I just finished morning meditation and ended my session with extreme gratitude for my wife, family and close friends. Our life is amazing and we are fortunate to share it with so many incredible people.
I will be driving all day and will have my phone on me. Either my wife or Kristy will be sitting next to me and answering my texts for me.

Créme Chantilly. Ok, so this might just be whipped cream, but when you add confectioners sweetener and vanilla it becomes something French. I know I know, if you Google whipped cream or créme chantilly you’re going to get practically the same exact recipes, but a sweetened whipped cream with confectioners sugar and vanilla makes it called something else. Kinda funny how those things work like that. Either way this is some really good stuff.

2 Tbsp Confectioner Sweetner - I use @lakantosweetener
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
That’s it. The most important advice I could give is do not over whip the cream. You need medium stiff peaks. Which means when you pull the whisk out it should create a little peak that will curve at the tip. Also, if you use the confectioners sweetener there is no granulated texture anywhere in the whipped cream. Sometimes for dessert I like to just take a couple scoops of whipped cream and top it with some organic blueberries, slivered almonds and @choczero chocolate syrup. Who else loves Créme Chantilly?
X JUMPS- I love these over standard jumping jacks. Start in a low squat with knees together jump as high as you can spreading your legs and arms. I added two modified versions to try if your fitness level does not allow for a full Jump. Keep banging #solid ✊🏾

Didn’t take long to get a sweat on today - jeeeez it’s humid! We need a big fat thunderstorm for sure. ⛈
Set a timer (I use an interval timer app - which pings so I don’t need to look at my phone!) ➡️ Use intervals of 40secs on & 20 secs of rest. Or 30secs on & 30 secs rest. Maybe even 20secs on & 20secs off. Just find what works right for you!
You should feel like you can’t give much more after each interval! 🥵
⚡️ Single arm dumbbell snatch - then repeat other side after rest.
⚡️ Slam balls.
⚡️ Bear crawls.
⚡️ Reverse bear crawls.
Repeat 3-4 rounds.

Back in the day, I used it in bad ways, I learned to flip it around after many mistakes, but one thing I never lacked, was the will and ability to do whatever it took, to reach my goal!
If you’re in a bad place in life, remember, anything is possible, but its up to you, to turn it around!
If you’re full of negative energy, hate and anger, remember, its only a feeling, and its in your hards, to turn that into a positive!
The power you have from your anger, can be turned into a productive energy, that can build an Empire instead of sending you to jail for the rest of your life!
The part is yours and so is the choice!
Just remember, I turned it around, and so can you!

( add my own salted coconut iced latte ingredients ala @thefoodiebitch ) recipe on the blog....I prefer b, I like knowing exactly what is in my morning coffee. It’s the little things.

Die letzten Wochen war es sehr ruhig hier auf meinem Account - nicht ohne Grund. Ich habe vor circa 6 Wochen beschlossen, meine Berufsausbildung abzubrechen, vor 5 Wochen habe ich mich beworben und hatte Bewerbungsgespräche, vor 4 Wochen habe ich eine Zusage für ein duales Studium bekommen und sofort auf meiner aktuellen Arbeit gekündigt, vor 2 Wochen habe ich einen Mietvertrag unterschrieben und seitdem hänge ich nur noch bei @ikeadeutschland und Co. 🌪
Mein Leben ändert sich gerade um 180 Grad und Panik hab ich irgendwie schon bisschen, aber solche Schritte sind wichtig im Leben. Keiner hat Großes erreicht, indem er sein Leben lang in seiner Komfortzone gechillt und nichts riskiert hat. Es ist immer unangenehm aus seiner Wohlfühlblase zu gehen und ein Risiko einzugehen, aber nur so können wir wachsen 😊⭐️ Mein aktuelles Motto: Einfach mal machen!
