We all love some amazing series from abroad, right? They provide us with an insane amount of entertainment through content that one usually doesn’t get with the Indian latest TV gossips. Well, while the series are good, there are a lot of animated series that can totally kill it! While you may think that animated TV shows are for kids, you’re missing out on some amazing content. So, move over the latest television news & gossips, and check the following animated series out! Trust us, you’re going to have a gala time!

Bojack Horseman

Bojack Horesman is an award-winning Netflix Original series, so it definitely has to be a good one! The show depicts the life of Bojack Horseman, a middle-aged anthropomorphic humanoid horse, who lives in Malibu, California. Once a superstar in his titular show, Bojack is now a restaurateur who is desperately struggling to get his life back on track. The show is filled with amazing amounts of situational humor, and is not one you’d want to miss!

South Park

This show may be one of the most insane animated series you’ll ever set your eyes on. South Park showcases the life of four kids – Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Eric Cartman and Kenny McCormick. One of the funniest shows on the list, South Park is home to every kind of humor you can imagine, right from situational to offensive, and from dark to slapstick.

Family Guy

If offensive humor is something that sparks your interest, then look no further! Family Guy is one such show that will never disappoint you when it comes to a lot of things, especially satirical humor. The show depicts the life of the residents of the fictional location called Spooner Street, particularly the Griffin Family, which consists of Peter, Lois, Meg, Chris, Stewie and their dog Brian. Each episode has something new to show, all while making you laugh your guts out.

The Simpsons

The all-time rival to Family Guy, The Simpsons has somewhat of a similar setting. Set in the fictional town of Springfield, the show depicts the life of Homer Simpson, a blue-collar worker, and his family, comprising of his wife and three kids. Each episode begins with some antics, and ends with a lesson to be learnt.


Archer is a series which is somewhat inspired by the James Bond franchise. It follows the misadventures of secret agent Sterling Archer, a suave, yet selfish official. Archer is set in a very confusing time period, with 60s fashion, Cold War era technology, and modern office politics. All this makes up for a very interesting premise, which will keep you entertained throughout!

Beavis And Butt-Head

Another funny addition to this list, Beavis And Butt-Head has had a very controversial initial run. The show depicts the lives of two teenage delinquents, and the antics they do throughout their daily lives. The show also features quite a bit of rock music, since the titular characters are rock fans. So, rock and metal enthusiasts, this one’s for you, too!
