Quem só ouve falar de glúten em comidas e bebidas... saiba que também devemos nos preocupar com a preseça dele nos cosméticos! parece loucura, mas com atenção entendemos isso 😅 então, quando se deparar com ingredientes como proteínas de trigo hidrolisadas ou quaisquer outros ingredientes derivados de trigo, isso significa que o produto contêm glúten.
Pessoas com doença celíaca, dermatite herpetiforme, eczema ou pele sensível ao glúten são geralmente aconselhadas a evitar estes cosméticos.

My six year old has sensory processing disorder, food allergies and Celiac Disease. Two years ago I was pulling out my hair wanting to cry because my table was literally a WAR ZONE! As I sat in the psychologists office for the first time she asked what was more important my relationship with my child or that she eat the food? “Is you being in control more important?” 😭 It has been a long road figuring out what works for everyone, what she will and won’t eat, what gives her anxiety and how to help her. So here is what has worked for us... Breakfast is her choice! I keep the pantry and fridge stocked with things I think are healthy and appropriate but she starts her day in control. Lunch most of the time I pack for her with things we’ve bought together. Again no anxiety at school. Dinner I try to to build choices in but new things she has to try and sometimes we have to get out the ketchup and this Chef has to swallow her pride! 🤦🏻♀️ Last night she ate a little roast, she hates cooked carrots so I always have raw for her. She hated the potatoes so we got out ketchup and her garlic pickles to cleanse her pallet. One meal at a time friends! We live one meal at a time! 🤣

I bought this chicken pasta at Wal-Mart because it was cheap so if it did not taste good I was not out much. However it actually is really good. Potatoes, Carrots and roast cooked in the crock pot for 8 hours on low. I seasoned with thyme, Himalayan sea salt, garlic, oregano and covered mojo marinade! The broccoli I roasted in the oven with a little oil and Himalayan sea salt for 25-30 minutes at 450. #dinner

Since starting the AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) Diet a few weeks ago to help reverse the symptoms of 2 autoimmune diseases I have gotten diagnosed with (🦋Hashimoto’s & Celiac Disease) I have already seen some amazing results! A big part of this diet and lifestyle change is tracking what you eat 📖 ✍🏻 and how it makes you feel. Not just in your tummy but things like your mood, your 💩, headaches, runny nose, mucous increase, joint pain, inflammation, etc...All of those can come from not tolerating a food!!
I’m in the elimination phase right now and I want to track my progress closely and any reactions. You need to KNOW what foods bother you personally and what foods make you feel incredible!🙌🏻I also want to be sure the allowed foods are not causing any issues either. Then when I start to slowly reintroduce foods later, I want to know FOR SURE what causes issues and what doesn’t. I don’t ever want my body to be this inflamed again so the foods I can’t tolerate can be tried again at a later time after my gut has healed more and eliminated completely if necessary! This has really made me feel more powerful in battling these diseases. 😍I’ve already seen a decrease in brain fog and an increase in energy after just 2 weeks and I’ve lost 5 lbs which is big since I’ve not stopped gaining for the past 2 years. (Check out my previous post to see my husband’s incredible results!!) I want you to understand that you don’t have to live sick! There is hope. There is a LOT you can do on your own to feel good again!!!!! Just because you get diagnosed with something doesn’t mean that you have to be sick for the rest of your life.
