- use a barbell to limit being restricted by a weak or tired grip. BB also limits the work of the traps a little bit. Focus on pushing against the bar on the way up, with mostly the front leg.
•
- use dumbbells for: progressively overloading (db starts at 4kg!, less choice with BB's) but also work on posture a bit more (scap retraction), requires more stability, more things going on when holding heavy DBS so focus is needed! •
The attention is on our front leg the way we do it, it will help building a massive quad and a booty.

To Be SORE, or Not To Be Sore, that is the question!

Muscle Soreness itu memang di rasakan setelah latihan dan biasanya di butuhkan waktu 24-48jam atau puncaknya di 24-72jam post exercise. 
Jadi kalau ada muscle soreness yang sampe bahkan lebih dari 5 hari pun masih betah di badan kita berarti itu bs di katakan kalian mengalami muscle damage secara signifikan atau mungkin inflamasi.
•
Kalau dalam kondisi soreness kita tetap melakukan rutinitas latihan beban, tips dr aku adalah : ⬇️
— Lakukan warm-up ringan 5 menit atau stretching 5-10menit untuk meningkatkan peredaran darah supaya lancar;
— Dan bole juga melakukan bodyweight exercises dgn intensitas ringan seperti squats, lunges, pushup, dll.

bodybuilding I'm not really one for posting mission work or service work. I feel like there is definitely a time and place, but mostly I feel like we can severely over share and glamorize ever part of our life and not actually live IN it. And we can also devalue the humanity of those we are blessed to be there for. This is one of my favorite memories. It was the season before my Senior year of football. I chose to go to India to serve in an orphanage and leprosy colony instead of the last full month of training for ball (Fortunately, I got back, my body responded to quick rest, i was smaller, but ready for camp..). This little girl... I was having so much trouble connecting my heart on this trip. I was so focused on serving and just had decided to guard my emotions and just do what I was asked. I'm sentimental and it was a HEAVY trip. But this girl.. We saw SO much while there.. Heard a lot of incredibly sad stories, but what connected my heart to Jesus was her. Her brother brought her to me and asked me to hold her. More than once! 🙂 And I just developed a connection immediately. She was safe with me. Unafraid. And gave me so much joy. It was the thing that broke me there. Out of all the amazing experiences it was what got me. I immediately thought of God and how he adopts us. Gives us a purpose, mission, legacy, an inheritance. I thought about adoption and all it provides. We always think of adoption as newly having a loving parent and of course there's that. But what about the first school dances? The trips for ice cream? The car rides until they fall asleep? Teaching to drive? Consoling the first break up? College trips? family reunions...? So much abundance is missed when you're an orphan. 😥 All the firsts we take for granted, someone will never have. It rocked me. Since this trip, I've valued MY adoption by God so much more (and always wanted to do so myself...) I've cherished my election more. This is a good memory and reminder to never take for granted the

Are you weak if you use them!? There seems to be a lot of talk around the inter-webs so I thought I'd add my thoughts / facts into it!

While straps at first glance appear to take all the weight out of your hands and make the lift easier - For Olympic Lifting this is not the case.
.
🔹What is your reason for using them?
.
The main purpose for using straps in my training is 2 things:
1️⃣ Save my hands from tearing: 
Looking after your hands is something many people over look. If you tear, it can really interrupt your training and life in general. I've found if I mainly snatch and do my pulls without them I end up tearing. My solution has been using these and I've had no issues!
2️⃣ Relax my arms in my pull: 
By letting the straps take the weight of the barbell it helps me remember to carry the weight in my legs and back rather than flexing my arms whilst I'm pulling. This is really important for myself as I have a habit of carrying weight through them.

🔹How often do you use them? What lifts?
Snatch and Pulls - If I was to do deadlifts I'd just go hookgrip. My hookgrip is ok - 😂🤣 People on the inter-webs use them for cleans.
.
🔸You aren't going to snap your wrist straight away as soon as you do a clean with straps - If you collapse in a clean  and your wrist gets stuck on your elbow of course it's harder to dump the bar with straps on. You can hurt yourself without straps in cleans or front squats - Let's give the straps a break here! 🔸 .
🔸If you are someone who misses snatches behind, maybe try not doing that before you commit to straps. 🤣🔸

 The only time I snatch without straps is at comps. Otherwise I never snatch without them. I'm not reliant on them, in fact I've snatched heavier without straps so that's no problemo for me! .

تمرینات مرکز بدن، به عضلات لگن، کمر، باسن و شکم شما می‌آموزند که بطور هماهنگ کار کنند. ‌این امر، منجر به تعادل و ثبات بهتر می‌شود، خواه در زمین بازی، خواه در فعالیتهای روزانه. در واقع اکثر ورزش‌ها و سایر فعالیت‌های بدنی، به عضلات مرکزی پایداری نیاز دارند.

تمرینات مرکز بدن، نیازی به تجهیزات یا عضویت در باشگاه ندارند

تمرین پل، یک تمرین مرکز بدن کلاسیک است. به پشت دراز بکشید و زانوهایتان را کمی خم کنید. پشتتان را در وضعیت خنثی نگه دارید، نه به آن قوس دهید، و نه پشتتان را به زمین فشار دهید. از کج کردن باسنتان اجتناب کنید. عضلات شکمتان را سفت کنید. باسنتان را از زمین بلند کنید، تا باسنتان با زانوها و شانه‌هایتان در یک راستا قرار بگیرد. بدون بر هم زدن فرم بدنتان، ‌این وضعیت را هر چقدر می‌توانید حفظ کنید.

عضلات مرکزی قوی، انجام فعالیت‌های فیزیکی را آسان‌تر می‌کنند

عضلات مرکزی قوی، انجام هر کاری از تاب دادن چوب گلف برای زدن توپ گرفته تا برداشتن یک لیوان از قفسه‌ی بالایی، یا خم شدن برای گره زدن بند کفشتان را آسان‌تر می‌کنند. از طرفی عضلات مرکزی ضعیف هم، شما را مستعد پوسچر بد، درد پشت و آسیبهای عضلانی می‌کنند.
