INGREDIENTS
1 loaf sourdough bread
6 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2-3 tablespoons green peppers, chopped
2-3 tablespoons mushrooms, chopped
2-3 tablespoons red onions, chopped
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut a rectangle shape in the top of the bread without cutting all the way through the bottom. Then scoop out the inside of the bread.
2. In medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper, then whisk in the veggies and half the cheese.
3. Transfer the mixture into the hole of loaf of bread, top with remaining cheese, then place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set. When it's done, top with fresh parsley, cut into slices and enjoy!

Het ontbijt is mijn favoriete maaltijd van de dag en als er dan fruit in zit, is dat helemaal perfect. Zo krijg je al lekker wat vitamines binnen én het is natuurlijk lekker. Dit ontbijtje met verse vijgen is dan ook wel echt één van mijn favorieten, heerlijk met yoghurt en verse granola. 
Deze granola bakte ik trouwens in de koekenpan, dat ging super snel en ik had gelijk een goede, kleine portie voor in de yoghurt.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and if it contains fruit it is totally perfect. You will already have some vitamines and of course it is super tasty. This breakfast with fresh figs is definitely one of my favorites, lovely with yogurt and freshly baked granola.

I baked this granola in a frying pan, that was super quick and easy and I had a nice small portion to add to my yogurt.

I love the breakfasts that look pretty and taste awesome, are simple to fix and are packed with nutrition. That’s why overnight chia is one of my favorite go-to breakfast because you can fix it in the night and need very little time (or no time) to get it ready in the morning. Here’s one recipe I’m loving these days for breakfast:

Super simple Chia Pudding recipe - 🌸 Take 3-4 table spoon of chia seeds in a glass, 🥛 Take your choice of milk (I’ve used Home-made Almond Milk) and pour over chia seeds, 🔸add handful of raisins, vanilla beans (or extract) and let it sit overnight.
🌼 In the morning, cut kiwis in circles and put on the inside of your glass’s wall (optional), add the fluffy overnight chia to it, add berry #vegan yogurt (or your choice of yogurt), top it with freshly cut peaches and grated pistachio.

✨ Voila, a super yummy and pretty Layered Chia Pudding is ready for the breakfast. .

easybreakfast 🇫🇷Voilà la recette de mon bol de porridge de ce matin. inspirée d’une recette du livre de @biendansmonslip . Recette avec les flocons d’avoines @quakerbelgium ⠀
- faire chauffer 180 ml de lait, j’ai choisit du lait végétal d’amande, mais n’importe quel lait fonctionne. Super facile pour mesurer il suffit de remplir le sachet vide jusqu’à la ligne rouge.
-Ajouter un peu de cannelle, du sirop d’érable (miel, sirop d’agave ou sucre fonctionne aussi) ⠀
- Ajouter le sachet de flocons d’avoines, ajouter une demi banane pour plus de crémeux et ensuite ajouter une demi pomme qui sera semi cuite dans le porridge. ⠀
- Remuer pendant deux minutes, le temps que ça cuise et que lait soit absorber. ⠀
- Décorer votre bol. ⠀
🇬🇧 Here is the recipe for my delicious oatmeal bowl for this morning, I made it with oats express of @quakernl ⠀
- Warm up 180 ml of milk, I choose plant based almond milk, but any kind of milk will do. The Quaker bag makes it very easy to measure it, you just have to fill up the empty bag up to the red line. ⠀
- Add the cinnamon (nutmeg, 4 spices can also work) and the maple syrup. Honey , agace syrup or any sweetener could do, but maple adds a nice flavor. ⠀
- Add the oats, half a banana to make it creamier and half an apple that will still be a little bit crunchy but mostly soft. ⠀
- Stir continuously until the milk is fully absorbed and that the oats are cooked and creamy. ⠀
- Decorate your bowl ⠀

