ajoutez les champignons blancs coupés avec 2 cuillères à café de tamari.  Faire sauter à feu moyen-élevé jusqu'à ce que la totalité (ou la plupart) de l'eau ait été libérée des champignons, puis retirer de la casserole et mettre de côté. ⠀
 Essuyez soigneusement le fond de la casserole avec un chiffon propre et humide et ajoutez les oignons coupé, faites sauter environ 7 à 9 minutes.  Ajoutez l'ail finement haché.  Faire sauter à feu moyen pendant 30 secondes. ⠀
 Ajouter la pâte de tomate, puis tous les autres ingrédients, à l'exception des linguini cuits.  Laisser mijoter 5 minutes pour permettre aux saveurs de se marier. ⠀
 Prenez une partie de la sauce et mélangez-la avec les linguini cuits.  Ensuite, servez avec une sauce supplémentaire et vos garnitures préférées.

*IF TUNA ISN’T YOUR THING* 👉🏻 Try making Chickpea “tuna” salad!! Swap in some canned chickpeas instead of tuna and you’ll still have a protein-packed meal w/ great consistency.😋

HEALTHIER TUNA SALAD: 👇🏻
In a bowl mix: 
1️⃣Canned tuna {I used @wildplanetfoods NO salt added}
2️⃣1/2 lemon, juiced
3️⃣Diced red onion
4️⃣1-2 Tbl. @nancysyogurt #grassfed plain cultured yogurt {billions of probiotics 💃🏻}
5️⃣Splash olive oil
6️⃣1-2 Tsp mustard of choice (I used dijon) 
7️⃣I added some chopped pickles to mine this time + pink salt & pepper to taste! 🐟🐟

healthymeals ✨This past weekend should’ve been a pretty relaxing one, but instead I spent it stressing about failures that hadn’t even happened to me yet...that probably won’t happen at all. ✨This past weekend should’ve been a pretty relaxing one, but instead I spent it stressing about failures that hadn’t even happened to me yet...that probably won’t happen at all. Isn’t it CRAZY how much pressure we put on ourselves to execute our dreams to perfection? When in reality, if we just let it go and realized that it’s really not up to us...it’s up to the spirit/universe/God...things will pan out exactly like they’re supposed to. I’m doing my best to hold onto that notion any time I become discouraged. 🙏🏼 . . . ✨Aside from that 😅 we’re still going strong on Whole30! Granola recipe: - 1 cup whole oats - 1/3 cup buckwheat kernels - 2 T hemp seeds - 1 T chia seeds - handful of dates - 2-3 T pumpkin seeds - 3 T coconut flakes - 1/4 cup agave nectar 
Mix all ingredients together and place in a 160 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes. -

healthymeals And I’m back out of my most recent rut! 👋💊 My anti-depressant is a DAILY combo of exercise, Intermittent Fasting, “clean” healthy eating, strength in MY spirituality/faith and keeping my thoughts up in gratitude and positive. 💯 That my friends is a recipe that is LETHAL to bad vibes. 🙅🏻‍♀️ When I fall off even one of those things - it’s bad news bears for me. 😭 Take it from me...I’ve been through it in my life..no one really knows all that I’ve been through except those close to me..and I’ve tried it all when it comes to my anxiety and depression.... When I CONSISTENTLY force myself to move my body - even if all I can get out is a little walk, eat healthy, drink lots of water, meditate and change my thoughts whenever I catch myself thinking negative ones....I start to smile more and truly love life! ☀️ No matter how depressed I’ve been. It’s not always easy to snap out of a funk...sometimes it’s really really difficult - but it’s not impossible! 💗 Don’t get me wrong - I’m not against antidepressants at all - I’ve taken them plenty in my life and would again if I got into a rut so deep I needed a little extra assistance...but our minds are so much more powerful than most people give them credit for!💙 And food IS medicine...truly! 🍏 🍑🍋🥑🥦🌶 I’ve realized that more than ever lately and have made my own jaw drop at what certain foods or herbs have done for me. Eggs Benny get in my Belly 😋
healthymeals Made this quick and simple pasta for dinner a few days ago. Packed with lots of protein and used a blend of basils to accomplish this dish. Used basil from @sproutupurbanfarm and basil purchased from my local Caribbean market. Pasta used was chickpea penne and mushroom used was small white mushrooms, but am sure any mushrooms on hand can be used.

