granolarecipe Happy Thursday! Hazelnut chia cardamon granola with blackberries and tahini this morning. I added a spoonful of @pipandnut crunchy peanut butter too because nothing says get me to the end of the week like double nut butter. How to 👇 It's a beautiful day here and I've been out running in the sun. Still not quite right but I'm keeping the faith. Hope you're having a good week and have a lovely day.

To make :
- Toast 1/4 cup oats in a pan for a minute or two.
- Add hazelnuts, ground cardamon, unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds sunflower seed and pumpkin seeds to the pan and toast for a further minute.
- Turn off the heat and add a heaped teaspoon of agave and stir well.
- Spread out on parchment paper to cool and sprinkle with sea salt.
- After 10 or so minutes it should be crunchy enough to break into clusters.
- Serve with yoghurt, banana, peanut butter, blackberries and a drizzle of chocolate tahini from @seadfoods!
- Enjoy!

4️⃣ Pour wet ingredients into the dry and stir until everything is mixed thoroughly; spread mixture onto baking sheet so that it is a large, flat rectangular shape
5️⃣ Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown

📝INGREDIENTES:
-	1/2 taza de agua
-	1/4 de taza de aceite
-	1 1/2 tazas de miel de abeja
-	1/2 taza de salvado de trigo
-	1/2 taza de semillas de girasol
-	3 tazas de avena
-	1/4 de taza de almendra fileteada
-	1/2 taza de arándanos deshidratados
-	1/4 de taza de cacahuate
-	1/2 taza de nuez
-	1 taza de amaranto
PREPARACIÓN:
1.	Precalienta en horno a 120 °C.
2.	Mezcla el agua con el aceite y la miel en una cacerola. Calienta hasta que tome una consistencia espesa.
3.	Barniza una charola con un poco de aceite.
4.	Mezcla las semillas y los cereales en un bowl. 
5.	Agrega la mezcla de la miel, mezcla hasta integrar y extiende en la charola.
6.	Hornea por 40 minutos moviendo de vez en cuando para evitar que se quemen. 
7.	Retira y deja enfriar.

A mi me gusta comerla sola, ustedes?

Miel 🍯 100 g
Aceite maíz o gira sol 50 cc.
Avena instantánea 500 g
Mix frutos secos 100 g
Coco rallado o escamas 2 cdas. (Opcional)
Semillas zapallo 50 g (opcional)

Procedimiento 
1️⃣ Calentar la miel + aceite y unir al resto de los ingredientes.
2️⃣ Poner en placa con papel manteca o plancha de silicona  y cocinar a 180 grados hasta dorar de vez en cuanto abrir el horno y moverla para que seque se seque bien.
3️⃣ Dejar enfriar y guardarla herméticamente para que no se humedezca .

granolarecipe Heute hab ich mein #knuspermüsli mal selbst gemacht 😃 
Fertiges Müsli hat man ja schnell gekauft, aber meistens ist ja doch jede Menge Zucker drin versteckt. Daher hab ich mich heute mal ans Basisrezept für #granola gewagt - und abgesehen vom Kampf mit dem Nussknacker (mein Mann eilte mir zur Hilfe 🙈) war’s auch wirklich einfach und schnell zubereitet:

3 EL Kokosöl mit 2 EL Honig in einem Topf erwärmen, bis eine klebrige Massen entsteht.

In einer Schüssel 100 gr Nüsse (ich hab mich für Walnüsse entschieden), 200 gr Haferflocken, 2 EL geschrotete Leinsamen und 1 TL Zimt mischen.

Trockene und nasse Zutaten zusammen führen und gut durchmischen. 
Anschließend auf einem Backblech bei 180 Grad Umluft für 20-25 Minuten in den Backofen bis zur gewünschten Röstung. Zwischendurch immer mal wieder auflockern und rühren 🥄 .

Abkühlen lassen und in einem luftdichten Glas verschließen.