Íme a recept hozzá: [80 g zabpehely (aprószemű),500 ml kókusz- / mandulatej,5 g méz,  2 db tojás, 1 kk fahéj, 1 csipet só, 1 banán, Szilvakompót ízlés szerint.] A zabpelyhet egy lábasba szórjuk, felöntjük a növényi tejjel, hozzáadjuk a mézet, a banánt és a fahéjat, majd elkezdjük melegíteni. Mikor felforrt és magába szívta a tejet levesszük a tűzről, hagyjuk kicsit kihűlni, majd hozzákeverjük a tojássárgájákat és egy csipet sót. A fehérjét habbá verjük, összeforgatjuk a tojásos masszával és beleöntjük egy tűzállótálba és 175 fokos sütőbe rakjuk 35 percre. I love power muffins! These ones are Blueberry Almond Protein Muffins!

Why do I love power muffins? 😍😍 First, they are super easy to make and they are relatively cheap! These bad boys took me less than 30 minutes to whip up and bake and each muffin is packed full of protein, fiber, and antioxidants. 🌱🍞
Second, they take the stress out of breakfast all week. In 30 minutes I had 12 muffins which is more than enough for both my fiance and I all week! ⏳
Finally, they are super healthy 🌱 and super functional. I can get up in the morning, grab a muffin and make coffee, and I still have time for meditation and affirmations with no rush.🌱 What would you do with all that extra time in the morning? 🌞

Ingredients :
Millet /Hole/Jowar Flour : 2 cups 
Medium size Rava :1 Fist/Handful
Wheat Flour : 2Tbs
Milk :1/2 Cup
Salt :As required 
Carrot gratings :Optional 
Method 
1Take a big bowl and add all the flours. Add salt. 
Mix it nicely 
Add required water and milk. Batter consistency should be like neer does.
Prepare dosa like neer dosa and put little oil on both sides.
Cook on low and medium flame.
Enjoy Dosa with your favourite side dish.

easybreakfast My kids love breakfast- it’s their favorite meal- but during the week we are out the door at 6:30 and there isn’t enough time for their favorite breakfast foods (eggs and bacon). .

They love muffins but I don’t love bringing muffins in the car because the crumbs are  out of control. Right now my car seats are a mix of smashed goldfish, raisins, and Cheerios. I keep saying I’m not going to let them eat in the car 😂😂😂😂. It usually lasts exactly 1/2 a day before I give in and throw some food into the back seat.

I found this recipe for oatmeal muffins last week and they were a huge hit! They taste just like oatmeal when you bite into them and they were super easy to make. I had all the ingredients on hand and and the recipe only required one bowl. The only sugar in the whole recipe is in the dark chocolate chips - but you could totally leave those out if you wanted. We obviously did not because well ... #welovechocolate .

The girls love eating them as we drive to school in the am and I love them because they don’t become a crumbly mess when you eat them. If you want the recipe message me your email and I will send it your way!

Double batch recipe: 
18 eggs 
2️⃣ packs of hot jimmy dean sausage 
Spinach leaves 
2️⃣ tomatoes 
2/4 cup of milk 2%
1/2 cup Colby jack cheese 
Salt and pepper .

➡️ pre heat oven to 350°. In a pan over medium heat sauté up sausage. In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk salt and pepper. Spray two muffin tins with avocado oil so the eggs don’t stick. Then take spinach leave and piece them up. Place them in the bottom then add diced tomatoes. Take a spoonful of sausage and place on top. Pour egg mixture into a measuring cup then slowly pour egg mixture over the top of sausage, spinach and tomato’s. Fill it to the top then place cheese on top. Bake for 20 mins. I like to eat mine with salsa 🤤 .

Things to keep in mind:
1.) The protein powder you use will largely affect the taste.
~Use a high-quality one that you like! I use either @1stphorm Pumpkin Spice Latte or Level-1 or Ice cream sandwich and add pumpkin spices.

2.) The protein powder also affects the texture so you might have to adjust the amount of water. Start with less and slowly add some until a pancake batter consistency.

