Serves: 4
Ingredients
Marinade/Dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1 lemon (1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice)
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
cracked pepper, to taste
4 skinless, boneless chicken thigh fillets (or chicken breasts)
Salad:
4 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
1 large cucumber, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
⅓ cup pitted Kalamata olives (or black olives), sliced
Feta cheese (optional)
Lemon wedges, to serve

Instructions:
Whisk together all of the marinade/dressing ingredients in a large jug. Pour out half of the marinade into a large, shallow dish. Refrigerate the remaining marinade to use as the dressing later.
Add the chicken to the marinade in the bowl; marinade chicken for 15-30 minutes (or up to two hours in the refrigerator if time allows). While waiting for the chicken, prepare all of the salad ingredients and mix in a large salad bowl.
Once chicken is ready, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a grill pan or a grill plate over medium-high heat. Grill chicken on both sides until browned and completely cooked through.
Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes; slice and arrange over salad. Drizzle salad with the remaining dressing. Serve with lemon wedges

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 can corn
1 can black beans
2 cups brown rice, cooked (I used a brown rice quinoa blend)
2 avocados, sliced
Greek Yogurt Avocado Cilantro Ranch:
1 avocado
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup greek yogurt
1 garlic clove
3 Tablespoons olive oil, add more for smoother consistency
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl add the shrimp, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. In a medium sized skillet add the olive oil and shrimp. Cook over medium highheat until no longer pink.
To assemble the bowls, divide the shrimp, corn, black beans, rice, and avocado evenly. If using for meal prep, add the avocado right before eating. Drizzle with dressing.
To make the Greek Yogurt Avocado ranch: In a food processor, add avocado, cilantro, greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth. At a little water if smoother consitency is desired.

▶️INGREDIENTS
1 large ripe avocado
3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
▶️DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth. Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.  Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place heaping teaspoon-sized scoops of mixture on baking sheet, leaving about 3” apart between each scoop. Flatten each scoop with the back of a spoon or measuring cup. Bake until crisp and golden, 15 to 18 minutes, then let cool completely. Serve at room temperature.

* Bake for approximately 12 minutes at 400˚F (205˚C). Flip all the way through and re-spray.

Pyszna, kremowa, aksamitna, delikatna, ale jednocześnie wyrazista w smaku 😍
Można tutaj poszaleć z dodatkami i serwować ją z grzankami czosnkowymi, prażonym ziarnem słonecznika albo zieleniną. Ja wykorzystałam paluchy chlebowe (drożdżowe), na które przepis jest na blogu i kilka postów wcześniej 😍 a teraz łapcie prosty przepis. Dodam jeszcze, że u Nas ta zupa bardzo smakuje dzieciom 😉

Składniki:
na 4 porcje

800 g cukinii (u mnie wraz ze skórką i pestkami)
3 - 4 średniej wielkości ziemniaki
1 duża biała cebula
2 ząbki czosnku
1 łyżka masła
1 łyżka oliwy z oliwek
ok. 1 litra bulionu warzywnego
pieprz, sól do smaku
szczypta gałki muszkatołowej do smaku
1/3 szklanki słodkiej śmietanki kremówki 30% lub zamiennie mleczko kokosowe

do podania:
u mnie paluchy chlebowe, ale super sprawdzą się domowe grzanki, prażone ziarna słonecznika lub posiekana zielenina

Cukinię umyj, osusz i przytnij na końcach, ziemniaki oczyść i obierz ze skórki.
Cebulę i czosnek drobno posiekaj, cukinię i ziemniaki pokrój w podobnej wielkości kostkę.
W większym garnku, roztop masło z oliwą, przesmaż cebulę, aż się przyrumieni, następnie dodaj czosnek, cukinię i ziemniaki. Wszystkie warzywa, często mieszając, smaż przez 2 - 3 minuty. Następnie zalej całość gorącym bulionem i gotuj jeszcze przez 15 - 20 minut, aż wszystkie warzywa zmiękną. Teraz dodaj przyprawy do smaku, zmiksuj całość na jednolity krem, na koniec dodaj śmietankę i jeszcze raz zmiksuj. Zupa powinna być kremowa i dobrze doprawiona do smaku. Świetnie smakuje zarówno na obiad jak i na kolację. Serwuj z ulubionymi dodatkami. Smacznego! 😋

