Meine Regeln, mit denen ich ohne Kcal-tracking gerade versuche wieder besser in Form zu kommen: - 1. ich vermeide Zucker und FastFood. Ganz einfach: ich kenne mich! Bei mir bleibt es nicht bei einem Kinderriegel oder einem halben Nutella-Brot. Daher lass ich es komplett weg und fahre super damit. Ich hab weder die große Lust danach und komme auch gar nicht auf den Geschmack. (abgesehen davon ist es auch healthy den Schrott wegzulassen) - 2.ich versuche großteils unverarbeitete Nahrungsmittel zu essen. Haferflocken, Reis, Kartoffeln, viel Gemüse, viel Obst. Von Obst und Gemüse gibts quasi kein "zuviel", vorallem von Gemüse wenn ich Hunger haben sollte. - 3. ich setze Obst als Snacks und Süßigkeit ein. Ich esse geerne 200g Heidelbeeren, Brombeeren oder auch mal 400g Blaubeeren als Snack. Zwischendurch, vor dem Training als "Pre-Workout-Carbs" (hört sich ja schon fast nach Broscience an: hoho) - dazu dippe ich die Früchte gerne in Chunky Puddingcreme als Zuckerersatz. - 4. regelmäßig Sport, aktiv sein um die Kcal nicht unnötig niedrig zu halten. 2500-2800 Kcal sind für mich kein Problem, dauert vllt etwas länger, aber ich verliere wenig Kraft und komme mir nicht vor wie in einer Diät. Ich könnte auf 1700 Kcal reduzieren (für kurze Zeit, quasi als kleinen Boost), aber man verliert auch viel Lebensqualität und muss z.B schnell die Früchte regulieren oder die Kohlenhydratequellen, die sonst in einer Diät erlaubt sind. - 5. ich mache seit kurzem wieder regelmäßig etwas Cardio und ich mache es mittlerweile gerne. Morgens erstmal 30-45 Min laufen gehen, danach unter die Dusche und dann in den Tag starten. Ich fühle mich GENIAL danach, hab Kcal verbrannt, bin total fit vom Kopf und es ist natürlich auch gesund / gut fürs Herz-Kreislaufsystem. - ergänzend dazu ist es mir immer wichtiger ein guter Allrounder zu sein, gutes Aussehen, Gesundheit, aber ich möchte dennoch in Sportarten nicht verkacken, in denen ich früher gut war (gehe bald z.B mal wieder Tennis spielen, da benötige ich auch etwas Konditionen 😉) - Das waren meine Tipps zur aktuellen Zeit :)

Hat echt Spaß gemacht heute Abend auf der Bahn, das Wetter war perfekt & die Intervalle liefen auch richtig gut 🙌🏻😊. Ich war zwar wieder ein bisschen schneller als im Plan, aber das wird die letzten Wochen auch immer besser 😃.

Nur bei diesen kurzen Intervallen kann ich mein Tempo während dem Laufen so super schlecht einschätzen 🙈😅.

Unlike her sister, Nina is very good trail company. ✨ Nina in my rediscovered bareback pad - it was in one of my Nashville boxes. ✨ Z and I out for a longer fitness session of walk and trot. Sadly, my Achilles is so tight right now that canter isn’t possible. 😩✨ And then the wash stall toad made his annual reappearance. It hangs out and keeps cool under the hose next to the swallows’ nest.

Esta mejora del motor se consigue por la mejora de la capacidad de los pulmones, corazón y capilares sanguíneos para suministrar oxígeno a los músculos y la capacidad de los músculos para extraer y utilizar dicho oxígeno para producir energía. Este motor de nado se mide en términos de VO2Máx.

El VO2Máx es una medida de la cantidad de oxígeno que el cuerpo es capaz de utilizar para producir energía.

En pruebas de distancia larga, los factores centrales (especialmente la capacidad de bombeo del corazón) sostienen una presencia muy importante en el éxito.
Si quieres ser mediofondista o fondista debes mejorar tu sistema cardiovascular, podrás aumentar tu velocidad y rendimiento en el nado pero recuerda la importancia de una buena economía de nado, ya que si tienes un estilo de nado eficiente y económico con un VO2Máx más bajo, puede en la práctica funcionar mejor que un nadador menos económico con un alto VO2Máx.
