Kekse sind definitiv meine Schwachstelle, vor allem jetzt im Winter und in der Adventszeit könnte ich kiloweise davon essen🙈 Deshalb hab ich letztens ein Rezept für gesunde Chocolate Chips zusammengestellt, die wurden schon von ein paar Leuten getestet und sind einfach Hammer! Vor allem, außen knusprig und innen weich, genauso wie cookies sein sollten🤤
🍪 100g Joghurtbutter
🍪 50g Kokosöl (alt. Butter)
🍪 80g Kokosblütenzucker*
🍪 1 Vanilleschote
🍪 2 Eier
🍪 1 EL weißes Mandelmus*
🍪 150g Roggen-/Vollkornmehl
🍪 50g Kokosmehl*
🍪 1 TL Backpulver
🍪 Gehackte Haselnüsse*
🍪 50g Schokodrops* 🧂Mixe die weiche Butter, das Kokosöl, den Zucker, die Vanilleschote, das Mandelmus und die Eier schaumig.
🧂 Mische die trockenen Zutaten zusammen und rühre sie nach und nach unter die Buttermischung.
🧂 Hacke die Haselnusskerne klein und Knete sie unter den Teig.
🧂 Forme kleine Bälle, lege sie auf ein Backblech und drücke sie etwas platt. Die Kekse verlaufen nicht.
🧂 Backe die Cookies bei 170 Grad Umluft für ca. 12 Minuten. *Diese Zutaten sind von @koro_de . Ihr könnt mit „Joana“ sparen!

After an almost 5 month hiatus I am finally ready to come back to the gram! Although sometimes this can be taken to the extremes of excessive cardio 4+ times per week and crash dieting ☹️

Not to say there isn’t a time and place to be more than normally focused (you can still do this in a healthy, sustainable way) on crushing your goals - especially in the beginning to get the ball rolling and see some results 😤

Walking should always be the foundation for whether you’re in transformation mode, just living your life maintaining what you’ve created, and for staying healthy ✅

Any motive you have for changing your body needs to start small - hydration, sleep, better food choices, etc. are all the “little” things that last forever and replace those bad habits keeping you from your goals 👍

It sounds so simple, but I think we’re all surprised that most folks aren’t getting near 10k steps per day with driving to work, sitting throughout, then driving back home to the couch 😅

I love walking for a few main reasons:

1️⃣ You’ll burn calories without ramping up appetite much
⠀
2️⃣ It’s a great time to catch up with friends and family ⠀
⠀
3️⃣ You can bump your favorite podcast and/or audiobook
⠀
4️⃣ Relieve stress after a long day and get some fresh air
⠀
5️⃣ Awesome time to think and reflect on life
⠀
Are you getting your steps in to help with your fat loss goals? What’s your favorite thing to do while walking? Mine is probably 3 and 5 🙃

healthyme 10 months in - 10 months out! 👶

This month I have been feeling way more myself physically - stronger in my core, lighter on my feet! I’ve been religiously rehabbing since Max’s birth last December & ensuring I take things slow enough to build my system’s strength safely but not so slow I lose my mind. It makes sense to me that I cooked Max for 9.5 months - so my healing could take that or longer!

Pregnancy changes your anatomy and things alter & stretch. The body is incredible but it cannot heal in 6 weeks. Even after 3 months things are still different! Everyone will take different times to feel more like themselves but the number of women I hear of who still leak years after birth just shows that proper rehab is not being talked about enough & not being done. It makes sense that you might only feel more like you after 9/10 months and this is ok!

It doesn’t help that we see people in the media who have access to unlimited childcare, chefs, trainers etc and think we need to look like them so soon after birth 😒 We think we can do it all....which we CAN....but we also need to give ourselves a fucking break! #9monthsin9monthsout #10monthspostpartum #postnatalcare

10 months in - 10 months out! 👶 This month I have been feeling way more myself physically - stronger in my core, lighter on my feet! I’ve been religiously rehabbing since Max’s birth last December & ensuring I take things slow enough to build my system’s strength safely but not so slow I lose my mind. It makes sense to me that I cooked Max for 9.5 months - so my healing could take that or longer! # Pregnancy changes your anatomy and things alter & stretch. The body is incredible but it cannot heal in 6 weeks. Even after 3 months things are still different! Everyone will take different times to feel more like themselves but the number of women I hear of who still leak years after birth just shows that proper rehab is not being talked about enough & not being done. It makes sense that you might only feel more like you after 9/10 months and this is ok! # It doesn’t help that we see people in the media who have access to unlimited childcare, chefs, trainers etc and think we need to look like them so soon after birth 😒 We think we can do it all....which we CAN....but we also need to give ourselves a fucking break! #9monthsin9monthsout #10monthspostpartum #postnatalcare

久々にサーフフィットでcircuit training。全身の筋肉を鍛えられるバランスよい内容でいい汗をかけました。

Started the GINGERBREAD SEASON today with a delicious PEAR-GINGERBREAD OATMEAL -1/2 zucchini, peeled and grated
-1 small ripe pear
-1/2 tbsp raisins
-3 tbsp oats 
1 tsp cacao powder
-1 scoop @nuzest_europe vanilla protein powder -1 scoop collagen powder
-some soy milk and water -Maca, cinnamon and gingerbread spice
-1 tsp grated nuts
-1 tbsp flax meal -1 tsp @dattelbaer.at date syrup 
Cook everything until it gets the right consistency than transfer to a bowl and top it with all the goodies like homemade granola, almonds, cacao nibs, hemp hearts, leftover pear and drizzle with a tiny bit of honey 💛
Gingerbread in a bowl!!! Mine to go cause I have to head to work now 😉

INGREDIENTS FOR BUNS
1 scoop vanilla @happywayau
2 eggs 
1 1/4 cups SR flour
250 grams light sour cream 
1 tsp baking powder 
1/3 cup almond milk 
1 tsp vanilla 
2 tbs melted @niulife coconut oil 
3/4 cup desiccated coconut 
Add all ingredients to a bowl to combine. Spray a silicone 6 hole rectangle loaf tin. Fill each hole about 3/4 of the way up the side. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned 👌

1 tbs water
1/2 cup icing sugar 
1 egg white ( lightly beaten) 
Natural pink food colouring 
Add all frosting ingredients to a bowl. Seperate into 2 bowls. Tint one bowl with pink food colouring. Cover each bun with frosting + sprinkle with extra coconut 🥥 .

You should not take more than five minutes to have a bowel movement once the urge presents itself.Sitting on the toilet too long and straining to have a bowel movement is harmful to your health, as it can causes #hemorrhoids.
On the other side, when nature calls, you should head to the toilet and avoid holding your bowel movements in. If you hold your bowel movement in instead of releasing it, it can cause #constipation.
Your bowel movements shouldn't drastically change day by day. If you are suffering from irregular bowel movements where you are constipated one day and have diarrhea the next, you should get checked out by a gastroenterologist as soon as possible.