Z cukinią, z marchewką, z twarogiem... ostatnio robiliśmy wiele wymyślnych placków. Ale nie oszukujmy się - ziemniaczanych nie przebije nic 🥞🥔😍😍💪 . Zgadzasz się z tym? ☺️ . Na szczęście placki ziemniaczane można zrobić też w wersji "odchudzonej" 😉 Patrz! 👇👇👇 . PLACKI ZIEMNIACZANE . SKŁADNIKI (na 32 placki): . ✔2 kg ziemniaków . ✔4 jajka . ✔4 łyżki mąki pełnoziarnistej (można pominąć, jeśli ziemniaki są mączne) . ✔sól . PRZYRZĄDZANIE 1)  Zetrzyj ziemniaki do miski na tarce, na drobnych oczkach. . 2)  Posól i odstaw na chwilę, a jak puszczą sok, odlej go, dociskając ziemniaki do dna miski. . 3)  Dodaj jajka i mąkę i wymieszaj. . 4)  Nakładaj placki łyżką na rozgrzaną patelnię z nieprzywieralną powłoką i z rozsmarowaną kroplą oleju ryżowego. . 5) Smaż z dwóch stron na złoty kolor. 👩🏻‍🍳Potrebuješ:
40g hladkej špaldovej múky
100ml acidka light
Menšia 1/2 odmerky ochuteného proteínu
1 vajce
1/2 KL kypriaceho prášku
1/2 KL škorice
👩🏻‍🍳Oddelíme si bielko od žĺtka. Žĺtko zmiešame s acidkom, následne pridáme múku, proteín, kypriaci prášok a škoricu. Vymiešame mierne husté cesto. Z bielka si vyšľaháme sneh, ktorý následne opatrne vmiešame do zmesi. Cesto vylejeme na panvicu a opekáme z jednej strany cca 3 minúty. Následne otočíme, opečieme a potrháme. Ja som ešte pre cukrový efekt posypala kokosovou múkou.

 In questo lunedì iniziato a Saragozza 🇪🇸 , voglio raccontarvi un po’ di me! fitrecipes Warm and toasty night in with a big bowl of Sweet Potato, Spinach and Lentil Dahl 🙌🏼
35 mins
1 tbsp organic olive oil
1 red onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 knob ginger, grated
1 red chilli, finely chopped
2 tsp organic turmeric
2 tsp organic cumin
1 large sweet potato, cut into chunks
250g Organic red lentils @thesourcebulkfoods 
2 tbsp organic veg stock powder @san_elk 
100g baby spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
4 spring onions, thinly sliced 
Heat olive oil in a saucepan (with lid) over medium heat. Add the red onion and sauté for 3 minutes until soft and translucent. Add the garlic, ginger and chilli and sauté for a further minute. Add the turmeric and cumin and sauté for a further minute. 
Add the sweet potato and sauté until the spices are mixed through. Add the lentils, stock and 4 cups of water (600ml.) Turn the heat up to high and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce to a low simmer and cook for 20 minutes until the lentils are tender and the potato is soft. 
Gently stir in the spinach and season with salt and pepper. Once the spinach has wilted, serve the dahl up in two bowls. Top with the spring onions.

Dlaczego warto jeść te nasionka? Są bogate w kwasy omega-3, które poprawiają pamięć i koncentrację i wspierają pracę mózgu i układu nerwowego (są polecane nawet w walce z depresją)! Są doskonałym źródłem błonnika, cynku i żelaza, a nawet maja więcej wapnia niż mleko 💁‍♀️✔️

PRZEPIS NA PUDDING:
▪️80ml mleka krowiego
▪️40g jogurtu naturalnego
▪️15g nasion chia
▪️3g kakao
▪️Łyżka erytrolu
▪️Figa
▪️Granola/nasiona dyni lub dowolne orzechy (ok. 5g)
👉W osobnych szklankach mieszamy po 20g jogurtu z 40ml mleka. Do obu dodajemy po 7-8g nasion, a do jednej kakao i erytrol. Odstawiamy obie na noc do lodówki. Gotowe napeczniałe nasiona przekładamy na zmianę (te z kakao i te bez), dodajemy pokrojoną figę i posypujemy granolą lub orzechami.:)

