M.A.T.E.T.I ❤️ mon ange, mon chat d'amour, ma petite perle du japon, mon petit cœur de beurre, ma canaille .... Et vous quel surnom donnez vous à vos enfants ? 🙈
Have you seen my up coming event Empowered Living happening in Newcastle next month?
Let me introduce one of our speakers Tattum West she is a mumma of two, Platinum DoTERRA leader, she's well known for her knowledge on gut health and hormones and She's my sister 🙋♀️ Tattum has suffered many years with hormonal and gut health issues, i remember her having time off school/work because the pain she was in had her curled up in bed in complete agony.
Somthing she began to think was just normal after many doctors appointments and no answers, can you relate?? It's all too common these days and somthing we hear women tell us over and over that it's "normal" for them to experience extreme period pain or chronic gut issues.
And let's talk briefly about fertility a topic that's becoming so common it's almost normal to not fall pregnant these days.
Tattum has experienced all these things though she wasn't prepared to settle for normal and this is why she started on her path to healing her gut, balancing her hormones and clearing emotional blocks that were all contributing factors to her poor gut health and unbalanced hormones.
If you want to know more about Tattums story and how she's gone from thinking pain is normal to thriving gut health, balanced hormones and conceiving two healthy babies naturally grab your ticket in the link below, she is passionate about empowering women who are going through similar experiences.

Coming on the race it’s inevitable that you will have expectations. It’s been a wild ride sorting through them and realizing expectations that I had and didn’t even realize were there. It’s brought so much growth with Jesus though, so the challenge is worth it. I knew helping with pregnancy might be an option on the race but it’s not something I ever thought I would enjoy. To be honest pregnancy slightly freaks me out. Turns out, helping at the pregnancy care clinic is actually super joyous and relaxing. The moms come in and you measure their FH (fundus height) which is their tummies and check the babies heart rate. Today I even felt a baby hiccuping. I haven’t experienced a birth yet, but I have a few days left in the Philippines so we will see! Jesus can show you new things everyday if you are open to them! It’s worth the risk :). 👶🏻 🍼 🇵🇭 #noistilldontwantababyanytimesoon#trynewthings#babies#theworldrace#11in11#expectations#surprises#newlife
