It sounds easy right? Almost stupidly easy to mention this. However, your mindset is going to determine what you can do that day. Your day may not always go as expected, but you should start your day with the intention of making the most of it. Part of restoring balance to your life means that you learn to deal with uncertainty, unforeseen events, and adversity.