Pro inspiraci jeden rychlorecept 😊 na těstoviny s rajčatovou omáčkou. Co budete potřebovat?
. 🔸semolinová vřetena PROBIO
🔸sůl
🔸na omáčku:
🔸1 střední cibule
🔸1 menší mrkev
🔸1-2 lžíce olivového oleje BIOLINIE
🔸1 stroužek česneku
🔸400 g loupaných sekaných rajčat BIOLINIE nebo čerstvá
🔸sůl, pepř
🔸petrželka  nebo bazalka
. 
Cibuli nakrájejte najemno. Oloupanou mrkev nastrouhejte nebo nakrájejte na slabé kousky.

Na pánvi rozehřejte olej a cibuli zpěňte. Přidejte nakrájenou mrkev a pozvolna opékejte asi 2 – 3 minuty tak, aby zelenina zezlátla. Přidejte prolisovaný česnek  a míchejte asi minutu. Zalijte rajčaty, přidejte sůl a trochu pepře. Vařte do zhoustnutí.

Těstoviny uvařte doměkka, sceďte a promíchejte s omáčkou. Podávejte posypané nakrájenou petrželkou nebo bazalkou, posypané strouhaným parmezánem.

Per celebrare questo momento, stamattina faccio colazione con porridge alla zucca delica,yogurt greco, frutta e crema di semi di zucca e fondente #vivoo.⁣

fitrecipes 🐌 TVAROHOVÉ TĚSTO 🐌

Nedávno jsem v jedné ze skupin, která se věnuje dětskému stravování, narazila na dotaz, co dětem připravit jako slané pohoštění na oslavu. Naštěstí to nebyla skupina moje, takže se mi chlupy ježily jen tak nějak potichu (😃), ale v drtivé většině odpovědí jsem si přečetla „kupte listové a udělejte šneky nebo závin“. Proč to nepovažuju za nejlepší volbu?

Kupované listové těsto neobsahuje ani máslo, ani sádlo (jako to dělávaly naše babičky doma). Ty se v něm nahrazují levnějšími a stálejšími uměle vyrobenými tuky rostlinnými, které obsahují vysoké množství trans-mastných kyselin, jenž jsou jedním z největších hříchů průmyslově vyráběných potravin a mají opravdu špatný dopad na naše zdraví. 
A já jsem se rozhodla, že to vezmu osvětově a pokusím se vám nabídnout alternativu, která bude domácí, ale zároveň nenáročná. Nečekejte tedy ono nadýchané lístkující těsto, na které jste zvyklí (a které lístkuje jen díky fujtajblům), ale čekejte těsto, se kterým se vám bude dobře pracovat, univerzálně ho využijete, bude mít lepší nutriční hodnotu a ještě ho budete mít hotové skoro tak rychle, jako trvá jedno vytáhnutí z mrazáku. ;-) .

Blendujemy na gładką masę i studzimy. ✔️dodajemy 100 g jogurtu naturalnego ✔️2 białka jaja, ja użyłam około 70 g od @sklep.sfd ubijamy ze szczyptą soli na sztywną pianę. Dodajemy do kaszy i delikatnie mieszamy.

Rewelacyjna odmiana zarówno dla standardowego pieczywa, jak i ciasta.

SKŁADNIKI:
>220g mąki (u mnie owsiana)
>1 łyżeczka sody
>pół łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
>pół łyżeczki cynamonu
>pół łyżeczki soli
>3 #banany
>3 łyżki miodu lub 60g cukru brązowego >2 jajka
>80g jogurtu naturalnego >100g masła
dodatkowo:
>1 banan na wierzch ciasta. .
PRZYGOTOWANIE:
Mąkę wymieszać z sodą, pdp, solą i cynamonem. W drugiej misce rozgnieść banany, dodać jajka i całość roztrzepać, dodać cukier, roztopione i ostudzone masło, jogurt naturalny - dokładnie wszystko wymieszać. Dodać suche składniki, wymieszać widelcem tylko do połączenia, dodać kropelki czekoladowe (troszkę zostawić do posypania wierzchu). 1 banana matura schiacciata 
50ml latte di soia (o altro latte vegetale)
40ml olio di semi
120gr di farina senza glutine

Gocce di cioccolato

Schiacciare la banana aggiungere latte e olio poi unire il succo di limone, mescolare farina e bicarbonato e aggiungere all'impasto. Per ultime le gocce di cioccolato.