Das Basisrezept könnt ihr nach Lust und Laune variieren und weitere Zutaten hinzufügen: z.B. Sonneblumenkerne, div. Nüsse oder Gewürze (statt Zimt z.B. Kakao) Trockenobst (aber erst am Schluss beimengen), Schokoraspel, Kokoschips... Erlaubt ist, was euch schmeckt 😋! Wenn es luftdicht und trocken aufbewahrt wird hält es sich 2-3 Wochen ☺️ Und eine schöne Geschenkidee ist es ebenfalls 🥰

Heute hab ich mein #knuspermüsli mal selbst gemacht 😃 Fertiges Müsli hat man ja schnell gekauft, aber meistens ist ja doch jede Menge Zucker drin versteckt. Daher hab ich mich heute mal ans Basisrezept für #granola gewagt - und abgesehen vom Kampf mit dem Nussknacker (mein Mann eilte mir zur Hilfe 🙈) war’s auch wirklich einfach und schnell zubereitet: 3 EL Kokosöl mit 2 EL Honig in einem Topf erwärmen, bis eine klebrige Massen entsteht. In einer Schüssel 100 gr Nüsse (ich hab mich für Walnüsse entschieden), 200 gr Haferflocken, 2 EL geschrotete Leinsamen und 1 TL Zimt mischen. Trockene und nasse Zutaten zusammen führen und gut durchmischen. Anschließend auf einem Backblech bei 180 Grad Umluft für 20-25 Minuten in den Backofen bis zur gewünschten Röstung. Zwischendurch immer mal wieder auflockern und rühren 🥄 . Abkühlen lassen und in einem luftdichten Glas verschließen. Das Basisrezept könnt ihr nach Lust und Laune variieren und weitere Zutaten hinzufügen: z.B. Sonneblumenkerne, div. Nüsse oder Gewürze (statt Zimt z.B. Kakao) Trockenobst (aber erst am Schluss beimengen), Schokoraspel, Kokoschips... Erlaubt ist, was euch schmeckt 😋! YOU NEED🧾⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 cups rolled oats ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chia/flax seeds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/3 cup cacao powder (30g)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup melted coconut oil (60ml)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/2 cup chopped vegan chocolate

HOW TO👩🏼‍🍳⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Preheat oven to 170C/340F⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients
-In another bowl, whisk together the coconut oil and agave syrup and pour it over the dry mixture ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Bake for 15 minutes. Stir and bake for another 10-15 minutes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

30ml peanut oil
100g almond flour
Pinch of salt
1tsp baking powder 
20ml maple syrup 
50ml almondmilk 
Mix well.
Add 50g Tumeric Granola (recipe in my highlights) 
Pour into a loaf tray.
Add more Granola and a cutted Banana and press slightly on top.
Cover with silver wrap.
Bake 50min 185degrees with.
Take off the wrap and bake with the grill of your oven 10min to get a crust. .

1 yemek kaşığı hindistan cevizi yağı
1 çay kaşığı tarçın
1 şeftali püresi
Yapımı: Kuruyemişleri biraz iri kalacak şekilde rondodan geçirdim. Yulafı bir kaba koyup üzerine kuruyemişleri ve kuru meyveleri koyup karıştırdım. 
Şimdi sıra sıvı karışımı hazırlamakta çünkü ıslak bir yapıda olması gerekiyor.
1 şeftaliyi rondodan geçirip püre haline getirdim içine tahin, pekmez, Hindistancevizi yağı ve tarçın ekleyip karıştırdım ve yulaf karışımının içine ilave ettim. Tüm malzemeyi harmanlayıp tepsiye koydum ve 180 derece fırında 10 dakikada bir karıştırarak pişirdim. En son 10 dakika daha tutmadan önce dut kurusu ekledim ve 10 dakika daha tuttum rengi koyu olunca kapattım.
Yoğurtla veya sütle yiyebilirsiniz. Tariflerinizi süslemekte kullanabilirsiniz😇

This quick & easy recipe gives you the perfect granola to start the morning. Recipe below 👇🏼⁣⁣

Ingredients: ⁣⁣
- 100 Ml sunflower oil ⁣⁣
- 75 Ml maple syrup⁣⁣
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract ⁣⁣
- 500 Gram rolled oats ⁣⁣
- 1 teaspoon of salt⁣⁣
- 3 teaspoons of cinnamon⁣⁣
- 50 grams of shaved almonds⁣⁣
- 50 grams of raisins ⁣⁣
- 30 grams of sunflower seeds ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Method: ⁣⁣
⭐️Preheat the oven on 175*C.⁣⁣
⭐️ Mix the sunflower oil, maple syrup and vanilla together.⁣⁣
⭐️ In a separate bowl, mix the oats, salt, cinnamon, almonds and sunflower seeds together. Add the liquid from step 1 and give it a good mix. ⁣⁣
⭐️ Put the mixture on a baking tray and spread it out evenly. Put this in the oven for 20 minutes and stir every 5 minutes. ⁣⁣
⭐️ Add the raisins to the mixture and put it in the oven for a final 5 minutes. ⁣⁣
⭐️ Let it cool down and enjoy!

