Mein Lieblingsessen im Sommer: Ganz klar Sommerrollen 🌈 Gefüllt mit verschiedenem Gemüse, angebratenem Tofu, gehackten Nüssen und frischen Kräutern, serviert mit einem einfachen und super leckeren Erdnussdip. Ich habe sie diesen Sommer schon echt oft gegessen und bekomme jeden Tag aufs Neue Lust drauf. Und seit ich dieses japanische Kochmesser von @kochform habe, stehe ich auch nicht mehr 40 Minuten in der Küche.. Ein ordentliches Messer ist bei der ganzen Schnibbel-Arbeit nämlich wirklich unverzichtbar. Das Rezept für die Rollen und den Dip könnt ihr auf meinem Blog finden, einfach 'Sommerrollen' suchen.

I had so much leftover taco filling from the wraps I made earlier in the week that I decided to prep some taco salads! 🙌🏼 .
Pro tip: Put your lettuce in small baggies so it stays nice and crisp and you can easily reheat the taco filling 👍🏼 .

Merhaba arkadaşlar favoriniz olacak çıtır çıtır bir lezzet kabak sevmeyen bile bu lezzete bayılıyor. Denerseniz eminim sizler de çok beğeneceksiniz.
Kabakları yıkayıp kurulayın. Baş ve uç kısmını kesin. Fotoğrafdaki gibi ince uzun olucak şekilde dilimleyin. Derin bir kaba un, soda, kabartma tozu, tuz ve 2 kaşık sıvı yağı alıp iyice çırpın. Dilimlenmiş kabakları bu sosa iyice bulayıp kızgın yağa aralıklı dizin. ( Pişerken kabaracağı için sıkışık dizerseniz birbirine yapışır onun için aralıklı dizmeye özen gösterin. ) Orta ateşte her iki yüzünü de iyice kızartıp servis tabağına alın. Yoğurt sosuyla veya domates sosuyla servis edin.

WHAT IS KETO?
Keto is a low carb diet!
Keto is a HIGH FAT diet, which means that yes you will have a low carb intake, BUT it is replacing carbs (aka glucose) as a fuel source with fats (aka ketones)
The ketogenic diet is just switching your body from running off carbs to start running off fats. These fats are broken down into ketone bodies which then can be used by your body for its energy needs.
The state of using ketones for fuel is called ketosis. Thus why the ketogenic diet has its name.
A LOW CARB DIET like the Atkins diet for example is inefficient because it eliminates carbs but dosent provide a efficient viable fuel source. Which would be getting enough fat to switch your body into ketosis.
Since it dosent have enough fat to put you into ketosis, and has little carbs to convert into glucose to use as energy, your body is stuck breaking down protein into glucose to make up the difference. This is horribly inefficient and leaves you feeling crappy.
That is what MAKES KETO DIFFERENT.
When your body switches into ketosis is running off fats efficiently, so your body has adapted so that you can feel good and healthy.
If you are looking to begin following the ketogenic diet make sure to get 75% of your daily intake from fats, 20-25% from protein, and 5% or less from carbs.

finally took a good picture of this meal that i have been eating for lunch the past couple of days !! i added some tomatoes and mixed greens to spice it up a little but it is basically the same. ground turkey + zucchini + cauli rice + brown rice + cherry tomatoes + mixed greens !! recipes belowwwww 🤩🙌🏻
this combo has honestly been so delicious !! super garlicky and soy saucey ... except not really asian flavored lol ! i just think the soy sauce adds a nice savory flavor 👍🏻👍🏻
ground turkey: first sauté onion & zucchini in avocado oil w garlic powder + salt + pepper until cooked through. add in the ground turkey w more seasonings and soy sauce & cook until finished !
cauli rice: first sauté chopped garlic cloves in ghee until soft and fragrant. add in the cauli rice and cook until soft. i added in salt + pepper + garlic powder + parmesan for flavor !
for the tomatoes i just heated up on the stove on medium heat to get that little charred look !! throw everything together on the plate and add another splash of soy sauce. i didn’t have much of the cauli rice left so i threw in some brown rice also. the perf meal ! ✔️✔️

Everything Bagel Crunchy Chickpeas 😋 one of the easiest snacks to make, with only 3 simple ingredients. Plus they are 💯% kid friendly and guilt-free 👌
1. Preheat oven to convection roast 400.
2. Rinse and completely dry one can of chickpeas. Toss in 2 tbsp evoo and 2-3 tbsp @traderjoes everything bagel seasoning, and any other desired spices!
3. Spread our chickpeas on a parchment covered sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, toss and shake, and bake until crisp and golden brown! Use broil if they are not getting crispy, but keep a close eye! .
Best enjoyed right out of the oven, or store in an airtight container. Happy snacking!

A rich and fudgy chocolate brownie base topped with a creamy layer of ganache and finished off with colorful sprinkles! Made with #LetsDoOrganic Cornstarch, Heavy Coconut Cream, and Sprinkelz! ✨Vegan Copycat Cosmic Brownies✨⠀
1 9” square pan⠀
¾ cup plant milk (use 2/3 cup for chewier brownie)⠀
1 tsp apple cider vinegar⠀
1 cup sugar⠀
2oz 65-75% dark chocolate⠀
¼ cup oil⠀
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract⠀
1 cup flour⠀
½ cup dutch processed cocoa⠀
1 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Cornstarch⠀
½ tsp baking powder⠀
½ tsp salt⠀
Add plant milk and vinegar together and set aside to curdle for 5-10 minutes. Add sugar, chocolate, oil, and vanilla extract and mix to combine. Microwave in 30 second increments, whisking between each time, until chocolate is melted and sugar dissolved.⠀
In second mixing bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.⠀
Pour into a greased 9” pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 ºF for 17-20 minutes or until a tester comes out with a few crumbs but batter is no longer wet. Set aside to cool in pan.⠀
1 ½ cups vegan chocolate chips⠀
½ cup Let’s Do Organic Heavy Coconut Cream (or sub the cream from regular full fat coconut milk)⠀
Add chocolate chips and heavy coconut cream in heat safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second increments, whisking between each one, until chocolate is melted. Let cool for a few minutes then pour over cooled brownies. ⠀
Top with Let’s Do Organic Confetti Sprinkles. Refrigerate until ganache is set before cutting and serving!

crispy potato & avocado bruschetta 🙌🏼 super simple and a favorite at my most recent ladies night 🍷
2 large russet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 cup fresh basil leaves
2 cups grape tomatoes
1 tbsp lemon juice (or a little more)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 large ripe avocado
Sea salt to taste .
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice the potatoes into ¼ inch thick rounds, toss them in olive oil, and place on baking sheet.
3. Roast potatoes for 35 minutes, flipping them once or twice halfway through.
4. While the potatoes are roasting, mix the basil, garlic, and tomatoes in a food processor.
5. Then put the mixture in a separate bowl and add the balsamic vinegar, salt, and lemon juice.
6. Right before the potatoes are ready, add finely sliced pieces of avocado to the mixture and stir.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
8. Put a spoonful of bruschetta on top of each potato round and enjoy while the potatoes are still warm! If they sit around for more than 10 minutes, they may lose their crunch.
