Dumbbell cardio! I was PUFFING during this workout. Adding in weight to these moves definitely upped the workout and it was awesome! No voice over today, I thought the moves were pretty self-explanatory but let me know if you have any questions. • How do you like to do your cardio? fullbodycircuit 10 everything full body AMRAP! An AMRAP means as many reps as possible and you can set it for whatever time frame you want. Normally 5-15 min is great for me otherwise I’ll get bored. •

I love adding these to a heavy lift exercise to get some added cardio in. As always let me know if you try this out!

10 everything full body AMRAP! An AMRAP means as many reps as possible and you can set it for whatever time frame you want. 💜ท่าที่2 วางเท้าข้างนึงบนเก้าอี้ จริงๆหาเก้าอี้มีพนักเอาไว้เกาะด้านหน้าก็ทำได้นะคะ แค่มโนว่าเราต้องก้าวข้ามเก้าอี้แบบยาวแค่นั้นเอง ไม่ต้องทำไวก็ได้ พยายามทรงตัวให้ได้ก็พอ หายใจออกตอนเท้าลงพื้น ต้องมีสมาธิและเกร็งท้องถึงจะทรงตัวได้ ถ้าเก้าอี้สูงจะยิ่งยาก หาระดับความสูงที่ตัวเองทำได้ ข้างละ12ครั้ง

It’s better to slow it down a bit and do less reps than it is to speed through with bad form. You’re just asking for injury and potentially not even getting the benefits out of the exercise. Not every exercise you do will be perfect, there are many sessions that aren't good for me and that I struggle with.
E.g. This is the first time I tried spider pushups and I only managed to properly do 2!

I learned that you have to keep pushing, you get better with practise and consistency! 💪🏻 50 seconds of each exercises + repeat the whole set 2-3 times : walking lunges, star jumps, Russian twists, mountain climbers, spider pushups = targets your full body to burn calories and build strength.

And then on top of that, trying to get a consistent training schedule for my clients is so hard because everyone else is in the same boat — no babysitting, gone for vacation, etc.  But now thank goodness, the kids are all back at school and the world is as it should be again. #MomProblems 😂  So after taking a little break the last couple weeks, my group training sessions are back on schedule, but because we had that break, I had to start them off again just a little bit easier than I would have liked. But don’t kid yourself, they were sweating like crazy!! So here’s what we did — HIIT Full Body Circuit, 3-4 times through, 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Enjoy!!!.

1️⃣ Kettlebell Squat/Hip Band Squat: 4 sets of 10 (sidetone: I’m slowly getting deeper with my squats!!)
2️⃣ Single Arm Press: 3 sets of 12 each arm

4️⃣ Donkey Kick: 4 sets of 10 each leg
