Potato - 3 nos⠀
Oil for deep frying⠀

To make Spice mix⠀
Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp⠀
Salt - 1/2 Tsp⠀
Garlic Powder - 1/2 Tsp⠀
⠀
Method:⠀
1. Wash and peel the potatoes ⠀
2. Cut them into thick pieces ⠀
3. Put them in a bowl of water and let it rest for about 30 mins ⠀
4. After 30 mins, wash the potatoes for a couple of times ⠀
Pat dry the potato pieces completely ⠀
5. Heat some oil for deep frying on low flame ⠀
6. Slowly drop the potatoes into the oil and oil blanch the potatoes for about 10 mins ⠀
7. Take the potatoes out from oil and lay them and let them come to room temperature ⠀
8. Meanwhile, make a spice mix for the fries⠀
9. In a bowl, mix red chili powder, salt and garlic powder and keep this aside ⠀
10. After the potatoes have come to room temperature, heat the oil on medium high flame and fry the potatoes for about 2-3 mins ⠀
11. Take them out and lay them on a plate lined with tissue paper ⠀
12. Add the fries to a bowl, add the spice mix and toss them together ⠀
13. Serve the fries hot with ketchup.⠀

Happy Tuesday✨😊!! Shrimp bowls are my favorite post-workout meals because of how quickly you can have a protein-packed 💪🏼snack with all the carbs and fat to help reduce fatigue and soreness. I usually throw whatever veggies I have into the bowl to make it more nutrient-dense, and added @traderjoes chili lime corn tortilla chips ALWAYS makes any meal that much better 😋. I’m quite obsessed with them 🤪, especially when paired with some lettuce tacos 🙌🏻. Taking on the beach today 😎🌞with boatloads of sunscreen 😂, the sun doesn't like me every much. I hope you have an amazing day!!

into week 4 of my self experiment with early time restricted feeding (TRF) and I’ve definitely learned a lot and I think I’ve benefited from taking a break from after dinner snacks or desserts that can start to creep into every day habits without you even thinking about it. I definitely want to keep aspects of the eating window concept into my longer term eating pattern, but for me personally I don’t think skipping a meal (breakfast OR dinner!) is sustainable long term! I'll never be able to wear that pregnant or not!" but I got it for free so I threw it in the bottom of my drawer to await its fate of never being worn... I'm happy to say today is that day! Through a great diet plan with @rpstrength some good workouts at @crossfitsupercell and some serious discipline I'm starting to feel like a new person and crushing my goals! I should also mention I weighed in in the 170's last week for the first time in 4+ years! It's even better to celebrate my achievements as a Mom and Wife because my crew supports me and keeps me motivated every single day even when @ld_shelby doesn't want to ride bikes he does it anyway for me. Thank you to all who continue to support me day in and day out (and help take care of my kids while I work out!) It's truly appreciated!! Let's keep rolling!!