3.) These are great to make in a big batch and eat throughout the week. Also, they taste great cold (had to eat them on the run one day and I was pleasantly surprised!)

* Vegan⠀

* Easy to make & customize⠀

Chia Nut Seed Granola⠀
Yields 300g (20 servings)⠀
⠀
Ingredients⠀
* 1/4 cup (42g) chia seeds⠀
* 1/2 cup (60g) pecans⠀
* 1/2 cup (60g) pumpkin seeds⠀
* 1/2 cup (60g) almonds⠀
* 1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened coconut chips⠀
* 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt⠀
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon⠀
* 1/2 teaspoon cloves⠀
* 1/2 cup hot water⠀
* 4 teaspoons mesquite powder **⠀
* 4 teaspoons Swerve (erythritol blend)⠀
* 4 teaspoons Stevia⠀
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract⠀
* Flakey salt for sprinkling on top⠀
⠀
** Rich in fiber & protein, mesquite powder does have built-in sugars⠀
⠀
Dial the sugar up or down by subbing 3 tbsp sweeteners of your choice, e.g. 1 tbsp each of Stevia, Swerve, monkfruit; or 3 tbsp molasses⠀
⠀
Directions⠀
* Heat oven to 200ºF⠀
* Line 2 standard baking sheets with parchment⠀
* Smash the pecans into small pieces in a sealed bag or a food processor⠀
* Repeat with the pumpkin seeds and the almonds. The almonds are the hardest, so they need to be smashed separately to avoid crushing the more delicate seeds into tiny shreds⠀
* Cut the coconut chips into 1/2” pieces if they’re too long⠀
* Mix all the seeds, 1/4 teaspoon salt, cinnamon, cloves, and mesquite powder, if using, in a large bowl, setting the coconut pieces aside until later⠀
* Mix the hot water, Swerve, Stevia, and vanilla extract in a small bowl⠀
* Pour the water mixture into the seed mixture and stir⠀
* Add the coconut chips and mix just to combine, minimizing coloring the coconut with the spices⠀
* Rest the mixture until the water is absorbed, about 10 minutes⠀
* Place half the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread with a spoon to about 1/2” height⠀
* Sprinkle flakey salt on top⠀
* Repeat with the second half of the mixture & second baking sheet⠀
* Bake for 2.5 - 3 hours, until crisp and dehydrated, rotating the sheets about 1.5 hours into the baking⠀
* After the granola cools, break apart to create clumps⠀
* Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks⠀

And to make breakfast easy I cut up all my veggies yesterday that all I had to do today is throw it in a pan and cook it. Qui la ricetta del mio tortino di fagioli e cacao. Davvero semplice e con pochi ingredienti. 88 kcal per questo dolcetto perfetto per la colazione o post pranzo della domenica. 
Dovete solo unire tutti gli ingredienti in un mixer aggiungendo poca acqua per raggiungere la consistenza giusta e trasferire il tutto in una ciotolina di ceramica per il forno aggiungendo le mele. Potete aggiungere tutta la frutta che volete, miele o caffè, marmellata per addolcire il tutto...questa è la ricetta base, il sapore dei fagioli non si sente affatto ma il legume rende il dolce veramente simile ad un brownie golosissimo.

Per me l’importante in cucina è sapere cosa si sta cucinando, conoscere i valori di quello che si sta mangiando e cercare di ridurre al minimo l’elaborato eliminando ciò che non è necessario. Non è facile adottare questa politica in cucina, non è molto che sperimento con i fornelli ma cerco in tutti i modi di creare qualcosa senza dover ricorrere ad ingredienti speciali, ma utilizzando alimenti semplici e il più possibile salutari.
Questo è il mio esperimento al cioccolato con pochissimi ingredienti, la prova che non serve per forza farina, zucchero, burro, margarina per creare un dolce. Ho utilizzato questa ricetta qualche mese fa per realizzare una torta e sono rimasta soddisfatta dal sapore, oggi la ripropongo con questo piccolo tortino per la colazione. 🧁🍫