So good, even Lucy couldn’t wait for the photo to be taken 😆 This has a sweet-salty thing going on and your just going to have to trust me on the deliciousness that is slightly salty granola. I love keeping a batch of this handy for yogurt bowls or with almond milk for a snack. It’s refined sugar free so you can feel better about it as a breakfast choice. Making your own granola is SO easy! Leave me a 🍁 in the comments if you plan to try this!

1 1/2 cups organic gluten free rolled oats 
1/4 cup chopped pecans 
1/4 cup pepitas
3 Tbsp maple syrup 
2 Tbsp almond butter (raw, no sugar added. Only ingredient should be “almonds”)
1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp salt 
Preheat oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place granola on lined baking sheet and form into a 1 inch thick circle. Use the back of your spoon to press the granola together until you have a tightly packed shape. Bake for 15 minutes. Rotate pan. Bake for another 15 minutes. Without disrupting the shape, let cool completely. (This part is important for clumping). After it is completely cool, break the granola apart with a fork.

GRANOLA HOMEMADE

Bahan:
500 gr Rolled oat
250 gr pumpkin seed
250 gr walnut
100 gr Cranberry
50 gr gojibery
100 gr kismis kuning
200 gr almond utuh
Madu sesuai selera

How to make :
1.Campur kan semua bahan jadi satu kecuali  kismis,gojibery dan Cranberry. aduk2 sampai tercampur rata.
2.tata d loyang yang sudah d alasi kertas baking,Ratakan setipis mungkin agar matang merata.
3.panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 145 ° C selama  45 menit.
4.selama proses mengoven,aduk balik
 granola setiap 10 menit.
5.masukkan kismis,cranberry,dan gojibery  10 menit sebelum granola matang.

Setelah granola matang akan sedikit lembab,setelah Granola suhu ruang akan mengering ,simpan d dalam toples kaca .
Sajikan dengan buah2an,yogurt,atau susu sesuai selera.

Setelah granola matang akan sedikit lembab,setelah Granola suhu ruang akan mengering ,simpan d dalam toples kaca . granolarecipe Cómo desayuno, merienda, sobre un helado, o como tú quieras... As breakfast, snack or over icecream, or as you prefer... Preheat oven at 350F 
Combine dry Ingredients:
4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup  raw almonds or pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1tsp cinnamon
.
Combine wet Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup  maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt .
Combine both bowls, pour over lined oven tray with parchment paper. Put it on the oven for 35-40 mins. Mix every 15 minutes  so it browns evenly. Let it cool completly. .
Then add: 
1/2 cup dried cranberries 
1/4 cup chia seeds 
1/4 cup chocolate chips

E-N-J-O-Y!! Full of iron, fiber, unsaturated fats and protein. .

Everyone is ALWAYS asking for my granola recipe, so here it is! 
A delicious mix of coconut and macadamia nuts to make a crunchy, yummy and healthy granola. 💓
Prefect with yoghurt and fruit like this pic, smoothie bowls, fruit, chia pudding, oats and so so so much more - anything! And the best part is... THE WHOLE FAM WILL LIKE IT!! When I make a batch of this (very often) it will be done within a week if I don’t hide it 🤭

Recipe Below 👇🏽

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup spelt puffs
1 cup macadamia nuts
2 cups raw rolled oats
1/2 cup maple syrup 
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°c. Lina a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix
Add wet ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly until combined 
Spread onto baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
Serve with yoghurt, fruit, milk, smoothie bowls or whatever you like!

granolarecipe I made this recipe from scratch last weekend, just basically chucking random ingredients that were in my cupboard into it. I loved how it turned out! The chai flavour is so delicious. I honestly should of made a double batch because it’s going pretty quickly as I’m having it with my breakfast every morning. It’s a new staple granola recipe for me from now on! 
CHAI SPICED GRANOLA:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mixed puffed grains (I used brown rice, quinoa and millet)
- 1/2 cup of cereal flakes
- 1/4 cup of quinoa flakes (you can sub with gluten-free oats)
- 1 cup of mixed nuts - 1/2 cup of coconut chips
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup (you can add a bit more if you want it sweeter)
- 2 tsp of chai spice (made with ground cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg and cloves. I made it from @minimalistbaker ’s 5-Minute Caffeine Free Chai Spice Mix)
- 1/4 cup of hemp seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup of flax seeds
- 2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 150° C or 300° F
2. In a food processor, chop the nuts so they are half their normal size.
3. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined. 
4. Line a baking tray (or two of you need it) with baking paper and evenly spread the granola around.
5. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway
6. (Optional) you’re welcome to make a double batch if you keep the granola in an airtight container in the fridge. I found it lasted longer in the fridge than in the cupboard.

