How Drones Impact the Manufacturing Industry

How Drones Impact the Manufacturing Industry

The spy recently with the use of drones in the state of Nebraska and Iowa indicates only the tip of a much larger iceberg. One must speculate what happens through the government's mind. Could their long-term strategy is to deactivate the capacity of our nation to arouse livestock and plants to support our people? In this case we will be at the mercy of foreign markets to maintain our population. We can also remember the saying that he who controls the supply of food by passing dominating the people.

EPA now uses air drones in Nebraska and Iowa countries to spy on farmers. Now the court has concluded that this is a legal activity for our government, we suddenly observe this flying drone in all parts of the nation. According to the Supreme Court it was very legal for drones to take aerial photograph from any location they chose all on behalf of environmental protection and public safety. Unfortunately, like any authority given to the government they have surpassed and exceeded their limits once more.

In all reality, according to the tenth amendment to our American constitution, the intrusion of the federal government into matters related to their respective environments. This amendment became part of the Bill of Rights over ratified in December 1791. In short, it stressed that these forces were not expressly given to the federal government and prohibited for constitutional separate countries provided for the people and countries. How much is this federal government once again avoiding our constitutional rights.

When introducing the tenth amendment from Congress, James Madison's Statesmen expressed concern that many representatives of countries were ready to ratify amendments, but critics began to cry rotten and argued that the amendment was unnecessary. Luckily for us Madison won. It seems like Madison hit the wisdom that the federal government will go beyond their authority. The basic concept here is that "all maintained that have not been submitted".

What's interesting here we encounter a problem where our federal government has given a strong hand to farmers from 1942. On that date Wickard v. Filburn case is served in front of the court. In this case the court ruled that there was only a reason for federal regulations of American wheat production and the ban on "home consumption" of this product to grow and feed farmers. The thought for this concern by the FBI is that the growth of farmers "their own wheat" will have cumulative consequences in the Interstate trade given the prospective potential for farmers to exceed the established production quota. If a large amount of wheat is not sold in the commodity market or purchased from other producers, it will drastically affect the market value of wheat sales and its products drastically.