DEATS: mushroom penne will basil sauce: 2 cups chickpea penne ( or any pasta of choice boiled, hand full of variety basil leaves, sea salt, onion powder, 1 pint small whole mushrooms sliced, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1 tablespoon chickpea flour, crush red pepper, dried basil, 1/2 cup spring water,, 1 tablespoon grape seed oil, ground oregano. Fresh basil 4 garnish

In a blender blend all the ingredients except the pasta. Blend till nuts are fully blend. In a skillet add 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil until hot. Add mushrooms and sauté for about a minute. Add pasta and basil sauce to skillet. Mix well! If sauce become thick immediately add a little spring water and mix. Make sure stove top is on low heat. Mix well. Plate and add fresh basil leaves to garish. Serve immediately. Enjoy 😉

healthymeals 1 day post tummy tuck now. I'm still feeling fairly good and able to manage the pain with the medication that I have been given. I've been trying to move around a lot more today and feeling a lot less hunched over which is good. They want to keep the drains in for an extra night to remove all the extra fluid and then take them out in the morning. I'm not really looking forward to that bit but hopefully I'll get to have a little peek at my new tummy 😬 (although I know it will still look pretty swollen). I'm just focusing on drinking lots of water and getting more mobile. Sorry if my updates are boring but I've been getting lots of messages about it so thought it would just be easier to share 😊

healthymeals Meal prep, eating healthier and clean since my new job is a wellness consultant, if I make recommendations to clients, I better be able to walk the walk, not just talk the talk...I lightly cooked the broccoli florets with fresh garlic little olive oil and splash of water, cooked for few mins don't let the broccoli get soggy, you'll lose the valuable nutrients in the broccoli...my meatloaf is juicy not dry, you can make your meatloaf with most ingredients available, I made my meatloaf with 1lb lean angus beef( it was on sale) 1lb ground chicken, 1/2lb of ground pork added less salt meatloaf mix, 2 cage free eggs, teaspoon organic ketchup, teaspoon spicy brown mustard, fresh garlic, Italian bread crumbs( trader joes), lite soy sauce, and teaspoon sriracha, mixed all ingredients together and formed a loaf topped with organic ketchup, baked for 1 hour, my meatloaf came out very tasty and juicy...

Happy I hv meals for next 4 days besides the above, I hv bananas, almonds and Two Good greek yogurt only 2gram of sugar, for snacks or during my drive to the gym after work...driving from culver city to ave 26 in LA unfortunately, its not that far but traffic will be horrible but consistency is the key for my workouts and eating healthier, its my motivation to continue to do my workouts and eat clean, I hv monthly goals to reach for me...life is way too short to start tomorrow to workout or eat healthier. If you don't make time for your Wellness, you'll be forced to make time for your Illness...Daily take care of you, stress less, do what makes you happy, make travel plans or challenge yourself to read 35 books for 2020 or whatever you want...be humble be strong...time is non refundable...

今月勤勉手当のようなものがあって、少しだけボーナスが🙌もらえるほど頑張った記憶ないのですが、ありがたくいただきます😂しっかり貯金して次の旅行の足しにしよう。今年も国内外問わずいろんなところ旅行したいですね。とりあえずGWに近場ではありますが家族旅行(温泉&バイキング)があるのでそれをモチベに頑張ります。

healthymeals Fish Taco's with Mango Salsa & Lime Sauce 🌮  #60dayrecipe .
🐟1lb of white fish
4 Tbsp of lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp of aminos

🥭Mango Salsa: 
1 bell pepper diced
1/2 small red onion finely diced
1 jalapeno pepper diced
2 mangos chopped small
1 handful of cilantro chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste

🍋Lime Sauce: 
1 Tbsp almond milk 
1/2 cup of greek yogurt 
2 Tbsp of fresh lime juice 
1 chipolte chile in Adobe sauce chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
Salt to taste.

▪️Combine lime with olive oil and aminos in a glass baking dish
▪️Add fish, coat and marinate at least 15min
▪️Combine lime sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and set aside
▪️For mango salsa do the same
▪️Remove fish from marinade and grill each side until fully cooked
▪️Flake into small pieces ▪️Assemble fish tacos in either lettuce wraps, or gluten free tortillas ▪️Enjoy!

FRUIT... ⁣ My sweet beloved fruit, I’m so sorry for believing all the rumours about you, that you were bad, that you had too much sugar, too much carbs, were fattening & should be eaten only once a day! ⁣ ⁣ If only I knew, all the NUTRIENTS you had, vitamin c, potassium, fiber, folate. The phytochemical’s that help maintain health. All the energy you give. The delicious taste. ⁣ ⁣ For a while I feared fruit and would avoid certain fruit due to their high sugar/ carb content. If only I KNEW. The sugar in fruit is not processed the same way as a chocolate bar. Yes, fruit has sugar. But it also has vitamins, minerals, fiber and SO many other health benefits.✨✨✨⁣ ⁣ So add some fruit & colour into your diet. Everything is needed in moderation! 🍌🍓