Oggi inizio la settimana di scarico essendo che ho finito il programma, poi giovedì check e vediamo che risultati abbiamo portato a casa!💪🏼 Fisicamente non mento di sentirmi molto ma molto stanca, nell’ultimo allenamento di sabato sentivo di aver esaurito davvero ogni mia energia! Dopo la scorpacciata di cannoli di 2 domeniche fa al mercato europeo, mi mancavano già troppo troppo 🤤

Andare fino in Sicilia mi era un tantino scomodo..allora mi sono inventata questa cheesecake (light ovviamente 🙄) che richiama un po’ quei gusti: - per la base ho bagnato 3 gallette nel caffè - per la crema ho mischiato un po’ di yogurt greco con del cioccolato fondente 95% tritato
- ho poi guarnito con altro cioccolato e granella di pistacchi

In congelatore per 2/3 ore, poi in frigo per una notte..al mattino si sfila il coppapasta e voilà.. les jeux sont faits 😜

Ora sono con il pancino pieno e posso pensare di avviarmi verso l’ufficio...

1. Line a mini bread pan with parchment paper, set aside. 
2. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, melt together the coconut oil and peanut butter.  Just enough to soften the peanut butter and melt the oil. 
3. Remove from heat and quickly whisk in the protein and agave until smooth. 
4. Pour into the prepared pan and freeze for 2 hours. 
5. Allow fudge to thaw for about 15 minutes before cutting it into 12 small pieces. Enjoy!

Serves: 4
Ingredients
Marinade/Dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1 lemon (1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice)
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
cracked pepper, to taste
4 skinless, boneless chicken thigh fillets (or chicken breasts)
Salad:
4 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
1 large cucumber, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
⅓ cup pitted Kalamata olives (or black olives), sliced
Feta cheese (optional)
Lemon wedges, to serve

Instructions:
Whisk together all of the marinade/dressing ingredients in a large jug. Pour out half of the marinade into a large, shallow dish. Refrigerate the remaining marinade to use as the dressing later.
Add the chicken to the marinade in the bowl; marinade chicken for 15-30 minutes (or up to two hours in the refrigerator if time allows). While waiting for the chicken, prepare all of the salad ingredients and mix in a large salad bowl.
Once chicken is ready, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a grill pan or a grill plate over medium-high heat. Grill chicken on both sides until browned and completely cooked through.
Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes; slice and arrange over salad. Drizzle salad with the remaining dressing. Serve with lemon wedges

It’s crazy to think that almost 2 years ago, I was getting surgery to hopefully remove the ovarian cancer that had taken over my little body at only 23 years old. 
Ovarian cancer is know as the SILENT KILLER and that’s because symptoms don’t usually appear until the later stages, like myself. I was diagnosed at Stage 3 and unfortunately it ended up in my spleen and lymph nodes making the new diagnoses Stage 4B...the last stage. 
Looking back, I HAD EVERY SINGLE SYMPTOM of ovarian cancer and I had no idea!😭 -

THERE IS NO TESTING FOR OVARIAN Ctumour! A yearly pap CAN NOT detect ovarian cancer! A vaginal ultra sound CAN NOT detect ovarian cancer but can show signs of a mass. A CT/MRI scan can show signs of cancer but CAN NOT determine if it is OVCA! The only way to 100% determine if it is ovarian cancer is by a BIOPSY and that’s it! The CA125 tumor marker level is the way the doctors monitor ovarian cancer once it already bknowsconfirmed that it is OVCA and even then, it’s not always correct!

