وصفة لوبيا ، لذيذة مع اللحم المفروم حلوة للي مايحب قطع لحم كبيرة مثل الاطفال مثلا او كبار السن . .
الوصفة :
الطريقة :
تنقع اللوبيا ١٢ ساعه على الاقل ثم تسلق جيدا وتصفي وتترك جانبا .

في قدر على النار نضيف نصف كيلو لحم مفروم قليل الدهون ( في دهون لكن بسيطة جدا ) نشوح في اللحم حتى يتغير لونه تمام نضيف البصل المفروم ناعم وفصين ثوم مفرومين تماما مع البهارات التالية ( ملعقه صغيرة ملح ، ملعقه صغيرة كاري ، فلفل ابيض، ملعقة صغيرة كمون ، ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة ناشفه ) ونستمر في التقليب ثم نضيف ملعقة طعام واحدة معجون طماطم و عصير الطماطم الطازج مكون من اربع حبات طماطم متوسطة الحجم مع كُوب ماء ، نخفض الحرارة وتترك لمدة ربع ساعه ، ثم نضيف اللوبيا المسلوقة مسبقا اذا احتجنا نضيف ماء لتعديل القوام النهائي يرجع لذوقك وتقلب لتندمج مع الخليط السابق ثم نتركهم نصف ساعه اخرى على حرارة منخفضة .

Davvero delizioso, rilasciano un aroma irresistibile per gli amanti di questo frutto autunnale (e che colore meraviglioso!) 🌰 Io li ho farciti con miele e fragole, peccato non aver avuto in casa lo sciroppo d’acero che sarebbe stato perfetto!

Non avevo mai considerato la farina di #castagne ma direi che è arrivato il momento di ricredermi 😋 Stamattina l’ho usata per preparare i #pancake: 1 uovo, 30 g di farina di castagne e 50 g di latte vegetale. Davvero delizioso, rilasciano un aroma irresistibile per gli amanti di questo frutto autunnale (e che colore meraviglioso!) 🌰 Io li ho farciti con miele e fragole, peccato non aver avuto in casa lo sciroppo d’acero che sarebbe stato perfetto! Then some bacon - visible fat removed and topped with 2 poached eggs and a sprinkle of coriander 👌🏼

Egal ob Abnehmen, Zunehmen, Definition oder Muskelaufbau- jeder dieser Prozesse bedeutet einen riesen Haufen Arbeit.. Die dritte Woche der Diät läuft. Das Training ist mehr als gut und meine Ernährung ist sehr gesund. Trotzdem habe ich noch keine wirklichen Unterschiede sehen können. Ich meine klar, zwei einhalb Wochen sind nun auch wirklich keine lange Zeit... aber ich bin leider ein sehr ungeduldiger Mensch🙄.
Wenn man dann schon anfängt auf Sachen zu verzichten und auf alles mögliche zu achten, sich viel zu bewegen etc., dann will man doch auch so schnell es geht Erfolge sehen..
Nun, habe ich seit Anfang der Woche ein paar temporäre Dinge geändert, um den Diät Prozess für den Anfang zu beschleunigen:
-Ich verzichte unter der Woche auf Frühstück, bzw. esse nur ein wenig Obst oder Gemüse -Bei den Hautmahlzeiten lasse ich die Kohlehydrat Quelle weg oder reduziere sie noch mehr. (Reis, Süßkartoffeln, Vollkornnudeln, etc.)
-Meine #restdays gestalte ich aktiv mit #lowintensityworkout s oder Cardio Einheiten. -Und dann muss ich mir noch Gedanken über die Wochenenden machen.. denn irgendwie nehme ich unter der Woche immer ab und am Wochenende dann wieder zu🤦🏼‍♀️ Also werd ich diese besser verplanen müssen, damit ich keine Zeit habe an Essen zudenken😂👍🏼

実は筋トレをすることで、脂肪が筋肉に変わって引き締まった身体になる、という考え方は完全な間違いです!

筋肉は以下の過程で大きくなります。

🔴タンパク質の摂取

Hola a todos! Hoy traigo SEMILLAS🌾: Desde hace un tiempo están muy de moda las semillas en las dietas, en las conocidas como "realfooding" , detox o para dietas de adelgazamiento. Si bien es cierto que tienen muchos beneficios (hierro, zinc, omega 3...) El problema reside en la forma de consumirlas, ya que no siempre lo hacemos de la forma correcta (en la mayoría de los casos las semillas se expulsan del mismo modo que entraron, enteras). . Además de la barrera física en sí, los granos han elaborado una barrera química, por lo que se denominan antinutrientes, ya que no podemos aprovechar toda su riqueza de minerales, vitaminas, hidratos de carbono...etc. Además de provocar digestiones más pesadas. . El método de "activación" más adecuado de las semillas es tenerlas a remojo de 2 a 4 horas. El sésamo en cambio, conviene dorarlo en un wok o una sartén para que no se deterioren sus ácidos grasos. La chía y el lino son un caso a parte, al ponerlas en remojo en agua, absorben gran parte de ella, soltando una sustancia gelatinosa (muy beneficiosa para el estreñimiento), y debemos consumirla con esta gelatina. Otra forma también es triturándolas antes de su consumo, para así romper la capa de celulosa y llegar a su interior. Nadzienie:
✔️ 1 śrenia cukinia
✔️ 125 g  wędzonego na gorąco łososia
✔️ 2 jajka
✔️200 ml śmietanki 30%
✔️ 100 g sera pleśniowego
1.Piekarnik nastawiamy na 180 stopni C.  2. Składniki na ciasto zagniatamy, przekładamy do formy, nakłuwamy spód widelcem i pieczemy ok. 15 min. na złoty kolor.
 3. Cukinie (nieobraną) kroimy obieraczką do warzyw na cienkie wstążki.
4. Do miski wbijamy jajka, dodajemy śmietanę i roztrzepujemy.  5. Dodajemy podzielonego na kawałki łososia, cukinię i pokruszony ser.
6. Doprawiamy pieprzem, solą, gałką muszkatołową
7. Całość mieszamy i przelewamy na podpieczony spód.
8. Tartę wstawiamy do nagrzanego do 200 stopni piekarnika na około 30-35 minut.

