Как вы уже наверное поняли, я вернулась в город) Конечно, мне было крайне весело и хорошо у бабушки в деревне, но всё же уже успела соскучиться по дому😊 дорога была крайне долгой и достаточно сложной, ибо стояли в пробке больше 2 часов, а также несколько раз попадали под ливни...но зато, как мы любим говорить с родителями, будет что вспомнить 😂  сейчас разобрали все вещи, а я даже успела сгонять за 🍏 и сделать мою ежедневную домашнюю тренировку (как-нибудь обязательно расскажу про все мои любимые упражнения, которые я делаю каждый день)). А сейчас отдыхаю,вкусно ужинаю и буду делать заготовку на завтрак.
Хочется поклинарить)

Il y a une première fois à tout 😊 Je n'avais jamais fait de bowlcake avant et comme je vois presque tous les jours vos photos de bowlcake je me suis dit qu'il fallait que j'essaie (surtout vue la simplicité de préparation 😁) J'ai vraiment fait classique : 50g d'un mélange de flocons d'avoine, raisins secs et graines (courge, lin et tournesol), 1 pot de compote de pomme ssa, 3 càs de lait végétal, 1 œuf et 1 càc de levure chimique. Le tout cuit 3 minutes au micro-ondes. Et en topping : 2 abricots, 1 carré de chocolat noir, un peu de purée d'oléagineux et une poignée d'amandes.

C'était bon, mais j'avoue que j'ai trouvé ça sans plus 🤫 C'est surtout le côté pratique qui est bien ! Et surtout : je suis bien calée.
Peut-être que j'aurais dû prendre une autre recette, en essayer une avec de la banane. Si vous avez THE recette du bowlcake, celle qui vous fait chavirer tous les matins, je la veux bien svp 😇

We had our takeaway on Thursday this week, so our Saturday night dinner was a homemade tofu stir fry using a new extra firm tofu I found in @sainsburys called @tofooco .

I mixed onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, paprika and curry powder so 2 tbsp of flour and tossed the tofu in the mix before frying in sesame oil! Totally crispy and flavourful 😍
All thrown on a pre chopped veg mix and a packet of noodles! .

Как вы уже наверное поняли, я вернулась в город) Конечно, мне было крайне весело и хорошо у бабушки в деревне, но всё же уже успела соскучиться по дому😊 дорога была крайне долгой и достаточно сложной, ибо стояли в пробке больше 2 часов, а также несколько раз попадали под ливни...но зато, как мы любим говорить с родителями, будет что вспомнить 😂  сейчас разобрали все вещи, а я даже успела сгонять за 🍏 и сделать мою ежедневную домашнюю тренировку (как-нибудь обязательно расскажу про все мои любимые упражнения, которые я делаю каждый день)). А сейчас отдыхаю,вкусно ужинаю и буду делать заготовку на завтрак.

A cup of tea and poha for breakfast ☕

Poha receipe:
Ingredients:
.
Flattened rice  or thick poha - 2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1/3 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/3 tsp
Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
Curry leaves - 8 to 10
Tomatoes - 1/2 finely chopped
Ground nuts or peanuts - 1 1/2  tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar -1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 lemon 🍋
Oil - 2 tsp
Chopped coriander
Pinch of assofatida
Pinch of salt

Directions to cook.👩‍🍳
Take 2 cups of poha in a strainer or colander.
Under running water rinse the poha.
Don't soak them in water.
Now heat pan and add 2 tsp of oil.
Add muster seeds.
Once it's starts to crackle, add cumin seeds, a pinch of assofatida, curry leaves , green chillies and peanuts.
Let them cook until peanuts turn to brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 20 secs.
Add turmeric powder.
Now add rinsed poha and mix it well.
Add sugar, lemon juice and salt and mix.
Poha is ready to serve.

You can add potatoes and onions also to this recipe.
Today I am sharing the Jain and quick recipe for poha so I haven't added.

Ingredients:

Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
Mint leaves - 3-4
Tea powder or chai Patti - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 to 1 1/2 tsp .

Directions to cook:👩‍🍳
In tea pan add all the ingredients except milk and let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
Add milk and let it boil for  6 - 7 minutes on medium flame or until bubble starts to rise.
You will see the change in color to brown shade when it is ready.
Turn off the gas and strain tea in cups.

You can always change the measurements for sugar as per your taste.

