2. Gelisah

Kafein memang akan memberikan dampak yang berbeda-beda pada setiap orang. Maka, kebanyakan minum teh bisa menyebabkan sebagian orang merasa gelisah, cemas, dan tidak tenang karena kandungan kafein dalam teh. 
3. Ketergantungan

Terbiasa mengonsumsi minuman berkafein berisiko menyebabkan ketergantungan. Zat stimulan ini memang memiliki sifat candu sehingga Anda akan sulit berhenti atau mengurangi jumlah konsumsi teh dalam satu hari.

4. Anemia

Kebanyakan minum teh bisa memicu anemia. Ini disebabkan oleh kandungan tanin pada teh yang bisa mengganggu proses penyerapan zat besi oleh tubuh.

kita boleh mengonsumsi teh namun jangan terlalu sering ya! dan juga jangan menyeduh kantung teh lebih dari 2x karena proses merebus air akan menurunkan kadar mineral dan kadar yang baik lainnya pada air. jadi cukup menggunakan air rebusan satu kali, jika ingin menyeduh kembali gunakan air rebusan yang baru.

Sadly I have to report that I wasn’t a fan, so I won’t be having that again any time soon. But one thing I’d like to talk about is how to order a latte or drink. Many places offer a whole variety of different milks and many people wonder which to choose, so I’ll give a quick run through. 
Cows milk: there’s been a lot of debate on this one because there are positive and negative affects. Cows milk has been proven to increase bone health, help your heart, and help your muscles. But it’s also been proven to increase your risk of cancer and negatively affect your digestion due to hormones and contaminants that are sometimes in milk. So this ones totally up to you, just know that cows milk is generally the highest in calories, sugar, and cholesterol, but also highest in protein and calcium. 
Nut milks: They’re made from soaking nuts, then blending with water and sometimes, sweetened or flavored. Usually nut milks are lower in calcium and protein, unless fortified. They’re also lower in sugar unless sweetened, and almost always lower in calories. Great for vegans and those with dairy allergies, just make sure your getting fortified versions or getting protein, calcium, etc from other sources. 
Soy milk: made from soaking and grinding soy beans. More calories than nut milk, but less than cows. Soy comes with about 7 grams of protein per cup with is just one gram short of cows milk, but soy is also lower in sugar and cholesterol. There can be just as much calcium and other vitamins if fortified (which many are). Soy is my personal favorite, but it may be a problem if you have an allergy, or if you over consume, because too much soy can mess with your hormones.
These are just basic summaries of three different milks. There are many more and I recommend doing your own research as well. I have all three different depending on what I’m using them for, and what I feel like. All three can be part of a healthy diet if desired. Dm me if you have any questions.

SOMETIMES you need to allow them to overindulge on these kinds of ‘sometimes foods’ so they can understand what their body feels like when they’ve had more than enough. Eating is a learning experience. . I will add here that I am an advocate of all foods fit and I have written an article about why I don’t teach children the anti-sugar movement. My stance is that you teach through modelling not telling. Children can actively construct meaning through experiences and exposures. . When children frequently ask for lollies, a food conversation can be, “We’re not having lollies_______ (today/all the time/everyday/now) because our body needs to learn to like lots of other foods. Here I baked avocado and eggs together. Super quick and a lot of fun. I just cut two avocados in half, took out the pits, scooped out a little to make some room, and put an egg in each with the fillings I chose (I put salt, pepper, a teeny tiny bit of cheese, paprika, and mushrooms). I set the oven to 400 F and baked them for 15 mins. Let me know if you/ you've try(ied) them and what you think!

Avocados have vitamins C, E, K, B6, magnesium, potassium, and provide omega 3 fatty acids.
Eggs provide protein, vitamins, minerals, and help with brain development including memory and eye sight!
Mushrooms have fiber, protein, B vitamins, potassium, and vitamin D.