Es 100% #vegan y súper #saludable 🍒BASE ➡️ 100gr de harina de almendras. 100gr de avena. 50gr de salvado de avena. 100ml. de aceite girasol. 50ml de leche vegetal (yo use de almendras) y tres sobresitos de endulzante o stevia.
🔸Unis todo te va a quedar una masa muy húmeda, con ayuda de una cucharada la colocas en el molde🔸
🍒 RELLENO 1️⃣ pelas y fileteas dos manzanas y colocas sobre la base (le podés espolvorear un poco de canela 🖤 )
🍒 RELLENO 2️⃣ mezclas 5 cucharadas de coco rallado, 2 cdas de mantequilla de maní y dos sobresitos de endulzante. Hasta que se forme una pasta y colocas por encima de las manzanas.
Llevas a horno medio bajo precalentado por aprox 25' y VOILÁ ‼️❕

Si tratta di un #ortaggio poco calorico, 100 grammi apportano solo 26 kcal, di cui: * 	3.5% di carboidrati;
* 	1 % di proteine;
* 	trascurabile la quantità di grassi.
Come cucinarla? 
Semplicemente al forno a 180/200 gradi per circa 30 minuti, con o senza buccia, condita con sale, pepe, #rosmarino e una spolverata di #cannella alla fine! 😋
Vi consiglio di condirla con #olioevo o, se avete i #grassi alti, con il #burrodiarachidi è la morte sua!❤️ La mia #cenadelcuore ❤️

Esta es mi versión de la receta de @myhealthyvibe_  está deliciosa y es muy fácil y rápida de  hacer. Además no tiene gluten ni azúcar, y puede hacerse con cualquier fruta. Es la cuarta vez que la hago ya de lo rica que está
Ingredientes para la BASE: (las cantidades son las de mi molde, adáptadas al tuyo)
90g de almendras tostadas (vale cualquier fruto seco; al tostarlas se ablandan)
30g de copos de avena (sin gluten)
40g de aceite de coco
12 dátiles 
Ingredientes para la CAPA DE MELOCOTÓN:
250g de queso mascarpone (una tarrina de Mercadona)
150g de yogur skyr de lidl (o un yogur natural )
600g de melocotón pelado y sin semilla, si es algo más no pasa nada. Mejor que esté maduro y jugoso (con nectarina sale bien, y ahora que deja de haber melocotón se podría hacer con caquis o mangos)
8 hojas de gelatina neutra
Esencia de vainilla
Endulzante al gusto, en mi caso sirope de dátiles (10 datiles), la receta está en el perfil y una gotita de stevia.
Procedimiento
En primer lugar, hacemos la base: para ello, derretimos el aceite de coco y lo añadimos junto con el resto de ingredientes a una picadura y troceamos. A continuación lo extendemos en el molde hasta hacer la base y lo dejamos reposar en nevera (el aceite solidificará)
Luego comenzamos con la capa de melocotón: primero dejamos hidratando las láminas de gelatina en un bol con agua. Mientras, pelamos y cortamos los melocotones y los añadimos a un baso de batidora, los batimos hasta que no queden tropiezos añadiendo agua si lo vemos necesario. Después llevamos el melocotón a una olla pequeña en la vitro y lo calentamos al mismo tiempo que removemos.  Cuando este rompa a hervir (hace ruido) añadimos las láminas de gelatina (sin el agua claro) y removemos muy bien para que se disuelvan. Finalmente, en un bol añadimos el mascarpone, el yogur, el melocotón , la vainilla y el endulzante y batimos con unas varillas hasta que quede una crema homogénea. Comprobamos que el dulzor sea el adecuado y lo añadimos en el molde encima de la base. Lo dejamos cuajar en la nevera unas 12 horas, aunque la tarta está más rica si se hace de un día para otro. Opcional: choco y fruta para decorar. Disfrutad!❤️

A base di YOGURT @zymilitalia 
INGREDIENTI per 4 MORBIDOTTI:
1 uovo, 90gr di yogurt, 90gr di farina di riso, 10gr di miele, 8gr di lievito per dolci istantaneo, albicocca a cubetti per farcire 
PROCEDIMENTO:
Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti, inserire due cucchiai del composto ottenuto nei pirottini per muffin e cuocere a 180° per 5min circa.
Cacciare dal forno i pirottini, mettere qualche cubetto di albicocca e ricoprire con altro composto.
Proseguire la cottura per altri 15min. ⏩⏩ SCORRI PER VEDERR IL RIPIENO ⏩⏩

Na jablkovú náplň: 4 jablká, 2 PL trstinový cukor, 1 škoricový cukor, kôra z 1 citróna, 1 ČL vanilková pasta a voda.

Na dekoráciu: 3 jablká, 1 citrón, 1 škoricový cukor.