Con l'aumento delle temperature si ha più voglia di piatti freddi e ricchi di gusto: la crema di ceci (non è l'hummius di ceci) con #mazzancolle è un vero #confortfood perfetta per questa stagione. La preparazione di questo piatto è molto semplice poiché come base servono i ceci (anche già cotti) e le mazzancolle.
INGREDIENTI 📝
. Ceci 250g
. Mazzancolle circa 200g
. Rosmarino
. Olio
. Sale
. Limone
. Aglio
Frullate i ceci già cotti in un mixer con acqua di cottura o bollente, aggiungete olio, rosmarino, limone, aglio e sale. Frullate fino ad ottenere una vera e propria #cremadiceci (da conservare in frigo per 5-6 giorni). Scottate le mazzancolle, giusto il tempo di farle dorate. Accompagnatele ad un contorno di verdura, adagiatevi sopra le mazzancolle e serviteci sopra la crema (ne bastano pochi cucchiai).
Un piatto perfetto sia a pranzo, che a cena, per chi segue un'alimentazione #lowcarb e #highprotein e soprattutto un'alternativa sfiziosa per introdurre i #legumi nel vostro piano alimentare.

Kahve elbette zararlı değildir, günlük tüketim ayarlaması yaptığımız sürece. Bu yüzden şunları unutmamakta fayda var;

Voglio lanciare un appello: ma perché continuate a comprare questo genere di alimenti? Capisco non si abbia sempre tempo o voglia (anche se nel 90% dei casi si tratta di voglia), ma vi garantisco che ✅ci vorranno 10 minuti per prepararli
✅una volta fatti, io li metto in congelatore e vivo di rendita per il periodo successivo quando non so cosa preparare (quindi “sacrificate” soltanto una giornata)
✅li uso sempre per comporre i miei 🍔 della domenica, sostituendo in questo modo il burger di carne ✅sapete cosa metterete al loro interno, disponendo in questo modo di un alimento senza conservanti e ingredienti in generale non troppo sani o di cui se ne può fare a meno
✅ultimo, ma non per importanza, risparmiate!  E non poco. ⬇️ Con queste dosi, infatti, ho ricavato circa 12 burger e vi faccio subito una breve stima: ho speso, esagerando, circa 3/4€ . 
Al supermercato, con questa cifra, sapete quanti ne comprate? 2!!!!! Valutate quindi liberamente, ma soprattutto in modo CONSCIO. Perché a comprare alimenti confezionati non c’è nulla di male; però penso sia giusto a volte fermarsi e riflettere su quanto, con così poco, si possano cambiare le proprie abitudini. 
INGREDIENTI: -5 zucchine
-2 patate non troppo grandi
-pangrattato q.b
-parmigiano q.b
-1/2 uova
-mezza cipolla
-olio,sale
-aromi freschi

PREPARAZIONE:

Bollire le due patate, schiacciarle e riporre da parte.
Tagliare a pezzetti le zucchine e cuocerle in padella con un soffritto di olio e cipolla: quando saranno pronte, sminuzzarle leggermente con la punta della forchetta e unire le patate schiacciate e tutti i restanti ingredienti. 
Comporre i burger e panarli. 
Infornare con un giro d’olio in forno pre-riscaldato a 200 gradi per circa 30 minuti girandoli a metà cottura.

INGREDIENTI: -5 zucchine -2 patate non troppo grandi -pangrattato q.b -parmigiano q.b -1/2 uova -mezza cipolla -olio,sale -aromi freschi PREPARAZIONE: Bollire le due patate, schiacciarle e riporre da parte. Tagliare a pezzetti le zucchine e cuocerle in padella con un soffritto di olio e cipolla: quando saranno pronte, sminuzzarle leggermente con la punta della forchetta e unire le patate schiacciate e tutti i restanti ingredienti. Comporre i burger e panarli. Infornare con un giro d’olio in forno pre-riscaldato a 200 gradi per circa 30 minuti girandoli a metà cottura.

"Ice" originated in Hawaii in 1987 but has since spread east across parts of the mainland United States. Although it was feared that "ice" might replace "crack," this has not yet happened.
