healthybreakfast Vegan tempeh and dates smoothies👍

Tempeku after 42 hours. Jadi banget, kedele sdh sempurna tertutup jamur.  Langsung dipotong2, dimakan gitu aja tanpa diolah rasanya sdh enak banget. Sisanya dibuat smoothie aq campur ama kurma yg sdh direndam 8 jam. Enakkk juga.  Makanan breakfast yg sehat dan enak nih.  Dicampur ama VCO. Yum yum. 
Kadang kalau keseringan nyomot ini itu dan pergi2, suka lupa ama my commitment for clean eating.  Harus sering2 diingatkan kembali.  Much healthier and ringan di tubuh. Healthy gut too with all these prebiotic n probiotic food.

Vegan tempeh and dates smoothies👍 Tempeku after 42 hours. Jadi banget, kedele sdh sempurna tertutup jamur. Langsung dipotong2, dimakan gitu aja tanpa diolah rasanya sdh enak banget. Sisanya dibuat smoothie aq campur ama kurma yg sdh direndam 8 jam. Enakkk juga. Makanan breakfast yg sehat dan enak nih. Dicampur ama VCO. Yum yum. Kadang kalau keseringan nyomot ini itu dan pergi2, suka lupa ama my commitment for clean eating. Harus sering2 diingatkan kembali. Much healthier and ringan di tubuh. But some weekends are not as busy as others. On those days I assemble a few dry ingredient jars to have on hand. The way I see it I already have the ingredients out and have made a mess of my kitchen so why not get ahead of the game. When I am in need of more waffles, I get the boys to help me add the wet ingredients and this way the kitchen does not get covered in flour and it  makes the process go way quicker.....especially when you have help 😂 I also make dry ingredient jars for muffins and pizza and bread dough. Do you assemble any meals ahead of time to make cooking go faster?

Ingredients- 1. rolled oats (unflavoured oats)
2. Milk
3. Honey
4. Cornflakes
5. Almonds
6. Raisins
7. Walnuts
Method- 
1. Chop the almonds,walnuts and raisins 
2. Hot the milk and add oats rest it for 5min 
6. Pour milk and oats mixture in bowl and layer the ingredients 
7. First layer the cornflakes
8. Second line the roasted oats with honey

Gegaranya hari senin udah masuk barak, tapi baru tau jadwalnya di hari kamis. Padahal selasa baru aja belanja. Alhasil semua bahan makanan yg aneh2 dieksekusi, takutnya ga ada yg ngolah malah yg ada busuk smua nya. Salmon ini rencananya mw di bikin mentai, tapi karena masih lmyn bnyk akhirnya di grill aja. Lumayan makan makanan resto, walaupun hari minggu mager di rumah aja. 
Bahan :
250 gr fillet salmon, cuci bersih trus keringkan dengan tisu. 
Garam & lada secukupnya
Canola oil secukupnya
100 gr kentang siomay, cuci bersih bagi menjadi 6
1 sdm tepung terigu
Bubuk cabe secukupnya
Bubuk oregano secukupnya
1/2 btr Brokoli, siangi

Cara membuat :
Taburkan garam & lada di fillet salmon,  diamkan 15 menit. 
Tuangkan canola oil di pan. Grill salmon dikeempat sisinya sampai tingkat kematangan yg diharapkan. 
Untuk potato wedges, campurkan tepung terigu, garam, lada, bubuk cabe, bubuk oregano. Masukkan di wadah plastik yg ada tutupnya. Masukkan kentang siomay, tutup wadah, trus dikocok2 sampai kentang terbalut tepung. 
Goreng potato wedges sampai kuning kecoklatan. 
Rebus Brokoli ke dalam air yang sudah di tambahkan garam. 
Tata salmon grill, potato wedges dan brokoli. 
Untuk sauce pake mayonnaise, bisa juga pake saus tartar.

Salmon Grill Steak Gegaranya hari senin udah masuk barak, tapi baru tau jadwalnya di hari kamis. Padahal selasa baru aja belanja. Alhasil semua bahan makanan yg aneh2 dieksekusi, takutnya ga ada yg ngolah malah yg ada busuk smua nya. Salmon ini rencananya mw di bikin mentai, tapi karena masih lmyn bnyk akhirnya di grill aja. Lumayan makan makanan resto, walaupun hari minggu mager di rumah aja. Bahan : 250 gr fillet salmon, cuci bersih trus keringkan dengan tisu. healthybreakfast Do you guys ever have ENTIRE WEEKS that feel like failures? That was me this past week. I was dealing w a variety of stresses, which made me eat bad, which then made me feel worse (tired, sluggish, forgetful, disorganized ) and unmotivated. I barely set goals in the morning and just kinda aimlessly stumbled into my day. Conclusion: I felt off all week and was SOOOO unproductive. Thank God for Mondays. I can just press delete on the failures of last week and start fresh. I committed this week to eating healthy (I’m going cut up aloe and put it in my morning juice -I did it today it was awesome). I think I’m going to take a week of vegetarian life to detox also. I’m going to start everyday with my @theiamjournal . It helps me focus and injects me with an amazing mindset for the day and I’m gonna give less energy and time to things that don’t align w my purpose. Cheers to Monday’s... I’m ready for a fresh week. Healthy body, healthy mind, healthy spirit. .

If you’re going to cut the fruit to serve in a bowl anyway, it doesn’t take much longer to put it on skewers. The key in my opinion is to cut the melon into bite size pieces so the it is easy to eat straight off the skewers.

To make Fruit Kebabs:

Cut assorted melons into bite size pieces, as close to the same size as possible.

Place the cut pieces on skewers following a pattern and book end the skewers with berries.

We used Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Honeydew, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and grapes.

💭 Here’s some fun Sunday night trivia for you: You probably know that the sprinkles/jimmies you find in store aren’t natural but did you know that most aren’t actually vegan? I know it’s such such a strange thing for something that’s mostly made from sugar (and sometimes sugar isn’t even vegan)! Does anyone know why?

An ingredient called “confectioners glaze” is not vegan as it’s made from insects. Weirdly, Nonpareils (the small circular shaped sprinkles) don’t usually contain it though! When I first started making HiiT Dough, I was using nonpareils but they just weren’t as fun. It actually took a few months of calling and searching every day to find fun colored sprinkles that were both vegan and natural!

I made them too big and added too many raspberries so they were a bit soft , but I’ll adjust better for next time 
GLUTEN FREE , DAIRY & SUGAR FREE ( without the chocolate chips )

3 mashed bananas : 1 egg : 1/4 cup coconut oil : cinnamon ( mix this first ) 
Add 1 cup oat flour ( I used gluten free oats blended in my small blender ) : 1/2 cup oats not floured : 1/2 tsp baking powder : 1/2 tsp baking soda : then toppings ! Craving something super sweet? Then this one is for you! This creamy breakfast is a really refreshing summertime desert, without the regrets!

Calories = 435 I Carbs = 60.6g I Protein =17.7g I Fat = 7.6g

Ingredients:

40g oats

100g egg whites

80g Yopro Vanilla Yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Woolworths gluten free scotch finger biscuit - crushed

120g Peach slices in syrup

Steps:

1. Put the oats in a saucepan, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 10mins

2. Turn on stove and add the vanilla extract to the oats and water and allow it to come to the boil, add in egg whites and mix continuously until a nice, creamy texture. Bring off stove.

3. Top with the yogurt, crushed biscuits and peaches

This meal provides me protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats, hitting on 3 out of the 5 food groups! Each meal you should try to have at least 3 of the 5 food groups, that is what I always aim for.. even tho dairy is always eliminated from my plate!