Mon TBC est à la traîne aussi. Je suis bonne pour tout recommencer. Au final, j'envisage de me faire un programme perso adapté car je trouve les exercices d'abdos du TBC un peu trop agressifs pour mon périnée de maman #momoftwo

Cake Ingredients ⠀
• 1 Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookie Core Cake ⠀
• 2 Tbsp blueberries⠀
Make your Core Cake batter then stir in blueberries. Microwave until desired consistency⠀

—>Crumble instructions: mix 2 tsp of flour, 2 Tbsp stevia/Splenda, and dash if cinnamon. Add 1 Tbsp of melted butter and combine until crumble is formed. ⠀

Dont agree? Try my buckwheat oatmeal recipe and you might change your mind 💚🌱 •1/2 cup buckwheat
•1/2 cup rolled oats
•1 cup water or plant milk
•1 banana —> For the base, add the buckwheat, half of the banana and liquid of choice to a small pan on medium heat and leave it to simmer about 10 minutes  Once the buckwheat is mostly softened add the oats and more liquid if necessary and leave it to cook until the desired consistency is reached.. about 5 minutes  Add the buckwheat oatmeal to a bowl and top with anything your heart desires!  Here I went for:
• The other half of the banana
• Fresh strawberries
•Vanilla Soy Yogurt
•Peanut Butter
•Cinnamon 
And finally.. enjoy! This is also great for meal prep and keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days 😋

The milk cow/buffalo gives after delivery of calf for 4-5 days when cooked curdles, like in the picture, just cooking it for a while and adding sugar makes it an amazing dessert called 'Teli', 'khojri' or 'pyush'.
This is then flavoured with cardamom.
The English name is colostrum, this delicacy is highly nutritious and delicious.

Give a try to this yogurt cake, packed with protein and free from refined sugars or flour.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt (Carbmaster from Kroger) 
1 scoop of vanilla protein @myproteinus 
1 cup brown rice flour (RedMill)
Baking powder 
Cinnamon .
Chocolate top: (didn't measure it) chocolate protein(optional)  cacao powder and more flour to thicken. .
Mix the yogurt and the egg. Then add the dry ingredients and water if needed.
Pour in th bake ware and add chocolate mixture on top.

Bake at 375 until a toothpick comes out clean. .

Torta marmoleada sin azúcar o harinas refinadas!! 1 huevo
1/2 taza de yogurt de vainilla 
1 medida de proteína de vainilla 
1 taza de harina de arroz o de avena 
Polvo de hornear 
Canela
.
Para la parte de chocolate, mezcla cacao con harina y proteína de chocolate(opcional) .
Mezcla el yogurt y el huevo y después añade los ingredientes secos. Agrega un poco de agua si es necesario y pon en un contenedor. Añade la mezcla de chocolate en tope y incorpora un poco. .
Hornea a 180 grados hasta que el cuchillo salga limpio.

easyandhealthy Inspiracja marokańską harirą. Na szybko, z kurczakiem bez większych ceregieli.

Kawałki kurczak zamarynowane w oliwie z pieprzem duszę z czosnkiem, cebulą i selerem naciowym. Dorzucam kurkumę dla koloru. Potem obrane ze skórki i pokrojone pomidory malinowe. Idzie reszta przypraw czyli cynamon, kumin, imbir, pieprz cayenne i sól. Zrobi się aromatyczna gęstwinka 🤩 dodaje dwie łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego i dolewam bulion warzywny. Na koniec wrzucam ugotowaną soczewicę i cieciorkę_po 200gr każda. Z zieleniny obowiązkowo kolendra 💚

⚡️• water first! Always drink water over other liquids. If you don’t like plain water, try squeezing in some lemon or lime juice. Personally this time of the year I love chilled soda/sparkling water. It’s 100% sugar free and I find it really thirst quenching- a great swap from soft drink 👍🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️• if possible, start your day with exercise. Just 30 minutes a day is beneficial to your health.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️•keep only healthy whole foods in your fridge and pantry.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️• prep some healthy meals or snacks so you have something healthy to grab when hunger hits (eg veggie juices, soup, bliss balls, hummus or leftovers)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️• hydrate all day. Often when you feel hungry your actually not truly hungry. Have a big glass of water before reaching for food and see if that fixes it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️• plan your meals for the week - this is the best way to ensure you get everything you need from the markets or store for the week and try to use recipes that utilize the same ingredients.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️• write shopping lists - this will save you wandering every aisle and landing in the choice aisle convincing yourself you need that chocolate bar 😝 - in fact, try to avoid this aisle all together!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚡️• don’t go at the grocery stores when you are hungry- no matter if you have a shopping list hunger most of the time can make you shop more and not so healthy options⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