Fruit & nut trail mix includes: sultanas, dried apricots, raisins, dried cranberries, dried pineapple, cashews, almonds, walnuts & hazelnuts. I buy it prepackaged from Woolworths.

Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. 
2. Add to a bowl 2 cups rolled oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp flax seeds, 1 cup fruit & nut mix roughly chopped, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 3 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup coconut flakes & 1 tsp cinnamon. Combine. If mixture is too dry add more maple syrup.
3. Pour mixture onto a baking paper lined tray and cook in the oven for 5-8 mins.
4. Take tray out the oven and drizzle over 1 tbsp honey & sprinkle over some pink Himalayan salt. Leave to cool.
5. Once cooled break it up and store it in the fridge. Enjoy it with some yogurt, milk or even as a snack on its own, it’s soo delicious! 😍

Combine. If mixture is too dry add more maple syrup. 3. Pour mixture onto a baking paper lined tray and cook in the oven for 5-8 mins. 4. Take tray out the oven and drizzle over 1 tbsp honey & sprinkle over some pink Himalayan salt. Leave to cool. 5. Once cooled break it up and store it in the fridge. So I thought I’d share the recipe we’ve come up with to create everything we wanted in a homemade granola - think large clusters 🙌🏼 This batch in particular has the house smelling like fall 🍂 thanks to a whole bunch of pumpkin pie spice 🍂

3 cups organic sprouted rolled oats 
1 cup raw organic sliced almonds 
2 cups raw organic pumpkin seeds 
1/2 cup pure maple syrup -or- coconut sugar 
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt 
1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon - or - pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup melted coconut oil 
1 egg white lightly whisked

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour granola out on a parchment lined baking sheet, spread out evenly and then press it down flat with the back of spatula (this will help it bake into those beautiful large clusters). Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Do NOT stir the granola from this point on, let it bake and cool COMPLETELY before breaking it into clusters. (one batch lasts us about two weeks in the fridge and fills up two large glass canisters)

C, age 3, has many questions and I'm not always able to answer them as promptly or as thoroughly as he'd like so, "MOMMMYYYY!" . It was a loud lunch and included a mid-point bathroom run. You get the idea. . As I was packing up, C was climbing on W in the stroller and blocking the way for people walking by. I looked up to apologize and the woman headed my way just said, "Don't worry I have three.” . Bless her patient heart. It felt like a hug, a pat on the back, and a smile all rolled into one. . REAL Circle meets for the first time Sunday and there are three fundamental values, the third one comes to mind here: . 1. We believe what we eat matters and that our children learn from what we do. . 2. We believe in aiming for balance not perfection. . 3. GRANOLA CASEIRA: ⁣
👉🏼 Ingredientes: ⁣
Vou colocar o que usei mas acrescente o que quiser, o céu é o limite! O controle ta todo com você, bem melhor do que comprar pronta hehe.⁣
- 80g de aveias em flocos ⁣
- 25g de castanha do Pará⁣
- 25g de amêndoas⁣
- 10g de semente de abóbora⁣
- 10g de semente de girassol⁣
- 15g de coco ralado⁣
- 25g de frutas secas (usei gojiberry e cranberry pq eram as que tinham aqui mas queria mesmo uma uva passa 🤣) ⁣
- 1 colher de sopa de óleo de coco ⁣
- 4 colheres de sopa de melado de cana (60ml - 70ml)⁣
👩🏻‍🍳 Modo de fazer:⁣
Corte as castanhas do tamanho que quiser, eu bati no liquidificador uns segundos. ⁣
Despeje o óleo de coco em uma panela em seguida vá acrescentando os ingredientes nessa panela e mexendo. Depois é só jogar o melado de cana e misturar até você vê que ta tudo com melado. ⁣
Coloque a mistura em uma forma e leve ao forno em temperatura baixa por uns 10 minutos. Fica de olho para não queimar porque é rápido!! Eu deixei a minha mais tempo e deu uma queimada. ⁣
