Cool off on #NationalCreamsicleDay with one of our favorite summer-time snacks: Creamsicle FroYo Bark 🍊❄️Just:
1. Mix together 1 cup of Two Good Greek Vanilla, 1 tsp vanilla extract & 2 tsp of a low-calorie sweetener.
2. Spread the mixture over a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Add 1/2 cup of Two Good Greek Vanilla & 1 tsp of sugar-free orange gelatin powder to a bowl and mix.
4. Spread this orange mixture evenly over the plain yogurt mixture.
5. Freeze for two hours!
sweet potato and greek yogurt is a combo i stand by 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 big energy this morning because today’s the day!! all packed for vaca and enjoying the down time before heading out and getting wild 😎 hahaha i’m only partially kidding...

I’ve started to see lots of Fall foods and decorations lately, but I’m holding on to every last bit of Summer with these peaches n’ cream waffles ☀️🍑🍨

Fruit + yogurt is always a good go to snack to have, but when it gets a little boring try making frozen yogurt bites instead! This refreshing snack is a great combo of carbs + protein and delicious in the summer ☀️
•1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
•1 pint blueberries
•1/2 pint raspberries
•1/3 cup crushed walnuts .
•Put yogurt in a bowl and mix in one handful of berries at a time. Place each berry on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Top all fruit with walnuts and freeze for at 1 hour. Store in freezer and enjoy!
I don’t mean to seem like I’m obsessed with Greek yogurt, but... I finally tried substituting Greek yogurt for mayo with tuna fish and was pleasantly surprised! Saved my would’ve been mayo points and instead ate my tuna fish on some Pringles for 3 points! #WW#WeightWatchers#GreekYogurt

Not sure how I feel about these grapes- they're smaller than Concord, half are seedless and they don't quite taste as nice as a true Concord grape... it's a good attempt though! (It tastes like a "typical" grape with a bit of Concord)

Meal prepping breakfasts for the fam. Big jars have 3/4 c Greek yogurt and little jars have 1/2 c for the kiddos. I’ll say it again for those in the back- my kids aren’t on a diet, and they’ll have a crossover, but this yogurt is a good foundation. Blueberry Oat Greek Yogurt Muffins
1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour*
1 cup (80 g) old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 cup (225 g) plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup (80 g) honey
2 Tbsp (24 g) coconut palm sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (140 g) blueberries, frozen or fresh
Preheat your oven to 350F (176C) and prepare a muffin pan by spraying the cavities with cooking spray or greasing them with oil. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg just to break it up. Whisk in the yogurt, honey, sugar, almond milk, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Toss the blueberries in 1 Tbsp (7.5 g) of flour to prevent them from bleeding or sinking to the bottom of the muffins, and fold them into the batter.
Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups, filling almost to the top. Add a sprinkle of coconut sugar, if desired.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the tops of the muffins are firm to the touch and toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for ~5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Olive Oil Zucchini Bread ~ perfect for summer brunch! 🥰 The use of olive oil instead of butter and the addition of Greek yogurt inside the batter both add a nice savory and acidic component that makes the loaf a bit more complex in flavor—nice and moist, not too sweet. Added some chopped walnuts and pecans for good measure (and texture!), and a good amount of cinnamon, cardamom, & ground ginger for a well-balanced spiced loaf!
