PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments)
PRINCE2 is a well-defined PM methodology that affords step by step project management techniques and processes for delivering a project successfully within a controlled environment. PRINCE2 also has a clearly characterized set of objectives which includes roles and responsibilities of the project manager. It provides a standard approach for the management of all sorts of the project.
PRINCE2 is a process-based approach the project group does not need to be highly experienced to apply this strategy. It exhibits how to apply this knowledge in a structured and consistent manner. PRINCE2 has two levels of certification course, i.e,

For PRINCE2 foundation no pre-requisition required and PRINCE2 practitioner, foundation certificate is required.
